技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,属于通信电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。电缆有电力电缆、控制电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等,它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等;传统的自承式电缆在剥离钢丝与芯线时很难剥离,在施工安装时费时费力,传统的自承式一般采用不退扭的绞对扭制节距,在生产过程中芯线容易被拉拽导致传输性能的波动不稳定,极大的影响了产品性能和实用性,本领域的技术人员一直想解决该技术难题,但是该问题一直没有得到妥善解决。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,该装置整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑,成本较低,并且该技术方案确保了芯线的稳定性,大大提高了产品的性能和实用性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,其特征在于,所述防水数据电缆包括芯体组件、钢丝组件,所述芯体组件和钢丝组件通过吊脖连接,所述吊脖上设置有槽口,便于施工安装时撕开,钢丝组件通过吊脖与芯体组件相连,起到承重抗拉作用。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述芯体组件包括芯体外护套5、设置在芯体外护套内部的对绞线、以及设置在芯体外护套与对绞线之间的纵包聚酯带3,起到防水防潮的效果。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述对绞线由两根颜色不同的绝缘芯线组成。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述绝缘线芯铜导体和包覆层,所述包覆层为高密度聚乙烯层。不仅降低了成本,而且满足了线芯之间绝缘要求。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述纵包聚酯带外面设置有填充层,所述填充层为尼龙撕裂绳,起到填充和加强抗拉的作用。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述钢丝组件包括镀锌钢丝以及设置在镀锌镀锌钢丝外面的钢丝外护套。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述钢丝外护套为低密度防水耐候聚乙烯层,防止钢丝氧化生锈,提高钢丝的使用寿命。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述芯体外护套为低密度防水耐候聚乙烯层。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述对绞线的数量至少为一对。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:1)本发明整体结构设计巧妙,结构紧凑,实用性强;2)该技术方案每两根不同颜色的单芯线按一定的节距相互扭绞而成一组对绞线,采用退扭绞对机,使得电气物理性能极佳;3)该技术方案在芯体外护套与对绞线之间的纵包聚酯带3,起到防水防潮的效果;4)所述纵包聚酯带外面设置有填充层,所述填充层为尼龙撕裂绳,起到填充和加强抗拉的作用;5)该技术方案,成本较低,敷设简单,便于大规模的推广应用。

实施例1:参见图1,一种八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,所述防水数据电缆包括芯体组件、钢丝组件,所述芯体组件和钢丝组件通过吊脖8连接,所述吊脖上设置有槽口9,便于施工安装时撕开,钢丝组件通过吊脖与芯体组件相连,起到承重抗拉作用。
实施例2:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述芯体组件包括芯体外护套5、设置在芯体外护套内部的对绞线、以及设置在芯体外护套与对绞线之间的纵包聚酯带3,所述对绞线的数量至少为一对,起到防水防潮的效果。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例3:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述对绞线由两根颜色不同的绝缘芯线组成。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例4:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述绝缘线芯铜导体1和包覆层2,所述包覆层2为高密度聚乙烯层。不仅降低了成本,而且满足了线芯之间绝缘要求。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例5:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述纵包聚酯带3外面设置有填充层,所述填充层为尼龙撕裂绳4,起到填充和加强抗拉的作用。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例6:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述钢丝组件包括镀锌钢丝6以及设置在镀锌镀锌钢丝外面的钢丝外护套。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例7:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述钢丝外护套为低密度防水耐候聚乙烯层,防止钢丝氧化生锈,提高钢丝的使用寿命。
所述芯体外护套为低密度防水耐候聚乙烯层。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
本发明还可以将实施例2、3、4、5、6、7所述技术特征中的至少一个与实施例1组合形成新的实施方式。

2.根据权利要求1所述的八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,其特征在于,所述芯体组件包括芯体外护套、设置在芯体外护套内部的对绞线、以及设置在芯体外护套与对绞线之间的纵包聚酯带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,其特征在于,所述对绞线由两根颜色不同的绝缘芯线组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的八字形易撕裂自承式室外防水数据电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘线芯铜导体和包覆层。
