背景技术:
现有的化妆盒一般采用的是盒体中卡置固定内胆,在制作时一般采用人工放置,其效率低,效果差,常常会有安装不到位的问题出现。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种提升式固定式化妆盒内胆安装机构,它通过主盒体进料孔可以直接进料,并自动提升,进行自动安装内胆,其安装效率高,效果好,安装到位。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种提升式固定式化妆盒内胆安装机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板中部具有通孔,机架的顶板的下方固定有下支撑板,下支撑板的底面固定有提升气缸,提升气缸的推杆竖直向上穿过下支撑板并固定有提升板,提升板插套在通孔中;
机架的顶板的顶面中部固定有放置套筒和固定有上连接架,上连接架的顶板的顶面中部具有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过上连接架的顶板并固定有抓取块,抓取块的底面固定有吸盘,抓取块的侧壁上固定有环形罩,环形罩的侧板内部固定有夹持气缸,夹持气缸的推杆伸出环形罩的侧板并铰接有夹持块,抓取块插套在内胆中,吸盘吸附在内胆的底板的顶面上,夹持块压靠在内胆的内侧壁上,主盒体插套在放置套筒中并放置在提升板上,内胆处于主盒体的正上方;
所述机架的下部侧壁上具有主盒体进料孔,主盒体进料孔在机架的顶板与下支撑板之间。
所述上连接架的顶板的顶面边部固定有多个侧部辅助气缸,侧部辅助气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过上连接架的顶板并固定有推动块,推动块的底面具有凹槽,内胆的顶部与推动块对应处插套在凹槽中。
所述提升板的顶面固定有多个缓冲弹簧,缓冲板插套在放置套筒中,缓冲弹簧的上端固定在缓冲板上,主盒体放置在缓冲板上,缓冲板的顶面具有多个定位凸起,定位凸起插套在主盒体的底面具有的多个凹孔中。
所述放置套筒的内侧壁上固定有弹性层,弹性层压靠在主盒体的外侧壁上。
所述凹槽的内侧壁上固定有保护弹性层,保护弹性层压靠在内胆的顶部的侧壁上。
所述下支撑板与主盒体进料孔相对应的一侧内壁上固定有弹簧,弹簧的端部固定有限位板,限位板与提升板相对应。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它通过主盒体进料孔可以直接进料,并自动提升,进行自动安装内胆,其安装效率高,效果好,安装到位。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种提升式固定式化妆盒内胆安装机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板中部具有通孔101,机架10的顶板的下方固定有下支撑板102,下支撑板102的底面固定有提升气缸103,提升气缸103的推杆竖直向上穿过下支撑板102并固定有提升板104,提升板104插套在通孔101中;
机架10的顶板的顶面中部固定有放置套筒11和固定有上连接架12,上连接架12的顶板的顶面中部具有推动气缸13,推动气缸13的推杆竖直向下穿过上连接架12的顶板并固定有抓取块14,抓取块14的底面固定有吸盘15,抓取块14的侧壁上固定有环形罩141,环形罩141的侧板内部固定有夹持气缸142,夹持气缸142的推杆伸出环形罩141的侧板并铰接有夹持块143,抓取块14插套在内胆1中,吸盘15吸附在内胆1的底板的顶面上,夹持块143压靠在内胆1的内侧壁上,主盒体2插套在放置套筒11中并放置在提升板104上,内胆1处于主盒体2的正上方;
所述机架10的下部侧壁上具有主盒体进料孔105,主盒体进料孔105在机架10的顶板与下支撑板102之间。
进一步的说,所述上连接架12的顶板的顶面边部固定有多个侧部辅助气缸18,侧部辅助气缸18的推杆竖直向下穿过上连接架12的顶板并固定有推动块181,推动块181的底面具有凹槽182,内胆1的顶部与推动块181对应处插套在凹槽182中。
进一步的说,所述提升板104的顶面固定有多个缓冲弹簧16,缓冲板17插套在放置套筒11中,缓冲弹簧16的上端固定在缓冲板17上,主盒体2放置在缓冲板17上,缓冲板17的顶面具有多个定位凸起171,定位凸起171插套在主盒体2的底面具有的多个凹孔21中。
进一步的说,所述放置套筒11的内侧壁上固定有弹性层3,弹性层3压靠在主盒体2的外侧壁上。
进一步的说,所述凹槽182的内侧壁上固定有保护弹性层4,保护弹性层4压靠在内胆1的顶部的侧壁上。
进一步的说,所述下支撑板102与主盒体进料孔105相对应的一侧内壁上固定有弹簧106,弹簧106的端部固定有限位板107,限位板107与提升板104相对应。
工作原理:通过将主盒体2由主盒体进料孔105进入放置在提升板104上,使得定位凸起171插套在主盒体2的底面具有的多个凹孔21中,其中,通过限位板107起到限位作用,保证放置位置准确,然后,通过提升气缸103运行,将提升板103提升,使得主盒体2处于放置套筒11中,将吸盘15吸附内胆1的底板的顶面上,通过夹持气缸142运行,使得夹持块143压靠在内胆1的内侧壁上,然后,侧部辅助气缸18的推杆向下推动,使得内胆1的顶部与推动块181对应处插套在凹槽182中,然后通过推动气缸13和侧部辅助气缸18的推杆继续向下推动,使得内胆1安装在主盒体2中,完成安装。

机架(10)的顶板的顶面中部固定有放置套筒(11)和固定有上连接架(12),上连接架(12)的顶板的顶面中部具有推动气缸(13),推动气缸(13)的推杆竖直向下穿过上连接架(12)的顶板并固定有抓取块(14),抓取块(14)的底面固定有吸盘(15),抓取块(14)的侧壁上固定有环形罩(141),环形罩(141)的侧板内部固定有夹持气缸(142),夹持气缸(142)的推杆伸出环形罩(141)的侧板并铰接有夹持块(143),抓取块(14)插套在内胆(1)中,吸盘(15)吸附在内胆(1)的底板的顶面上,夹持块(143)压靠在内胆(1)的内侧壁上,主盒体(2)插套在放置套筒(11)中并放置在提升板(104)上,内胆(1)处于主盒体(2)的正上方;
所述机架(10)的下部侧壁上具有主盒体进料孔(105),主盒体进料孔(105)在机架(10)的顶板与下支撑板(102)之间;
