发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制备简单、疗效显著、无毒副作用的治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物。

下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床资料:
采用本发明制备的药膏从2013年1月—2015年1月，共治疗烧烫伤患者164例，其中男性97例，女性67例，烧伤57例，烫伤83例，其它烧烫伤24例。
二、治疗方法:
将烧烫伤患处消毒拭干，涂抹本发明制备的药物于受损面上，每天早晚换药一次，换药前先将烧烫伤患处的液化物清除干净，暴露疮面再涂药,7天为一个疗程。
三、疗效评定标准:
痊愈：烧烫伤症状完全消失，疮面愈合。
显效：烧烫伤症状明显有所好转，疮面未完全愈合。
无效：烧烫伤症状未见改善，疮面感染不能控制。
四、治疗结果:
本发明治疗烧烫伤患者164例，经过2—7个疗程的治疗，痊愈158例，占96.3%，显效4例，占2.4％，无效2例，占1.2%，总有效率为98.8%，对于Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者，使用本发明制备的药物1—2个疗程即可痊愈；对于Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者，使用本发明制备的药物3—5个疗程即可痊愈；对于Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者，使用本发明制备的药物5—7个疗程即可痊愈；本发明具有疗效好，见效快，愈后不易留疤痕的优点。
五、典型病例:
1.刘某，男，4岁，在厨房玩耍时不慎左手被开水烫伤，手背及手指红肿疼痛，没有起水疱，系Ⅰ度烫伤；先对患处进行消毒处理后，使用本发明制备的药物3天，红肿消退，又继续使用7天，脱痂愈合，且无疤痕。
2.刘某，男，9岁，因在饭桌上吃饭时不慎被热烫烫伤，患者双腿大面积烫伤，局部有大小不等的水疱，系Ⅱ度烫伤；先对患处进行消毒处理后，使用本发明制备的药物5天，患处渗出液明显减少，又继续使用20天，疮面痊愈，未留疤痕。
3.孟某，男，57岁，工厂电工，患者维修电路时被高压电烧伤，双臂皮肤焦黑，疼痛难忍，系Ⅲ度烧伤；先对患处进行消毒处理后，使用本发明制备的药物2个疗程，患处开始愈合结痂，又继续使用3个疗效，结痂全部脱落，双臂恢复正常功能。
4.胡某，男，11岁，患者脚部被开水烫伤，红肿疼痛，哭叫不止，系一度烫伤；使用本发明制备的药物进行涂抹患处，当即疼痛明显减轻，停止哭闹，连续使用15天后，痊愈，未留疤痕。

治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量的中药原料组成：红花30克、地黄15克、黄芪12克、大黄12克、中华赛爵床8克、百草霜8克、黄芩10克、黄藤10克、蛇蜕10克、红景天8克、白芷8克、松树皮15克、地榆25克、冰片15克、儿茶30克、降香16克、血竭16克、乳香18克、蜂蜡40克、麻油70克。
治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其制备方法是：①按配方比例称取红花、地黄、黄芪、大黄、中华赛爵床、百草霜、黄芩、黄藤、蛇蜕、红景天、白芷、松树皮、地榆、冰片、儿茶、降香、血竭、乳香各原料中药，粉碎100—120目，得细粉A；②把称量好的麻油、蜂蜡放入锅中，加热，炼制滴水成珠时离火降温50—60℃；③将步骤①得到的细粉A下到锅中，边下边搅拌，搅拌均匀后再降温至常温时，分装密封。

1.治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料组成：红花20—30份、地黄10—15份、黄芪6—12份、大黄6—12份、中华赛爵床5—10份、百草霜5—10份、黄芩6—12份、黄藤6—12份、蛇蜕5—10份、红景天5—10份、白芷6—12份、松树皮10—20份、地榆20—30份、冰片10—20份、儿茶20—30份、降香10—20份、血竭10—20份、乳香10—20份、蜂蜡30—40份、麻油50—80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料组成：红花25份、地黄12份、黄芪10份、大黄10份、中华赛爵床8份、百草霜8份、黄芩10份、黄藤10份、蛇蜕8份、红景天8份、白芷10份、松树皮15份、地榆25份、冰片15份、儿茶25份、降香15份、血竭15份、乳香15份、蜂蜡35份、麻油60份。
