技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种彩膜基板及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有轻薄、功耗小、数字化等优点,目前在市场上越来越受到广泛应用。由于液晶自身不发光,也无法依赖自然光采光,因此必须采用背光源以获得稳定、清晰的显示。一般来说,背光源的电能来源于外接的电池,电池的储电量有限需要经常充电,给使用者带来不便。在现有显示技术中,光从彩膜中穿过基板时,其中黑矩阵区域完全不透光,如果背光源发出来的光为100%,经过液晶面板各层结构后,光的整体的透过率仅为3%~6%。由于液晶面板各层整体的透过率偏低,导致了现有液晶显示装置透光度较差,或者为了保持高透光度,需要给面板施加较高电压,因此上述液晶显示装置功耗大,续航能力较差,应用范围受限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种充分利用光源,节省功耗的彩膜基板及液晶显示装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本申请提供一种彩膜基板,包括玻璃基板、叠于所述玻璃基板一表面的偏光片及位于所述玻璃基板另一表面的黑矩阵区域,所述彩膜基板还包括:设置于所述玻璃基板上,且位于所述玻璃基板与黑矩阵区域之间的位于黑矩阵区域内的太阳能电池,所述偏光片包括漏出所述玻璃基板的镂空区域,所述镂空区域与所述太阳能电池相对设置且所述太阳能电池的正投影覆盖所述镂空区域,外界光线经镂空区域进入所述玻璃基板。
其中,所述镂空区域在玻璃基板上的正投影与所述太阳能电池在所述玻璃基板的正投影完全重合,或者所述镂空区域在玻璃基板上的正投影落入所述太阳能电池在所述玻璃基板的正投影之内。
其中,所述彩膜基板包括规则排布的子像素,所述黑矩阵区域包括多个通过子像素间隔的黑矩阵,所述黑矩阵与所述玻璃基板之设有所述太阳能电池。
其中,所述外界光线为自然光。
其中,所述彩膜基板包括绝缘层,用于隔绝所述太阳能电池与所述液晶显示装置中其它部件之间的电连接。
其中,所述彩膜基板还包括公共电极层,所述公共电极层覆盖有副太阳能电池。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,包括所述的彩膜基板、阵列基板及夹持于所述彩膜基板与阵列基板之间的液晶层。
其中,所述阵列基板至少包括玻璃基板、设于所述玻璃基板朝向液晶层的金属布线以及设于所述玻璃基板外表面的偏光片,所述液晶显示装置还包括:设置于所述阵列基板的玻璃基板与所述金属布线之间的第一太阳能电池,所述偏光片包括漏出所述玻璃基板的镂空区域,所述第一太阳能电池遮盖所述镂空区域,并且所述镂空区域正投影于所述黑矩阵区域。
其中,所述金属布线包括数据线、扫描线及像素电极。
其中,所述液晶显示装置包括柔性电路板及背光模组,所述第一太阳能电池与柔性电路板或/和背光模组电连接。
本发明所述的彩膜基板在彩膜偏光片上制作镂空区域使偏光片部分区域镂空,以便光从偏光片穿过时,有设置太阳能电池的部分的光刚好能够从空隙中穿过,相比于现有技术偏光片透过率大约43%而言,通过镂空区域的光的透过率接近100%,从而大大提高了光的透过率,能使更多的外界光可以照射到太阳能电池表面,使太阳光能量的利用率得到提升并且将其集成到彩膜基板中,以降低原有能量消耗。本发明提高了光能的利用率和光效率,降低了液晶显示装置的功耗。

下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本申请提供一种彩膜基板20,包括玻璃基板10、层叠于所述玻璃基板10一表面的偏光片11及位于所述玻璃基板10另一表面的黑矩阵区域12。所述彩膜基板还包括:设置于所述玻璃基板10上,且位于所述玻璃基板10与黑矩阵区域12之间的太阳能电池13,所述偏光片11包括漏出所述玻璃基板10的镂空区域111,所述镂空区域111与所述太阳能电池13相对设置且所述太阳能电池13遮盖所述镂空区域111,外界光线经镂空区域111进入所述玻璃基板10。所述彩膜基板包括规则排布的子像素15,所述黑矩阵区域12包括多个通过子像素15间隔的黑矩阵121,对应黑矩阵121均设有所述太阳能电池13。。所述子像素15包括通过黑矩阵间隔设置的红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素,也可以包括白色子像素。所述太阳能电池位于所述黑矩阵121在玻璃基板10的正投影区域内。所述外界光线为自然光。
本实施例中,所述镂空区域111在玻璃基板10上的正投影与所述太阳能电池13在所述玻璃基板10的正投影完全重合,或者所述镂空区域111在玻璃基板10上的正投影落入所述太阳能电池12在所述玻璃基板10的正投影之内。以防止穿过个镂空区域111的光线直接进入像素内。
本实施例中,所述彩膜基板20包括绝缘层(图未示),用于隔绝所述太阳能电池13与所述彩膜基板中其它部件之间的电连接。
本实施例中,所述彩膜基板20还包括公共电极层(图未示),所述公共电极层覆盖有副太阳能电池,用于为使用彩膜基板的液晶显示储蓄背光源。
本发明所述的当光照射到彩膜基板20表面时,光线通过偏光片11的镂空区域111透过所述玻璃基板11及所述镂空区域111周缘与所述太阳能电池13周缘成透光缝隙,所述太阳能电池13可以收集背光源光线,将光能转化成电能,二次利用。太阳能电池13转换的电能可以储存在手机或平板电脑等终端的电池中,也可以直接用于背光源和面板信号线的供电。太阳能电池13的工作原理是光电效应,利用光-电的直接转换方式,将光线辐射能直接转换成电能。太阳能电池13具体是一个半导体光电二极管,包括N型半导体薄膜和P型半导体薄膜构成的PN结,又称光电转换薄膜,当光线照射到光电转换薄膜时就能够产生电流。所述光源可以是背光源发出的,也可以是太阳光。
本发明的彩膜基板去除偏光片111上与太阳能电池13正对位置处的部分,光从镂空区域111进入彩膜基板内,光的透过率接近100%,从而大大提高了光的透过率,并且光其集成到彩膜基板中,以降低原有能量消耗,提高了光能的利用率和光效率。
请参阅图2,本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,包括所述的彩膜基板20、阵列基板30及夹持于所述彩膜基板20与阵列基板30之间的液晶层40。本发明的液晶显示装置采用设有太阳能电池的彩膜基板20并且彩膜基板20的偏光片设有镂空区域,
其中,所述阵列基板30至少包括玻璃基板31、设于所述玻璃基板31上朝向液晶层40表面的金属布线32以及设于所述玻璃基板31外表面的偏光片33,所述液晶显示装置还包括:设置于所述阵列基板30的玻璃基板31与所述金属布线32之间的第一太阳能电池35,所述偏光片33包括漏出所述玻璃基板的镂空区域331,所述第一太阳能电池35遮盖所述镂空区域331。其中,所述金属布线32包括数据线、扫描线及像素电极。其中,所述液晶显示装置包括柔性电路板及背光模组,所述第一太阳能电池与柔性电路板或/和背光模组电连接。所述镂空区域331在玻璃基板31上的正投影与所述太阳能电池35在所述玻璃基板31的正投影完全重合,光线可以通过镂空区域331进入玻璃基板31,然后从玻璃基板31绕开金属布线照进液晶盒内,增加了光透过率,降低液晶显示装置的功耗,并且每一镂空区域331正投影于所述彩膜基板的黑矩阵区域的黑矩阵121,也就是说,对应每一镂空区域的所述第一太阳能电池35正投影于所述黑矩阵121内,保证开口率。

Claims (10)
1.一种彩膜基板,包括玻璃基板、层叠于所述玻璃基板一表面的偏光片及位于所述玻璃基板另一表面的黑矩阵区域,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板还包括:设置于所述玻璃基板上,且位于所述玻璃基板与黑矩阵区域之间的太阳能电池,所述偏光片包括漏出所述玻璃基板的镂空区域,所述镂空区域与所述太阳能电池相对设置且所述太阳能电池的正投影覆盖所述镂空区域,外界光线经镂空区域进入所述玻璃基板。
2.如权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述镂空区域在玻璃基板上的正投影与所述太阳能电池在所述玻璃基板的正投影完全重合,或者所述镂空区域在玻璃基板上的正投影落入所述太阳能电池在所述玻璃基板的正投影之内。
3.如权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板包括规则排布的子像素,所述黑矩阵区域包括多个通过子像素间隔的黑矩阵,所述黑矩阵与所述玻璃基板之间设有所述太阳能电池。
4.如权利要求2所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述外界光线为自然光。
5.如权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板包括绝缘层,用于隔绝所述太阳能电池与所述彩膜基板中其它部件之间的电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板还包括公共电极层,所述公共电极层覆盖有副太阳能电池。
7.一种液晶显示装置,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的彩膜基板、阵列基板及夹持于所述彩膜基板与阵列基板之间的液晶层。
8.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述阵列基板至少包括玻璃基板、设于所述玻璃基板朝向液晶层的金属布线以及设于所述玻璃基板外表面的偏光片,所述液晶显示装置还包括:设置于所述阵列基板的玻璃基板与所述金属布线之间的第一太阳能电池,所述偏光片包括漏出所述玻璃基板的镂空区域,所述第一太阳能电池遮盖所述镂空区域,并且所述镂空区域正投影于所述黑矩阵区域。
9.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述金属布线包括数据线、扫描线及像素电极。
10.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括柔性电路板及背光模组,所述第一太阳能电池与柔性电路板或/和背光模组电连接。
