中药无毒无害，在制作保健鞋中，保健效果好，又无毒副作用，是一种应用较广的技术方案；现有的中药保健鞋基本都是将中药材置于鞋底内部，中药材在挥发过程中，对脚部产生治疗作用；但是这种保健鞋在不穿着时，中药成分依然在挥发，中药材失效快，药效不够持久。
脚部按摩穴位能够通经活络、调整人的机能、祛邪扶正，针对不同穴位的按摩，能够调理身体的不同机能。

本发明所要解决的技术方案是：提供一种保健鞋，其药效持久，并且将按摩、磁疗和中药治疗有机结合。

带弹簧的按摩柱不仅可以起到按摩的作用，同时，在人脚踩按摩柱的时候，按摩柱受力会下降，在圆孔与按摩柱之间产生空隙，允许中药的挥发分通过；进而避免了在保健鞋不穿的时候，中药的挥发，保证中药效果持久；本发明可以通过对弹簧弹性的调整，来调整按摩柱施加在脚底的力，这是现有带按摩突触保健鞋所不具备的。
本发明所述一种保健鞋，中药层中还包含了磁石，具有一定磁疗功能；本发明通过按摩、磁场作用，能够促进足部对中草药的吸收，本发明中药通过按摩柱四周与脚部接触，即按摩柱对应的穴位部位中药挥发分最为浓烈，因而中药更易被人体吸收；本发明保健效果优异。
