本发明提供一种混合动力耦合传动装置,包括动力输出系统和机械传动系统,其中,动力输出系统包括发动机、发动机输出轴、传动辅助电机、传动辅助电机输出轴、驱动电机和驱动电机输出轴,机械传动系统包括发动机输出轴齿轮、减震器、发动机制动器、行星齿轮排、传动辅助电机减速齿轮、传动辅助电机制动器、驱动电机减速齿轮和输出轴,目的就是解决双行星轮在动力及传动系统中所面临的低速大扭矩、中高速所带来的震动及噪音问题、电机的冷却与传动系统的润滑问题,提升动力系统及传动系统的整体效率和寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力客车及中型货车的动力及传动系统,特别是涉及一种混合动力耦合传动装置。
背景技术
混合动力对于城市客车和城市的中型运输货车来说,能显著地降低能耗和排放。国内的传动系统设计方案中的混联直驱(没有变速箱的直接驱动系统)和P2方案(在传动的变速箱前面嵌入电机的驱动系统)均存在着诸多问题,因而将逐渐被基于行星轮系的混合动力方案逐渐取代,但目前采用行星轮系的混合动力方案也有许多不足,如申请号为201510740870.7的中国专利文件公开了一种新型车用双模混合动力驱动装置,该装置采用双行星轮系耦合的方案,存在着下列问题:
1.前行星排的齿圈链接后行星排减速器的齿圈,该双行星轮系的链接对轴系传动、加工要求和装配要求很高,传动系统容易在中高速时出现震动和噪音。
2.第一电机布置在发动机和行星轮传动系统之间,整体的工作温度很高,影响电机的效率和寿命。
3.第二电机与行星轮传动系统同轴布置,连接电机转子的轴承和油封尺寸很大,限制了电机的最高转速和扭矩,使得最高车速受到限制。
4.第一电机和第二电机采用分体式设计和独立的冷却方案,使得电机轴承的润滑和电机系统的密封面临着很大的风险。
5.采用制动器直接制动发动机,制动力矩大,使得制动器的寿命受到很大影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种混合动力耦合传动装置,目的就是解决双行星轮在动力及传动系统中所面临的低速大扭矩、中高速所带来的震动及噪音问题、电机的冷却与传动系统的润滑问题,提升动力系统及传动系统的整体效率和寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种混合动力耦合传动装置,包括动力输出系统和机械传动系统,其中,所述动力输出系统包括发动机、发动机输出轴、传动辅助电机、传动辅助电机输出轴、驱动电机和驱动电机输出轴,所述机械传动系统包括发动机输出轴齿轮、减震器、发动机制动器、行星齿轮排、传动辅助电机减速齿轮、传动辅助电机制动器、驱动电机减速齿轮和输出轴,所述发动机输出轴上套有减震器并连接所述行星齿轮排,所述行星齿轮排连接所述输出轴,所述传动辅助电机输出轴啮合连接所述行星齿轮排的所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮,在远离所述传动辅助电机的所述传动辅助电机输出轴末端连接所述传动辅助电机制动器,所述驱动电机输出轴啮合连接所述行星齿轮排的所述驱动电机减速齿轮,所述驱动电机减速齿轮通过花键连接所述输出轴,在远离所述驱动电机一侧的所述驱动电机输出轴上空套所述发动机制动器,所述发动机制动器通过齿轮啮合制动所述发动机输出轴,所述传动辅助电机和所述驱动电机布置于远离所述发动机的所述机械传动系统一侧并分布在所述输出轴所在水平面上方的两侧。
该技术方案可实现多种运行模式,如:
单电机纯电动模式:所述传动辅助电机制动器和所述发动机制动器断开,系统输出动力由所述驱动电机产生,所述传动辅助电机空转。
双电机纯电动模式:所述发动机制动器锁止,所述传动辅助电机制动器断开,通过传动辅助电机和所述驱动电机同时驱动车辆。
串联驱动模式:所述传动辅助电机制动器和所述发动机制动器断开,系统输出动力由所述驱动电机产生,所述发动机和所述传动辅助电机作为发电单元工作。
混合动力模式:所述传动辅助电机制动器和所述发动机制动器断开,所述传动辅助电机调整发动机转速,控制所述发动机工作在经济的区域,系统输出动力由所述驱动电机和发动机产生。
发动机驱动模式:传动辅助电机制动器锁止,所述发动机制动器断开,通过发动机直接驱动车辆。
制动能量回收:由于通过齿轮直接连接输出轴,故所述驱动电机的制动能量回收效率高,制动能量主要靠所述驱动电机回收。制动时不需要动力输出,驱动电机转换成发电模式收集制动能量,此时发动机可断油。
起步时,当所述发动机运行时,如果扭矩需求大时,系统工作在混合动力模式,如果扭矩需求较小时,系统工作在串联驱动模式;当发动机停机时,如果扭矩需求大时,系统工作双电机纯电动模式;如果扭矩需求小时,系统工作在单电机纯电动模式。根据不同的动力扭矩需求可实现单电机纯电驱动、双电机纯电驱动、串联驱动、混合动力驱动和发动机驱动。通过采用单行星轮传动、传动辅助电机输出轴通过传动辅助电机减速齿轮降低转速和驱动电机输出轴通过驱动电机减速齿轮降低转速不仅使得传动辅助电机和驱动电机两个动力源在低速时同时提供大扭矩,减小动力输出系统系统的扭矩和功率需求,而且减弱了机械传动系统在中高转速时所带来的震动和噪音现象。将传动辅助电机和驱动电机布置在机械传动系统一侧并分布在所述输出轴所在水平面上方的两侧,这种电机的偏置方式有效地减小了连接电机转子的轴承和油封尺寸,提升了电机的最高转速和最大扭矩,保证了最高车速不被限制得过小的同时,也远离了热源,又实现电机的冷却和传动系统的润滑一体化,提升了动力输出系统及机械传动系统的效率和寿命。
作为本发明的优选,所述发动机输出轴的中心线与所述输出轴在同一轴线上。
对于后置后驱或前置后驱的动力系统,作为动力源的发动机输出轴与所述输出轴分布在同一轴线上,使得动力系统与后桥传动轴间的倾角更小,有利于减少后桥传动轴的震动;同时动力系统悬置的载荷分布也更均匀,悬置的设计也趋于简单。
作为本发明的优选,所述行星齿轮排包含有行星齿轮圈、行星轮架、太阳轮和行星轮,所述行星轮架连接所述行星轮,所述行星轮连接所述太阳轮和所述行星齿轮圈,所述行星轮圈通过花键连接所述输出轴。
作为本发明的优选,所述发动机输出轴通过发动机输出轴齿轮啮合连接所述发动机制动器的发动机制动齿轮;所述发动机输出轴连接所述行星轮架。
作为本发明的优选,所述传动辅助电机输出轴通过传动辅助电机输出轴齿轮啮合所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮,所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮连接所述太阳轮;所述驱动电机输出轴通过所述驱动电机输出轴齿轮啮合所述驱动电机减速齿轮,所述驱动电机减速齿轮连接所述行星齿轮圈。
作为本发明的优选,所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮、所述驱动电机减速齿轮为可变模块构件。
通过调整所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮、所述驱动电机减速齿轮的速比,可以满足不同吨位的客车和中型货车的对起步扭矩和车速的要求,提高本发明的灵活性和实用性。
作为本发明的优选,所述传动辅助电机和所述驱动电机连接有电子油泵喷射装置。
在常规的使用机械油泵的润滑系统中,发动机速度与泵送的润滑剂量之间呈线性关系,发动机每转一周机械油泵出固定油量。在车辆实际运行过程中,发动机温度、润滑剂种类都会影响润滑剂粘度,这就要求油泵的出油量需要相应得做出调整。使用电子油泵就很好地解决了这个问题,电子油泵可根据变化的润滑剂温度,计算出实时润滑剂输送量,能够给传动辅助电机和驱动电机提供等于或接近实际润滑和冷却需要的润滑剂量,提高泵送润滑剂的效率。
作为本发明的优选,所述电子油泵喷射装置连接外部热交换系统。
润滑油在经过外部的热交换系统后,通过电子油泵喷射到定子表面,极大得提高电机的冷却效果,增强电机轴承的润滑效果。
作为本发明的优选,所述传动辅助电机制动器和所述发动机制动器连接有多模式制动器控制设备。
商用车的附件配置,如采用发动机驱动的机械式空调或电力驱动的空调和实际承载质量直接影响着车辆起步时的模式,侧重于起步性能;当车辆运行时,发动机启动,进入混合动力模式和串联驱动模式,侧重于经济性能;当车辆运行在高速或巡航时,进入发动机驱动模式,进一步提高经济性能。多模式制动器控制设备设计有单电机纯电动模式、双电机纯电动模式、串联驱动模式、混合动力模式、发动机驱动模式的功能,可灵活地控制系统的模态,实现各模式之间的高效的自动转换,使系统工作在更高效的区域。此外,通常情况下的车辆在倒档时,发动机需要停机,如采用发动机驱动的机械式空压机,将出现由于压力低制动系统报警甚至无法倒车的情况。故采用电动空压机,其运作不依赖于发动机,即可避免该情况出现。同时也避免了由于气压低而导致发动机频繁启动的情况。
综上所述,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本技术方案可根据不同的动力扭矩需求实现单电机纯电驱动、串联驱动、双电机纯电驱动、混合动力驱动和发动机驱动。通过单行星轮传动、采用减速齿轮降低转速不仅使得传动辅助电机和驱动电机两个动力源在低速时同时提供大扭矩,减小动力输出系统的启动扭矩和功率需求,而且减弱了机械传动系统在中高转速时所带来的震动和噪音现象。电机的偏置有效地减小了连接电机转子的轴承和油封尺寸,提升了电机的最高转速和最大扭矩,保证了最高车速不被限制得过小的同时,也远离了热源,又实现电机的冷却和传动系统的润滑一体化,提升了动力输出系统及机械传动系统的效率和寿命。
2.所述发动机输出轴与所述输出轴分布在同一轴线上,使得动力系统与后桥传动轴间的倾角更小,有利于减少后桥传动轴的震动,同时动力系统悬置的载荷分布也更均匀,悬置的设计也趋于简单。
3.通过调整所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮、所述驱动电机减速齿轮的速比,满足了不同吨位的客车和中型货车的对起步扭矩和车速的要求,使得本发明具有更好的灵活性和实用性。
4.电子油泵可根据变化的润滑剂温度信号,计算出实时润滑剂输送量,能够给传动辅助电机和驱动电机提供等于或接近实际润滑、冷却需要的润滑剂量,提高了泵送润滑剂的效率,同时润滑剂在经过外部热交换系统后,由电子油泵喷射装置将冷油喷射到定子表面,极大得提高了冷却效果,增强了电机轴承的润滑效果。
5.多模式制动器控制设备的设计可灵活地控制系统的模态,实现各模式之间的高效的自动转换,使系统工作在更高效的区域。
6.由于采用电动空压机,倒档时,其运作不依赖于发动机,即可避免由于压力低制动系统报警甚至无法倒车的情况出现。也避免了由于气压低而导致出现发动机频繁启动的情况,提高了系统效率。

实施例1,如图1所示为一种混合动力耦合传动装置结构总示意图。一种混合动力耦合传动装置,包括动力输出系统10和机械传动系统11,其中,动力输出系统10包括发动机7、发动机输出轴71、传动辅助电机3、传动辅助电机输出轴31、驱动电机5和驱动电机输出轴51,如图2所示,机械传动系统11包括发动机输出轴齿轮72、减震器1、发动机制动器6、行星齿轮排4、传动辅助电机减速齿轮32、传动辅助电机制动器2、驱动电机减速齿轮52和输出轴9,如图3所示,行星齿轮排4包含有行星齿轮圈41、行星轮架42、太阳轮43和行星轮44,行星轮架42连接行星轮44,行星轮44连接太阳轮43和行星齿轮圈41,行星齿轮圈41通过花键连接输出轴9。如图1、图2、图3所示,发动机输出轴71上套有减震器1和发动机输出轴齿轮72,发动机输出轴齿轮72啮合连接发动机制动器6的发动机制动齿轮8,发动机输出轴71连接行星轮架42,传动辅助电机输出轴31通过传动辅助电机减速齿轮32啮合太阳轮43,在远离传动辅助电机3的传动辅助电机输出轴31末端连接传动辅助电机制动器2,驱动电机输出轴51通过驱动电机输出轴齿轮53与驱动电机减速齿轮52啮合,驱动电机减速齿轮52通过花键连接输出轴9,在远离驱动电机5一侧的驱动电机输出轴51上空套发动机制动器6。传动辅助电机3和驱动电机5布置于远离发动机7的机械传动系统11一侧并分布在输出轴9所在水平面上方的两侧。传动辅助电机减速齿轮32、驱动电机减速齿轮52为可变模块构件。传动辅助电机3和驱动电机连5接有电子油泵喷射装置,电子油泵喷射装置连接外部热交换系统,传动辅助电机制动器2和发动机制动器6连接有多模式制动器控制设备。

1.一种混合动力耦合传动装置,包括动力输出系统(10)和机械传动系统(11),其特征在于:所述动力输出系统(10)包括发动机(7)、发动机输出轴(71)、传动辅助电机(3)、传动辅助电机输出轴(31)、驱动电机(5)和驱动电机输出轴(51),所述机械传动系统(11)包括发动机输出轴齿轮(72)、减震器(1)、发动机制动器(6)、行星齿轮排(4)、传动辅助电机减速齿轮(32)、传动辅助电机制动器(2)、驱动电机减速齿轮(52)和输出轴(9),所述发动机输出轴(71)上套有减震器(2)并连接所述行星齿轮排(4),所述行星齿轮排(4)连接所述输出轴(10),所述传动辅助电机输出轴(31)啮合连接所述行星齿轮排(4)的所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮(32),在远离所述传动辅助电机(3)的所述传动辅助电机输出轴(31)末端连接所述传动辅助电机制动器(2),所述驱动电机输出轴(51)啮合连接所述行星齿轮排(4)的所述驱动电机减速齿轮(52),所述驱动电机减速齿轮(52)通过花键连接所述输出轴(9),在远离所述驱动电机(5)一侧的所述驱动电机输出轴(51)上空套所述发动机制动器(6),所述发动机制动器(6)通过齿轮啮合制动所述发动机输出轴(71),所述传动辅助电机(3)和所述驱动电机(5)布置于远离所述发动机(7)的所述机械传动系统(11)一侧并分布在所述输出轴(9)所在水平面上方的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机输出轴(71)的中心线与所述输出轴(10)在同一轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述行星齿轮排(4)包含有行星齿轮圈(41)、行星轮架(42)、太阳轮(43)和行星轮(44),所述行星轮架(42)连接所述行星轮(44),所述行星轮(44)连接所述太阳轮(43)和所述行星齿轮圈(41),所述行星轮圈(41)通过花键连接所述输出轴(9)。
4.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机输出轴(71)通过发动机输出轴齿轮(72)啮合连接所述发动机制动器(6)的发动机制动齿轮(8);所述发动机输出轴(71)连接所述行星轮架(42)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述传动辅助电机输出轴(31)通过传动辅助电机输出轴齿轮(33)啮合所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮(32),所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮(32)连接所述太阳轮(43);所述驱动电机输出轴(51)通过所述驱动电机输出轴齿轮(53)啮合所述驱动电机减速齿轮(52),所述驱动电机减速齿轮(52)连接所述行星齿轮圈(41)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述传动辅助电机减速齿轮(32)、所述驱动电机减速齿轮(52)为可变模块构件。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述传动辅助电机(3)和所述驱动电机(5)连接有电子油泵喷射装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述电子油泵喷射装置连接外部热交换系统。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种混合动力耦合传动装置,其特征在于:所述传动辅助电机制动器(2)和所述发动机制动器(6)连接有多模式制动器控制设备。
