本发明涉及一种弹性好色泽度高布质轻薄阻燃人造革，从下往上依次包括基质层（1）、聚氨酯发泡层（2）和聚氨酯面层（3），其特征在于所述基质层（1）的下方还设有阻燃层（4），所述阻燃层（4）包括上层的真空镀铝膜和下层的阻燃纤维织物。所述基质层背面复合有衬里层，所述衬里层，它包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述的基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，所述纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。本发明由于基质层下方设有阻燃纤维织物与真空镀铝膜制作而成的阻燃层，使得该人造革做成服饰或者沙发表皮时可以具有一定的阻燃作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种弹性好色泽度高布质轻薄阻燃人造革。
背景技术
市场上大多出售的沙发、座具等家具表面的包裹，或者制作床垫、坐垫都会采用人造革，用人造革来代替真皮，节约成本的同时可以达到类似的外观效果。人们在抽烟的时候难免会让烟头触碰到衣服，沙发等一些用人造革做成表面的日常用品，由于一般的人造革不具备阻燃能力，烟头会使得表面出现一个疤痕，影响美观和使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种不易燃烧的弹性好色泽度高布质轻薄阻燃人造革。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种弹性好色泽度高布质轻薄阻燃人造革，从下往上依次包括基质层、聚氨酯发泡层和聚氨酯面层，所述基质层的下方还设有阻燃层，所述阻燃层包括上层的真空镀铝膜和下层的阻燃纤维织物，聚氨酯面层包含以下原料：聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、防水剂、改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂、抗老剂、水性荧光色浆；按以下重量比例配制：聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯100份，二甲基甲酰胺10-150份，防水剂0.1-1份，改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.1-3份，抗老剂0.1-5份，水性荧光色浆5-50份。所述基质层背面复合有衬里层，所述衬里层，它包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述的基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，所述纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明由于基质层下方设有阻燃纤维织物与真空镀铝膜制作而成的阻燃层，使得该人造革做成服饰或者沙发表皮时可以具有一定的阻燃作用。
本发明通过在基布层的第一表面和第二表面的至少一个表面设置防水涂层，提高了衬里层的防水性能；采用了150D涤粘纱的经纱R3.5N涤粘纱+300D的有光涤粘网络丝作为纬纱交织而成重纬设置，使得该防水衬里层具有弹性好，色泽度高，布质轻薄的优点。

参见图1，本发明涉及的一种弹性好色泽度高布质轻薄阻燃人造革，从下往上依次包括基质层1、聚氨酯发泡层2和聚氨酯面层3，所述基质层1的下方还设有阻燃层4，所述阻燃层4包括上层的真空镀铝膜和下层的阻燃纤维织物。聚氨酯面层包含以下原料：聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、防水剂、改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂、抗老剂、水性荧光色浆；按以下重量比例配制：聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯100份，二甲基甲酰胺10-150份，防水剂0.1-1份，改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.1-3份，抗老剂0.1-5份，水性荧光色浆5-50份。
