Abstract

本发明涉及一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅,包括坐垫、连接在坐垫上的靠背以及扶手;坐垫、靠背与扶手均为中空密闭的气囊袋体,坐垫、靠背及扶手的气囊袋体共用一个充气装置,气囊袋体上设有放气孔,气囊袋体内设有气压感应装置,气压感应装置用于检测气囊袋体内气压,气压感应装置连接设置于座椅上的电控装置;座椅还包括安全带,安全带的安全搭扣插接到坐垫中;靠背及坐垫的左右两侧均设有护栏。本发明充气后能够为儿童提供更好的更全面的保护及适合度,而放气后占用空间小便于携带,且能够实现儿童智能座椅的智能化操作,从而更加方便对儿童的安全和健康进行监控。

充气式智能儿童安全座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及车载配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的快速提高,私家车的数量越来越多,轿车已经成为人们日常生活中重要的交通工具,人们不仅上班、下班、出差、旅游使用轿车,现在大多数孩子上学也是用轿车接送的。为了保证儿童坐在轿车上的安全,人们开发了安装在轿车座上的儿童安全座椅,专门针对儿童设计,保证儿童坐车安全。
现有市场上已经出现了很多采用在橡胶囊内充气的方式制成的儿童安全座椅。这些充气式儿童安全座椅包括充气坐垫、充气靠背及左、右护挡,在使用时放置在汽车的座上,用安全带固定。现有的充气式儿童安全座椅有效保障了乘坐儿童的安全,但是舒适度还不足。当儿童睡觉时,靠背无法较好地支撑儿童的头部,儿童熟睡时由于脖子后部及左右两侧没有舒适的支撑物而低头,或者是左右倾斜,不仅睡得不舒服,时间久了还会对颈椎产生不良影响。
此外,随着电子技术的快速的发展,人们对智能化的要求程度也越来越高,儿童座椅在实际使用过程中,由于智能化程度较低,往往存在较多不安全因素,譬如:无法及时了解儿童健康状况,无法利用有效控制座椅等,因此很有必要对其进行技术改进。
鉴于上述原因,本发明人积极加以研究创新,以期创建一种新型充气式智能儿童安全座椅,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅,提高了使用舒适度,且能够实现儿童智能座椅的智能化操作,从而更加方便对儿童的安全和健康进行监控。
本发明的一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅,包括坐垫、连接在坐垫上的靠背以及坐垫两侧的扶手;坐垫、靠背与扶手均为中空密闭的气囊袋体,坐垫、靠背及扶手的气囊袋体共用一个充气装置,气囊袋体上设有放气孔,气囊袋体内设有气压感应装置,气压感应装置用于检测气囊袋体内气压,气压感应装置连接设置于座椅上的电控装置;座椅还还包括安全带,安全带的安全搭扣插接到坐垫中;靠背及坐垫的左右两侧均设有护栏。
进一步的,靠背内设有用于检测座椅内儿童体温的红外感应装置,安全带插头处设有用于检测安全带是否接好的安全带检测装置,红外感应装置和安全带检测装置分别与电控装置连接。
进一步的,红外感应装置由若干个均布于靠背上的红外探头及传感器组成。
进一步的,气压感应装置由若干个均布于气囊袋体内的气压传感器组成。
进一步的,气囊袋体材质为TPU复合面料、尼龙或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的一种。
进一步的,充气装置为微型打气筒。
进一步的,电控装置设在座椅底部。
进一步的,电控装置包括无线连接装置以及触摸显示装置。
借由上述方案,本发明具有以下优点:
采用充气式的坐垫、靠背与扶手,在充气后能够为儿童提供更好的保护,放气后,占用空间小,便于携带;座椅还设有智能化的感应装置,包括重力感应装置、红外感应装置、气压感应装置、及安全带检测装置,通过上述装置的有效连接,能够实现儿童智能座椅的智能化操作,从而更加方便对儿童的安全和健康进行监控。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1和图2,本发明的一较佳实施例所述的一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅,包括坐垫4、连接在坐垫上的靠背2以及坐垫4两侧的扶手;坐垫4、靠背2与扶手均为中空密闭的气囊袋体,气囊袋体材质为TPU复合面料,坐垫4、靠背2及扶手的气囊袋体共用一个充气装置,气囊袋体的充放气装置为微型打气筒,气囊袋体上设有放气孔,放气孔上设有气孔塞;还包括安全带8,安全带8的安全搭扣10插接到坐垫4中;靠背2及坐垫4的左右两侧均设有护栏6。
靠背2内设有用于检测座椅内儿童体温的红外感应装置14,气囊袋体内设有气压感应装置16,气压感应装置16用于检测气囊袋体内气压,安全带插头处设有用于检测安全带是否接好的安全带检测装置18,座椅底部设有电控装置12,电控装置12包括无线连接装置以及触摸显示装置,电控装置12分别与红外感应装置14、气压感应装置16、及安全带检测装置18相连接。图2为本发明充气式智能儿童安全座椅的连接结构示意图。
红外感应装置14由6个均布于靠背上的红外探头及4个传感器组成;气压感应装置16由3个均布于坐垫、靠背与扶手气囊袋体内的气压传感器组成。通过红外探头及传感器的作用,将收集的数据传输给电控装置12,然后再通过电控装置12的触摸显示屏显示出来,从上面可读取儿童身体状况参数。气压传感器包括气压敏感元件、转换元件和数据处理器,敏感元件为一个对压强敏感的薄膜,转换元件为一电阻器,当气囊袋体内的气压发生变化时,薄膜变形,电阻器的阻值发生变化,数据处理器将信号传输给电控装置12,电控装置12将信号经过处理后通过触摸显示装置显示气囊袋体内的气压,然后根据实际需要对气囊袋体进行充气或放气,将气囊袋体内的气压调整至合适范围。
使用时,坐垫4、靠背2、护栏6先充气,充完气后,儿童坐到坐垫4上系好安全带8。通过电控装置12读取儿童身体状况参数,可以通过气囊袋体的放气孔调整气囊袋体内的气压,调整后盖上放气孔的气孔塞,使儿童安全座椅调整到舒适的使用状态,当安全带没有扣好时,安全带检测装置18会将检测信号传送给电控装置12,触摸显示装置通过信号灯的闪烁提示用户系紧安全带。

Claims (7)

1.一种充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:包括坐垫、连接在坐垫上的靠背以及坐垫两侧的扶手;所述坐垫、靠背与扶手均为中空密闭的气囊袋体,所述坐垫、靠背及扶手的气囊袋体共用一个充气装置,所述气囊袋体上设有放气孔,所述气囊袋体内设有气压感应装置,所述气压感应装置用于检测所述气囊袋体内气压,所述气压感应装置连接设置于座椅上的电控装置;座椅还包括安全带,所述安全带的安全搭扣插接到坐垫中;所述靠背及坐垫的左右两侧均设有护栏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述靠背内设有用于检测座椅内儿童体温的红外感应装置,所述安全带插头处设有用于检测安全带是否接好的安全带检测装置,所述红外感应装置和所述安全带检测装置分别连接所述电控装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述红外感应装置由若干个均布于靠背上的红外探头及传感器组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述气压感应装置由若干个均布于所述气囊袋体内的气压传感器组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述气囊袋体材质为TPU复合面料、尼龙或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述电控装置设在座椅底部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的充气式智能儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述电控装置包括无线连接装置以及触摸显示装置。
