本发明公开了一种冷库板铣边机,包括机架,机架上方设有直线滑轨,直线滑轨上设有可滑动的滑块,电机安装座固定在滑块上,电机固定在电机安装座一侧,电机正下方竖直安装转轴,转轴上安装铣刀,转轴下端安装在轴承座上,轴承座与机架下方活动连接,铣刀由两个第一竖向铣刀,两个弧形铣刀和一个第二竖向铣刀组合在一起,第二竖向铣刀两侧分别安装一个弧形铣刀,两个弧形铣刀的外侧分别安装一个第一竖向铣刀。本发明节省了大量人工二次修整板材的时间,经铣削后的板材插接口整齐美观,插接严密。

本发明涉及一种铣边机,具体涉及一种冷库板铣边机。
背景技术
随之冷冻冷藏技术的发展,冷库工程的触角已经深入到各行各业,因此,冷库板的使用越来越广泛。但冷库板在生产时由于履带产线长度及生产环境等的局限性,板材出履带口后子母口处发泡料普遍继续涨发,涨发后造成板材插接口直接变形,使用时内外钢板可能插接不严密造成保温性能下降。现在厚度在150-200mm范围内的冷库板产品插接质量一直存在缺陷,生产完后需要额外进行板材二次修整,将多余的发泡料修掉,花费大量人力和时间。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可自动完成涨发板材修整的冷库板铣边机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种冷库板铣边机,其特殊之处在于:包括机架,所述机架上方设有直线滑轨,直线滑轨上设有可滑动的滑块,电机安装座固定在滑块上,电机固定在电机安装座一侧,电机正下方竖直安装转轴,转轴上安装铣刀,转轴下端安装在轴承座上,轴承座与机架下方活动连接;所述铣刀由两个第一竖向铣刀,两个弧形铣刀和一个第二竖向铣刀组合在一起,第二竖向铣刀两侧分别安装一个弧形铣刀,两个弧形铣刀的外侧分别安装一个第一竖向铣刀。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述机架为一端开口的矩形机架,铣刀安装在该矩形机架的开口端。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所诉电机安装座为直角三角形,电机竖直固定在安装座的直角边上。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述机架下方设有凹槽,轴承座与该凹槽滑动连接,滑块下方连接竖直的铣刀推进板,该铣刀推进板上安装有丝杠,丝杠与手轮连接,通过转动手轮由铣刀推进板推动电机带动铣刀进行调节。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述弧形铣刀的边缘分别与第一竖向铣刀和第二竖向铣刀相切,整个铣刀的连接光滑没有棱角。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述第一竖向铣刀和第二竖向铣刀采用直齿刀片,弧形铣刀采用螺旋齿刀片。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述铣刀的形状与冷库板子口形状相互吻合,实现精准的子口修整。
本发明的冷库板铣边机,所述机架内焊接有铁板加强筋,增加机架的稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用电机直连铣刀结构,铣刀刀口样式与冷库板子口相吻合,通过铣刀将涨发后的冷库板子口进行修整,粉末通过吸尘器吸走,本发明节省了大量人工二次修整板材的时间,经铣削后的板材插接口整齐美观,插接严密。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
附图是本发明的一种具体实施方式。该实施例包括机架1,机架1内焊接有铁板加强筋14,所述机架1为一端开口的矩形机架,所述机架1上方设有直线滑轨2,直线滑轨2上设有可滑动的滑块3,电机安装座4固定在滑块3上,电机5固定在电机安装座4一侧,所诉电机安装座4为直角三角形,电机5竖直固定在电机安装座4的直角边上,电机5正下方竖直安装转轴6,转轴6上安装铣刀8,转轴4下端安装在轴承座7上,所述机架1下方设有凹槽10,轴承座7与该凹槽10滑动连接,滑块3下方连接竖直的铣刀推进板11,该铣刀推进板11上安装有丝杠12,丝杠12与手轮13连接,转轴6和铣刀8安装在矩形机架的开口端,直线导轨2和凹槽10相互平行,铣刀8和铣刀推进板11相互平行,铣刀推进板11的移动带动铣刀8的进步。
本实施例的铣刀8的形状与冷库板9子口形状相互吻合,铣刀8由两个第一竖向铣刀15,两个弧形铣刀16和一个第二竖向铣刀17组合在一起,第二竖向铣刀17两侧分别安装一个弧形铣刀16,两个弧形铣刀16的外侧分别安装一个第一竖向铣刀15,弧形铣刀16的边缘分别与第一竖向铣刀15和第二竖向铣刀17相切,第一竖向铣刀15和第二竖向铣刀17采用直齿刀片,弧形铣刀16采用螺旋齿刀片。
本实施例在使用时,将铣边机安装在冷库板出履带口与切割机之间辊道大架上,旁边安装吸尘器,铣刀总厚度为冷库板板材厚度减去上下钢板插口高度,铣刀采用合金头锯片,传动电机功率1.1KW,铣削转速2800r/min,能满足1-7m/min的生产速度,铣削前调节铣刀位置,转动手轮13,铣刀推进板11在丝杠12上移动,铣刀推进板11带动电机5和电机安装座4在直线导轨2上移动,电机5带动转轴6和铣刀8也同时移动,过程中轴承座7在凹槽7上随之移动,直至铣刀8与冷库板9的子口卡接好为止,启动电机5进行铣削,随着冷库板生产线的速度同时完成铣削修整动作,粉碎的板材料通过吸尘器吸走。
本实施例铣削后插口效果非常好,板材插接严密,本发明可根据板材插接口样式不同,通过增或减锯片来实现不同厚度订单的铣削作业,主要用于厚板材子母插接口的修整。板材越厚,发泡料涨发越多,对本项目越有利,操作越方便,铣削越整齐,节省了大量人工二次修整板材的时间。

1.一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上方设有直线滑轨(2),直线滑轨(2)上设有可滑动的滑块(3),电机安装座(4)固定在滑块(3)上,电机(5)固定在电机安装座(4)一侧,电机(5)正下方竖直安装转轴(6),转轴(6)上安装铣刀(8),转轴(6)下端安装在轴承座(7)上,轴承座(7)与机架(1)下方活动连接;所述铣刀(8)由两个第一竖向铣刀(15),两个弧形铣刀(16)和一个第二竖向铣刀(17)组合在一起,第二竖向铣刀(17)两侧分别安装一个弧形铣刀(16),两个弧形铣刀(16)的外侧分别安装一个第一竖向铣刀(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)为一端开口的矩形机架,铣刀(8)安装在该矩形机架的开口端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述电机安装座(4)为直角三角形,电机(5)竖直固定在安装座(4)的直角边上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)下方设有凹槽(10),轴承座(7)与该凹槽(10)滑动连接,滑块(3)下方连接竖直的铣刀推进板(11),该铣刀推进板(11)上安装有丝杠(12),丝杠(12)与手轮(13)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述弧形铣刀(16)的边缘分别与第一竖向铣刀(15)和第二竖向铣刀(17)相切。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述第一竖向铣刀(15)和第二竖向铣刀(17)采用直齿刀片,弧形铣刀(16)采用螺旋齿刀片。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述铣刀(8)的形状与冷库板(9)子口形状相互吻合。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冷库板铣边机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)内焊接有铁板加强筋(14)。
