Abstract
本发明提供了一种触控液晶显示面板、CF基板以及触控显示装置,该触控液晶显示面板包括TFT基板、CF基板以及液晶层,TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,CF基板包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个周期进行k次栅极扫描线扫描,第(k‑1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1。通过以上方式,本发明能够避免暗线,提升显示质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及触控显示的技术领域,具体是涉及一种触控液晶显示面板、CF基板以及触控显示装置。
背景技术
随着智能手机市场竞争的激烈化程度的日渐加深,手机等中小型电子产品轻薄化的结构设计成为目前手机生产厂商所关注的重点之一,而实现手机显示屏幕的轻薄化的一个重要方案便是用In-Cell TP LCD的架构去代替原来的外挂式TP的LCD结构。
In-Cell架构的中小尺寸的LTPS(低温多晶硅)的LCD多采用显示与触控分时驱动的扫描方式(如图1所示):即栅极线(gate)每扫描N行,就停下来进行一部分的触控检测扫描,然后栅极线再扫描N行,进行一部分的触控检测扫描,如此反复,直到一桢显示完毕。这样做的好处是显示和触控的相互干扰较小;但如图2所示:当栅极扫描线扫描停下来进行触控检测扫描的这段时间内,源极就会一直处于在GND的状态,这样就会引起漏电,待触控检测扫描完毕后,再接着扫第N+1行的栅极扫描线时,第N+1行的源极(source)信号就会因漏电而变成图3所示的情况,此时的信号已失真(上升沿和下降沿都延时严重),最终导致第N+1行的像素没办法充饱,在显示上就表现为第N+1的亮度偏暗,形成一条暗线。
因此,需提出一种新的驱动架构,以解决以上In cell LCD模组由于显示与触控分时扫描所出现的暗线问题。。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种触控液晶显示面板、CF基板以及触控显示装置,以解决现有技术中显示与触控分时扫描所出现暗线的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了触控液晶显示面板,触控液晶显示面板包括TFT基板、与TFT基板相对设置的CF基板以及位于TFT基板和CF基板之间的液晶层,TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,CF基板包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个周期进行k次栅极扫描线扫描,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1。
根据本发明一优选实施例,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度为其他行的RGB色层的厚度的2/3-4/5。
根据本发明一优选实施例,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度均相等。
根据本发明一优选实施例,触控液晶显示面板为自容式触控,TFT基板邻近CF基板的一侧设有触控感应电极。
根据本发明一优选实施例,触控液晶显示面板为full in-cell触控液晶显示面板。
根据本发明一优选实施例,RGB色层设于CF基板邻近TFT基板的一侧,每一行RGB色层均包括多个相邻设置的红色色阻、绿色色阻和蓝色色阻。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种CF基板,CF基板用于触控液晶显示面板,触控液晶显示面板还包括与CF基板相对设置的TFT基板以及位于TFT基板和CF基板之间的液晶层,TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,CF基板包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个周期进行k次触控检测扫描,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1。
根据本发明一优选实施例,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度为其他行的RGB色层的厚度的2/3-4/5。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种触控显示装置,该触控显示装置包括背光模组以及与背光模组连接的如前所述的触控液晶显示面板。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的触控液晶显示面板、CF基板以及触控显示装置通过将第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度设置为小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,使得光线能够透过更多,相比现有技术的RGB色层的厚度均等,会出现暗线的情况,本发明能够避免暗线,提升显示质量。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细描述。特别指出的是,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,但不对本发明的范围进行限定。同样的,以下实施例仅为本发明的部分实施例而非全部实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图4和图5,图4是本发明触控液晶显示面板实施例的结构示意图,图5是图4所示的触控液晶显示面板的RGB色层的结构示意图。本实施例的触控液晶显示面板包括TFT基板101、与TFT基板101相对设置的CF基板102以及位于TFT基板101和CF基板102之间的液晶层(未标示)。本实施例的触控液晶显示面板优选为自容式触控,触控液晶显示面板优选为full in-cell触控液晶显示面板。
TFT基板101包括多行栅极扫描线(图未示),该多行栅极扫描线平行设置,TFT基板101还可以包括与多行栅极扫描线相交的多行数据线,以及分别用于驱动栅极扫描线和数据线的栅极驱动器和数据驱动器,在进行扫描时,由栅极驱动器为栅极扫描线提供驱动信号,由于在对显示进行扫描时,扫描多行栅极扫描线为现有技术,在此不作赘述。在TFT基板101邻近CF基板102的一侧设有触控感应电极103。
CF基板102包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层104,RGB色层104设于CF基板102邻近TFT基板101的一侧,每一行RGB色层104均包括多个相邻设置的红色色阻(R)、绿色色阻(G)和蓝色色阻(B),当光源穿过液晶层后,继续穿过RGB色层104,从而在屏幕上显示不同颜色的画面,然而,本申请发明人发现当光线通过RGB色层104后的亮度损失是最多的,即RGB色层104透过率的大小,与RGB色层104的厚度是成反比的,即RGB色层104的厚度越厚,光线透过的越少,因此可通过减小RGB色层104的厚度使得光线透过多,进而弥补现有技术中因为分时驱动产生的暗线。
具体而言,本实施例的触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个周期进行k次栅极扫描线扫描,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度(请参考图5),k≥2,n≥1,k和n均为自然数。现有技术中,在(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的像素画面显示为暗线,而本实施例通过在合理减小该处的RGB色层104的厚度,从而增大光通过量,避免了暗线的产生。虽然RGB色层104的厚度的减薄会让该行的色彩饱和度(NTSC)有微小的损失,但一方面饱和度的变化远远小于透过率的变化,且人眼对亮度的感应灵敏度远高于对色度的感应灵敏度;另一方面,由于改变的只是整个面板中极少数量几行的RGB色层104的厚度,故几乎人眼无法察觉。值得一提的是,本实施例的第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层104的厚度优选为其他行的RGB色层104的厚度的2/3-4/5,且第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层104的厚度均相等。当然,在其他实施例中,也可根据用户的亮度需求进行具体设置,本发明对此不做限定。
本发明提供的触控液晶显示面板通过将第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度设置为小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,使得光线能够透过更多,相比现有技术的RGB色层的厚度均等,会出现暗线的情况,本发明能够在几乎不影响色度的条件下,提升显示均匀度,改善由于停下来进行触控检测扫描所导致的漏电而产生的暗线,最终提升显示质量。
本发明还提供一种CF基板,该CF基板用于触控液晶显示面板,触控液晶显示面板还包括与CF基板相对设置的TFT基板以及位于TFT基板和CF基板之间的液晶层,TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,CF基板包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个周期进行k次触控检测扫描,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1,k和n均为自然数。优选地,第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度为其他行的RGB色层的厚度的2/3-4/5,且第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度均相等。当然,在其他实施例中,也可根据用户的亮度需求进行具体设置,本发明对此不做限定。
本发明提供的CF基板通过将第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度设置为小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,使得光线能够透过更多,相比现有技术的RGB色层的厚度均等,会出现暗线的情况,本发明能够在几乎不影响色度的条件下,提升显示均匀度,改善由于停下来进行触控检测扫描所导致的漏电而产生的暗线,最终提升显示质量。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明触控显示装置实施例的结构示意图。在本实施例中,触控显示装置包括背光模组以及与背光模组连接的前述实施例的触控液晶显示面板,触控液晶显示面板包括TFT基板201、与TFT基板201相对设置的CF基板202以及位于TFT基板201和CF基板202之间的液晶层,在TFT基板201邻近CF基板202的一侧设有触控感应电极203,CF基板202包括与多行栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层204,RGB色层204设于CF基板202邻近TFT基板201的一侧,背光模组包括用于为触控显示面板提供光源的背光LED205,背光LED205设于TFT基板201下方,触控显示装置还包括触控玻璃206,触控玻璃206设于CF基板202上方。触控液晶显示面板元件之间的连接关系以及工作原理请参考上述实施例,在此不作赘述。
本发明提供的触控显示装置通过将第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的RGB色层的厚度设置为小于其他行的RGB色层的厚度,使得光线能够透过更多,相比现有技术的RGB色层的厚度均等,会出现暗线的情况,本发明能够在几乎不影响色度的条件下,提升显示均匀度,改善由于停下来进行触控检测扫描所导致的漏电而产生的暗线,最终提升显示质量。

Claims (10)
1.一种触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控液晶显示面板包括TFT基板、与所述TFT基板相对设置的CF基板以及位于所述TFT基板和所述CF基板之间的液晶层,所述TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,所述CF基板包括与多行所述栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,所述触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个所述周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在所述周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至所述一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个所述周期进行k次所述栅极扫描线扫描,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的所述RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度为其他行的所述RGB色层的厚度的2/3-4/5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度均相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控液晶显示面板为自容式触控,所述TFT基板邻近所述CF基板的一侧设有触控感应电极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控液晶显示面板为full in-cell触控液晶显示面板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的触控液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述RGB色层设于所述CF基板邻近所述TFT基板的一侧,每一行所述RGB色层均包括多个相邻设置的红色色阻、绿色色阻和蓝色色阻。
7.一种CF基板,其特征在于,所述CF基板用于触控液晶显示面板,所述触控液晶显示面板还包括与所述CF基板相对设置的TFT基板以及位于所述TFT基板和所述CF基板之间的液晶层,所述TFT基板包括多行栅极扫描线,所述CF基板包括与多行所述栅极扫描线对应的多行RGB色层,所述触控液晶显示面板的显示和触控采用分时驱动的扫描方式,扫描以一帧显示画面所需时间为周期,在一个所述周期的第一时间段内,进行n行的栅极扫描线扫描;在所述周期的第二时间段内,进行触控检测扫描;依次交替进行直至所述一帧画面显示完成,其中,一个所述周期进行k次所述栅极扫描线扫描,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度小于其他行的所述RGB色层的厚度,k≥2,n≥1。
8.根据权利要求7所述的CF基板,其特征在于,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度为其他行的所述RGB色层的厚度的2/3-4/5。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的CF基板,其特征在于,所述第(k-1)n+1行栅极扫描线对应的所述RGB色层的厚度均相等。
10.一种触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控显示装置包括背光模组以及与所述背光模组连接的如权利要求1-6任一项所述的触控液晶显示面板。
