Abstract

本发明公开了一种箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形管的制造方法,该方法是以玻璃纤维织物和树脂为原材料,采用缠绕成型制成矩形空心管。与现有金属材料相比,本发明承载能力大、刚性好、自重轻,制作成型时的一次性;更是区别于金属材料的另一个显著的特点,只要根据产品的设计,选择合适的原材料铺设方法和排列程序,就可以将玻璃钢材料和结构一次性地完成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料空心管的制造。
背景技术
箱形件的作用是作为产品上的结构件,已有技术的箱形件大部分由金属制造,由于这些材料刚性不足、不耐疲劳,而且比重过大,灵活度不高,热膨胀系数大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以玻璃纤维复合材料为原材料,生产效率高、成本低的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,旨在解决上述问题。
本发明可以通过以下措施达到:
一种箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备一个金属方管芯模,用于箱形件方管的制造;
2)在芯模上完成玻璃纤维复合材料等厚层的缠绕;
3)等厚层缠绕完成后进行加厚层的铺放,注意加厚层尺寸铺放大于加厚层模具面;
4)制件制作完成后把接轴连接在芯模两端,并将接轴固定在烘箱旋转固化接头上,运行烘箱,进行旋转固化;
5)固化完成后,取出带有制品的模具,用脱管机进行制件脱模。
所述的玻璃纤维复合材料为玻璃纤维织物。
所述矩形空心管的内外加厚层用45°织物,中间等厚层用0°/90°织物。
所述制件中所使用树脂为环氧树脂。
所述制件所使用的树脂含量为30%~50%。
所述烘箱被加热到固定温度,并恒温保持。
本发明所设计的箱形件,其特征在于所用材料均为玻纤织物,相对于一般金属箱形件,能够精确控制箱形件的内部铺层顺序,自主设计结构强度。选用材料由玻纤织物和环氧树脂构成,玻纤织物能提供强大的强度和刚度,环氧树脂作为基体将玻璃纤维粘结成整体,传递作用力,保护玻璃纤维,还能提供美观的表面。本发明所用材料为玻璃纤维复合材料,该材料相对于金属材料有比较高的强度和刚度,比重小,具有良好的抗疲劳性能,耐腐蚀性能好。而且本发明提供了一种设备投资小、模具制造简单、生产能耗低、周期短而且可自动化生产的新型工艺。

具体实施方式
一种箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备一个金属方管芯模,用于箱形件方管的制造;
2)在芯模上完成玻璃纤维复合材料等厚层1的缠绕;
3)等厚层1缠绕完成后进行加厚层2的铺放,注意加厚层尺寸铺放大于加厚层模具面;
4)制件制作完成后把接轴连接在芯模两端,并将接轴固定在烘箱旋转固化接头上,运行烘箱,进行旋转固化;
5)固化完成后,取出带有制品的模具,用脱管机进行制件脱模。
所述的玻璃纤维复合材料为玻璃纤维织物。

Claims (6)

1.一种箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备一个金属方管芯模,用于箱形件方管的制造;
2)在芯模上完成玻璃纤维复合材料等厚层的缠绕;
3)等厚层缠绕完成后进行加厚层的铺放,注意加厚层尺寸铺放大于加厚层模具面;
4)制件制作完成后把接轴连接在芯模两端,并将接轴固定在烘箱旋转固化接头上,运行烘箱,进行旋转固化;
5)固化完成后,取出带有制品的模具,用脱管机进行制件脱模。
2.按权利要求1所述的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维复合材料为玻璃纤维织物。
3.按权利要求2所述的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述矩形空心管的内外加厚层用45°织物,中间等厚层用0°/90°织物。
4.按权利要求2所述的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述制件中所使用树脂为环氧树脂。
5.按权利要求4所述的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述制件所使用的树脂含量为30%~50%。
6.按权利要求5所述的箱形件用玻璃纤维复合材料矩形空心管的制造方法,其特征在于:所述烘箱被加热到固定温度,并恒温保持。
