本发明涉及一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,属太阳能发电技术领域,包括混泥土基础、钢网、固定法兰盘和预埋地脚螺栓,所述钢网分别铺设在混泥土基础的底面上和顶面上,所述固定法兰盘将预埋地脚螺栓固定住,所述固定好预埋地脚螺栓的固定法兰盘放置在混泥土基础的中部位置,该基座能在聚光光伏发电系统重心随太阳位置不断变化时,保证聚光光伏立柱支架脚周围的混泥土不被破坏,从而保证整个聚光光伏发电系统的可靠性长期运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,属太阳能发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上,从而达到发电的目的。目前一台聚光光伏发电系统上安装的聚光光伏组件相对都比较小(聚光光伏组件一般为不超过2吨,因为一个聚光光伏组件的重量可达上百斤),所以对聚光光伏发电系统基座的要求不太高,这样也很难降低整个聚光光伏发电系统的发电成本,同时目前聚光光伏发电系统基座都是在基座的最底面铺设了一层钢网,由于聚光光伏发电系统的重心会随着太阳的位置而发生变化,故基座上层的混泥土在聚光光伏发电系统重心不断变化时,拉扯到聚光光伏立柱支架脚周围的混泥土,并拉扯导致聚光光伏立柱支架脚周围的混泥土破坏,从而破坏整个聚光光伏发电系统。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,该基座所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是,它包括混泥土基础、钢网、固定法兰盘和预埋地脚螺栓,所述钢网分别铺设在混泥土基础的底面上和顶面上,所述固定法兰盘将预埋地脚螺栓固定住,所述固定好预埋地脚螺栓的固定法兰盘放置在混泥土基础的中部位置。
所述混泥土基础为长方体形状的基础。
所述钢网为8*8阵列的网。
所述固定法兰盘为圆形盘。
所述预埋地脚螺栓上端为带螺纹的螺栓。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该基座能在聚光光伏发电系统重心随太阳位置不断变化时,保证聚光光伏立柱支架脚周围的混泥土不被破坏,从而保证整个聚光光伏发电系统的可靠性长期运行。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,如图1所示,包括混泥土基础1、钢网2、固定法兰盘3和预埋地脚螺栓4,所述钢网2铺设在混泥土基础1的底面上和顶面上,所述固定法兰盘3将预埋地脚螺栓4固定住,所述固定好预埋地脚螺栓4的固定法兰盘3放置在混泥土基础1的中部位置,钢网2铺设在混泥土基础1的底面上和顶面上,铺设到底面上的钢网2能保证整个系统的承重能力可以达到最大极限值,铺设到顶面上的钢网2能保证聚光光伏立柱支架脚周围的混泥土不被破坏,从而保证整个聚光光伏发电系统的可靠性长期运行,固定法兰盘3将预埋地脚螺栓4固定住,这样保证了预埋地脚螺栓4的对位精度,就能顺利安装聚光光伏立柱支架,固定好预埋地脚螺栓4的固定法兰盘3放置在混泥土基础1的中部位置,能保证整个系统在运行的平均受力后,系统的稳定性和可靠性。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,钢网可以为任意阵列,混泥土基础的形状可以为任何形状,固定法兰盘的形状也可以为任何形状,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是,它包括混泥土基础、钢网、固定法兰盘和预埋地脚螺栓,所述钢网分别铺设在混泥土基础的底面上和顶面上,所述固定法兰盘将预埋地脚螺栓固定住,所述固定好预埋地脚螺栓的固定法兰盘放置在混泥土基础的中部位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是所述混泥土基础为长方体形状的基础。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是所述钢网为8*8阵列的网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是所述固定法兰盘为圆形盘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏发电系统通用基座,其特征是所述预埋地脚螺栓上端为带螺纹的螺栓。
