Abstract
造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,由厌氧好氧集成装置(1)和湿地(2)组成,其特征在于,造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置(1)处理,生成生态水,生态水通过管道流到湿地(2),从湿地流到储存池(3),用水泵(4)把储存池里的水抽出来,一是冲洗圈舍;二是送回纸厂,循环利用零排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施。
背景技术
目前,造纸废水处理和畜禽养殖业粪便水处理第一不能把废水里的污染物全部去除。第二把废水里的资源当成污染物去除,浪费资源。因此,研究一种造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,由厌氧好氧集成装置和湿地组成,造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置处理,生成生态水,生态水通过管道流到湿地,湿地种植水生农作物,农作物根系吸收有机物达到净化水质之目的。当水质达到冲洗网布标准,从湿地流到储存池,用水泵把储存池里的水抽出来,一是冲洗畜禽圈舍;二是送回纸厂用于打浆或冲洗网布,循环利用零排放。
作为本发明设施技术方案的一种优先方案,还包括造纸废水用水泵抽到40目滚筒过滤机,过滤后的水通过管道流到沉淀池,沉淀池的上清液,用水泵泵进厌氧好氧集成装置。滚筒过滤机过滤出来的废纸浆,送回造纸车间,再造纸。
作为本发明设施技术方案的一种优先方案,还包括畜禽养殖业粪便水送进搅拌溶解池,经搅拌溶解后,溢流出来的水,通过管道流到沉淀池,沉淀池上清液,用水泵泵进厌氧好氧集成装置。粪渣送进处理固废沼气池。
作为本发明设施技术方案的一种优先方案,还包括造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置处理,产生沼气,沼气通过管道输送到发电设备发电,发电设备排放废气,废气通过管道输送到产甲烷装置产生甲烷,甲烷通过管道输送到发电设备发电,废气循环利用零排放。
理论依据
麦秸造纸废水含碳多,而含氮少,采用厌氧法处理麦秸造纸废水,需添加氮元素。通常方法添加化学氮肥。添加化学氮肥一要增加废水处理运行费用;二要浪费资源,如生产化学氮肥还要排放污染物。故而抛之,采用畜禽养殖业粪便补充厌氧法处理麦秸造纸废水含氮元素不足。同时,又利用造纸废水冲洗畜禽圈舍,能够实现多赢。
与现有技术相比,本发明能够把造纸废水和畜禽养殖业粪便水里的污染物当作资源,全部利用起来,生产出新产品,造福人民。

具体实施方式
如图所示,造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,由厌氧好氧集成装置1和湿地2组成,造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置1处理,生成生态水,生态水通过管道流到湿地2,从湿地流到储存池3,用水泵4把储存池里的水抽出来,一是冲洗圈舍;二是送回纸厂,循环利用零排放。
还包括造纸废水用水泵5抽到40目滚筒过滤机6,过滤后的水通过管道流到沉淀池7,沉淀池的上清液,用水泵8泵进厌氧好氧集成装置1。
还包括畜禽养殖业粪便水送进搅拌溶解池9溢流出来的水,通过管道流到沉淀池10,沉淀池上清液,用水泵11泵进厌氧好氧集成装置1。
还包括造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置1处理,产生沼气,沼气通过管道输送到发电设备12发电,发电设备12排放废气,废气通过管道输送到产甲烷装置13产生甲烷,甲烷通过管道输送到发电设备12发电,废气循环利用零排放。

1.造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,由厌氧好氧集成装置(1)和湿地(2)组成,其特征在于,造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置(1)处理,生成生态水,生态水通过管道流到湿地(2),从湿地流到储存池(3),用水泵(4)把储存池里的水抽出来,一是冲洗圈舍;二是送回纸厂,循环利用零排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,其特征在于,还包括造纸废水用水泵(5)抽到40目滚筒过滤机(6),过滤后的水通过管道流到沉淀池(7),沉淀池的上清液,用水泵(8)泵进厌氧好氧集成装置(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,其特征在于,还包括畜禽养殖业粪便水送进搅拌溶解池(9)溢流出来的水,通过管道流到沉淀池(10),沉淀池上清液,用水泵(11)泵进厌氧好氧集成装置(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的造纸废水处理和养殖业粪便水处理结合的设施,其特征在于,还包括造纸废水和养殖业粪便水经厌氧好氧集成装置(1)处理,产生沼气,沼气通过管道输送到发电设备(12)发电,发电设备(12)排放废气,废气通过管道输送到产甲烷装置(13)产生甲烷,甲烷通过管道输送到发电设备(12)发电,废气循环利用零排放。
