本发明公开了涂装设备的节能环保装置,该节能环保装置包括焚烧炉(1),焚烧炉(1)内设热交换室(2)、高温自燃室(3)和催化燃烧室(4),热交换室(2)通过废气输送管道(5)、废气收集风机(14)、废气收集管道(6)连通涂装设备的烘道(7),催化燃烧室(4)通过高温送风管道(8)、贮能管道(9)和热风管(10)连通涂装设备的烘道(7),整体形成闭环式的节能环保装置。本发明闭环式结构,一方面处理有机溶剂废气,解决了有机溶剂废气排放的污染问题,另一方面充分利用废气燃烧产生的热能,节省了涂装设备烘道的大量能源。

涂装设备的节能环保装置
技术领域
本发明涉及涂装设备,具体涉及涂装设备的节能环保装置。
背景技术
众所周知,工件在涂装设备的烘道内被加热时,产生大量的有机溶剂废气,如二甲苯和甲苯等,有机溶剂废气污染环境。目前,为了环保,通常收集有机溶剂废气,加热燃烧达标后排放,这样,一方面消耗大量能源,另一方面大量热能被排放到大气也是一种污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种涂装设备的节能环保装置,将该节能环保装置安装在涂装设备的烘道上,充分利用有机溶剂废气燃烧产生的热能,解决节能和环保问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:在涂装设备的烘道上安装以焚烧炉为主的节能环保装置,烘道内的有机溶剂废气被收集后送入焚烧炉,首先在焚烧炉内被热交换升温,升温后在焚烧炉内高温自燃和催化燃烧,净化处理后的有机溶剂废气变成CO2和H2O及大量热能,热能被送到烘道再利用。
本发明的具体技术解决方案是:该节能环保装置包括焚烧炉,焚烧炉内设热交换室、高温自燃室和催化燃烧室,热交换室通过废气输送管道、废气收集风机、废气收集管道连通涂装设备的烘道,催化燃烧室通过高温送风管道、贮能管道和热风管连通涂装设备的烘道,整体形成闭环式的节能环保装置。
本发明的涂装设备的节能环保装置中,在贮能管道上通过余热回风管道连通热交换室。
本发明的涂装设备的节能环保装置中,在焚烧炉的排气管上安装烟气除尘去硫装置。
工作时,烘道中产生的有机溶剂废气通过废气收集管道和废气收集风机送入废气输送管道进入热交换室,吸热升温进入高温自燃室燃烧,再进入催化燃烧室进一步被燃烧净化,净化后热风通过高温送风管、贮能管道、热风管送入烘道,多余热量通过余热回风管道连通热交换室对废气预热,CO2和H2O通过排气管上烟气除尘去硫装置排放。
本发明闭环式结构,一方面处理有机溶剂废气,解决了有机溶剂废气排放的污染问题,另一方面充分利用废气燃烧产生的热能,节省了涂装设备烘道的大量能源。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,该节能环保装置包括焚烧炉1,焚烧炉1内设热交换室2、高温自燃室3和催化燃烧室4,热交换室2通过废气输送管道5、废气收集风机14、废气收集管道6连通涂装设备的烘道7,催化燃烧室4通过高温送风管道8、贮能管道9和热风管10连通涂装设备的烘道7,整体形成闭环式的节能环保装置。
本发明的涂装设备的节能环保装置中,在贮能管道9上通过余热回风管道13连通热交换室2。
本发明的涂装设备的节能环保装置中,在焚烧炉的排气管11上安装烟气除尘去硫装置12。
工作时,烘道7中产生的有机溶剂废气通过废气收集管道6和废气收集风机14送入废气输送管道6进入热交换室2,吸热升温进入高温自燃室3燃烧,再进入催化燃烧室4进一步被燃烧净化,净化后热风通过高温送风管8、贮能管道9、热风管10送入烘道7,多余热量通过余热回风管道13连通热交换室2对废气预热,CO2和H2O通过排气管11上的烟气除尘去硫装置12排放。

1.涂装设备的节能环保装置,其特征在于:该节能环保装置包括焚烧炉(1),焚烧炉(1)内设热交换室(2)、高温自燃室(3)和催化燃烧室(4),热交换室(2)通过废气输送管道(5)、废气回收风机(14)、废气收集管道(6)连通涂装设备的烘道(7),催化燃烧室(4)通过高温送风管道(8)、贮能管道(9)和热风管(10)连通涂装设备的烘道(7),整体形成闭环式的节能环保装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂装设备的节能环保装置,其特征在于:在贮能管道(9)上通过余热回风管道(13)连通热交换室(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂装设备的节能环保装置,其特征在于:在焚烧炉的排气管(11)上安装烟气除尘去硫装置(12)。
