背景技术
十二指肠溃疡是由于多种因素引起的十二指肠粘膜层和肌层的缺损。在临床表现方面虽与胃溃疡相似，但在发病情况、年龄、性别、发病机制等方面却有明显不同，指仅见于胃肠道与胃液接触部位的慢性溃疡，又称溃疡病。西医多采用果胶铋、阿莫西林、克拉霉素等治疗该病，但其价格较贵，且具有一定的毒副作用，复发率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药汤剂。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份为：黄芩10-15、金银花20-25、白芷5-8、人参2-4、白茅根5-6、鸡内金2-4、茯苓5-8、黄精4-5、桑根2-4、海螵蛸5-7、苍术4-5、白附子1-3、苏梗2-4、仙鹤草5-8、款冬花3-5、皂角刺2-4、紫花地丁2-3、黄蓬花1-3、偏瓣花根2-4。

实施例1：治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：黄芩12、金银花22、白芷6、人参3、白茅根5.5、鸡内金3、茯苓6、黄精4.5、桑根3、海螵蛸6、苍术4.5、白附子2、苏梗3、仙鹤草6、款冬花4、皂角刺3、紫花地丁2.5、黄蓬花2、偏瓣花根3。
用量及用法：服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，15天为一疗程，一般3-4个疗程即可治愈。
典型病例：
病例1、王某，男，48岁，患有十二指肠溃疡数月，常伴有上腹部疼痛，腹胀，纳差，嗳气等症状，患者常感身倦乏力，大便溏薄，曾多次服用奥美拉唑药物治疗，疗效不明显，后服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，连服两个疗程后，腹痛、腹胀、嗳气症状大减，继续巩固疗效服用一个疗程，诸症全消，治愈。
病例2、刘某，女，67岁，患有十二指肠溃疡两年，常伴有腹胀，纳差，嗳气，身倦乏力等症状，严重时伴有反酸、嗳气、恶心呕吐；服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，症状明显减轻，上腹饱胀、恶心呕吐消失，反酸、嗳气明显改善，后继续服用 1 个疗程，诸症全消，胃镜检查十二指肠溃疡完全消失，随访无复发。
病例3：卫某，男，57岁，患有十二指肠溃疡一余年，主要临床表现为上腹部疼痛，一般早餐后1-3小时开始出现上腹痛，每次服用西药以减缓病情，反复发作，不得根治，后服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，连服十余剂后，患者食欲增加，腹痛明显减轻，后继续服用两个疗程，腹痛完全消失，胃镜检查十二指肠溃疡完全消失，治愈。
