Abstract
本发明涉及空调过滤器技术领域,公开了一种空调用稀土过滤器,所述过滤器由蜂窝体和稀土催化剂涂层组成,所述蜂窝体表面喷有所述稀土催化剂涂层。本发明利用稀土材料制成空调室内机用空气过滤器,能有效除去PM2.5、甲醛等有害气体,达到净化室内空气的目的,能替代多种空气过滤器,在空调运转的同时营造清新健康的室内环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调过滤器技术领域,特别涉及一种空调用稀土过滤器。
背景技术
在家居房间和办公环境中使用的空调器,为了达到除去PM2.5、甲醛等有害气体的目的,室内机会同时使用多种空气过滤器,有电气集尘过滤器、除甲醛过滤器、高效过滤器等,虽然能净化室内空气,但会占用过多室内机空间,也会增加风阻,从而影响风量,影响空调性能。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种空调用稀土过滤器,利用稀土材料制成空调室内机用空气过滤器,能有效除去PM2.5、甲醛等有害气体,达到净化室内空气的目的,能替代多种空气过滤器,在空调运转的同时营造清新健康的室内环境。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种空调用稀土过滤器,由蜂窝体和稀土催化剂涂层组成,所述蜂窝体表面喷有所述稀土催化剂涂层。
进一步,所述稀土催化剂涂层由稀土储氧材料、稀土稳定的氧化铝材料和贵金属组成,所述稀土储氧材料由氧化铈、氧化镧和氧化锆制备而成。
进一步,所述贵金属包括Pt,Pd和Rah。
进一步,所述空调包括壁挂式、柜式、天花嵌入式、风管式。
本发明的有益效果是:
克服了室内机使用多种空气过滤器的缺陷,利用稀土材料制成空调室内机用空气过滤器,能有效除去PM2.5、甲醛等有害气体,达到净化室内空气的目的,能替代多种空气过滤器,在空调运转的同时营造清新健康的室内环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明空调用稀土过滤器的具体实施方式作详细说明。
参见附图1-2,空调用稀土过滤器3由蜂窝体4和稀土催化剂涂层5组成,蜂窝体4表面喷有稀土催化剂涂层5。
本发明的工作原理如下:尼龙滤网2内设计有框架用于放置稀土过滤器3,稀土催化剂涂层5由稀土储氧材料(由氧化铈,氧化镧和氧化锆制备)、稀土稳定的氧化铝材料和贵金属组成。稀土储氧材料中的稀土元素铈为一种变价元素,其氧化物具有特殊的储存和放氧功能,与贵金属Pt,Pd和Rah结合,在无空气通过时储存氧,空气流动时提供氧,将室内空气中的PM2.5、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲醛、苯等污染物高效转化还原成对人体无害的气体和少量水。空调运转时,室内污浊空气先经尼龙滤网2过滤掉大的灰尘,再通过稀土过滤器3过滤净化,经净化后的室内空气送到室内,营造清新健康的室内环境,一种稀土过滤器3能起到替代多种空气过滤器的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种空调用稀土过滤器,其特征在于,由蜂窝体和稀土催化剂涂层组成,所述蜂窝体表面喷有所述稀土催化剂涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调用稀土过滤器,其特征在于:所述稀土催化剂涂层由稀土储氧材料、稀土稳定的氧化铝材料和贵金属组成,所述稀土储氧材料由氧化铈、氧化镧和氧化锆制备而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调用稀土过滤器,其特征在于:所述贵金属包括Pt,Pd和Rah。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空调用稀土过滤器,其特征在于:所述空调包括壁挂式、柜式、天花嵌入式、风管式。
