Abstract
本发明提供一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件及其装接方法,包括射频同轴连接器、半刚电缆、导电胶;射频同轴连接器与半刚电缆通过导电胶胶粘的方式进行固定;装接方法包括以下步骤:1)将电缆芯线剥好装上绝缘片,焊接上连接器的内导体;2)将焊好内导体的电缆插入连接器中,在电缆与连接器连接端头涂上导电胶进行固定;3)固定好的电缆与连接器放入烘箱中进行烘干处理。本发明用胶粘的方式固定半刚电缆和连接器,避免了焊接高温对性能造成的不利影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件及其装接方法。
背景技术
整机系统对电缆组件的性能要求越来越高,传统的射频同轴半刚电缆组件装接都是采用焊接的方式进行,但是由于电缆组件焊接时局部高温会对绝缘介质的介电常数产生影响,其次由于半刚电缆外皮和绝缘介质的膨胀系数不同,焊接高温会将介质挤出电缆外皮,从而导致电缆组件性能变差。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中所存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件及其装接方法,用胶粘的方式固定半刚电缆和连接器,避免了焊接高温对性能造成的不利影响。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件,其特征在于:包括射频同轴连接器、半刚电缆、导电胶;射频同轴连接器与半刚电缆通过导电胶胶粘的方式进行固定。
一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,其特征在于:所述装接方法包括以下步骤:
1)将电缆芯线剥好装上绝缘片,焊接上连接器的内导体;
2)将焊好内导体的电缆插入连接器中,在电缆与连接器连接端头涂上导电胶进行固定;
3)固定好的电缆与连接器放入烘箱中进行烘干处理。
上述步骤1)中电缆芯线剥离的具体步骤是:
1.1)在电缆上需要露出芯线位置划痕;
1.2)对电缆进行电镀,电镀后将电缆外皮和绝缘层扒掉。
上述步骤2)中涂导电胶的高度不高出外壳端面。
上述步骤3)中烘干处理的温度是120℃,时间60min,导电胶变硬结束。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比,用胶粘的方式固定半刚电缆和连接器,避免了焊接高温对性能造成的不利影响。采用胶粘的方式装接半刚电缆组件,操作简单,加工难度低,效率高。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明的一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件,包括射频同轴连接器1、半刚电缆2、导电胶3;射频同轴连接器1与半刚电缆2通过导电胶3胶粘的方式进行固定。
一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,先将电缆芯线剥好,然后装上绝缘片焊接上连接器的内导体,再将焊好内导体的电缆插入连接器中,再在电缆与连接器连接端头涂上胶进行固定;固定好后放入烘箱中进行烘干处理。
如图2,1)将电缆芯线剥离时:用自动车床在电缆上需要露出芯线位置划痕(A处),然后对电缆进行电镀,电镀后将电缆外皮和绝缘层扒掉。用车床划痕后再电镀的目的是车床划痕过程可能会造成电缆外皮镀层损伤,所以在该工序后对电缆进行电镀;
2)在电缆与连接器连接端头涂上导电胶,导电胶不高出外壳端面为宜,如图3。涂完胶后即可放入烘箱中烘干。
3)将固定好的电缆组件放入温度为120℃的烘箱中进行烘烤,时间为60分钟,当胶变硬为止。

1.一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件,其特征在于:包括射频同轴连接器、半刚电缆以及导电胶;射频同轴连接器与半刚电缆通过导电胶固定。
2.一种射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,其特征在于:所述装接方法包括以下步骤:
1)将电缆芯线剥好装上绝缘片,焊接上连接器的内导体;
2)将焊好内导体的电缆插入连接器中,在电缆与连接器连接端头涂上导电胶进行固定;
3)固定好的电缆与连接器放入烘箱中进行烘干处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,其特征在于:

4.根据权利要求3所述的射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中涂导电胶的高度不高出外壳端面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的射频同轴半刚电缆组件的装接方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中烘干处理的温度是120℃,时间60min,导电胶变硬结束。
