Abstract

本发明公开了一种大功率LED工矿灯,包括散热器、LED灯PCB板和镜头,所述镜头安装于散热器底部的内边缘,其特点是,另设有一风扇和铜板,所述风扇安装于散热器上方,所述铜板安装于散热器内部下表面,所述LED灯PCB板紧贴铜板下表面。本发明设置有风扇和铜板,由于铜板具有很好的导热性能,LED灯所散发的热量通过铜板可以尽快地传递给散热器,同时风扇对散热器进行强制散热,大大提高了大功率LED工矿灯的散热效率,有效地降低了LED灯的工作温度,从而延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大功率LED工矿灯,属于照明领域。
背景技术
随着科技进步和环保理念的普及,LED(发光二极管)照明技术得到了较为广泛的应用, 由于LED灯在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品,所以在很多场合都纷纷开始使用LED灯。为防止LED灯的节点热量过高影响 LED灯的寿命,会设置有散热器。这种散热方式并不高效,会导致散热过程中导致光衰增加,降低照明亮度,还会导致LED灯的温度较高,降低使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种大功率LED工矿灯,旨在解决传统技术中大功率LED工矿灯散热效果不好,使用寿命短的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种大功率LED工矿灯,包括散热器、LED灯PCB板和镜头,所述LED灯PCB板设有多个LED灯,所述镜头安装于散热器底部的内边缘,其特征在于:另设有一风扇和铜板,所述风扇安装于散热器上方,所述铜板安装于散热器内部下表面,所述LED灯PCB板紧贴铜板下表面。
进一步地,上述大功率LED工矿灯,所述散热器上设有若干散热翅片,各个散热翅片均匀分布于散热器上。
进一步地,上述大功率LED工矿灯,另设有一提手,该提手前后两端分别连接于散热器的前后两侧,使得该提手以水平线为轴发生转动。
进一步地,上述大功率LED工矿灯,另设有一提手,该提手呈圆环状,垂直连接于风扇上部,使得该提手沿水平面发生旋转。
进一步地,上述大功率LED工矿灯,所述镜头与散热器底部边缘之间设置有密封圈,使得镜头和散热器之间密封连接。
本发明的技术效果体现在:本发明设置有风扇和铜板,由于铜板具有很好的导热性能,LED灯所散发的热量通过铜板可以尽快地传递给散热器,同时风扇对散热器进行强制散热,大大提高了大功率LED工矿灯的散热效率,有效地降低了LED灯的工作温度,从而延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
如图1及图2所示,本发明所述的大功率LED工矿灯包括散热器1、风扇2、LED灯PCB板3、铜板4、提手5和镜头7,所述散热器1上设有若干散热翅片11,各个散热翅片11均匀分布于散热器1上,散热器1上方设有风扇2,用于对散热器1进行强制散热。
如图3所示,散热器1的内侧下表面安装有一铜板4,LED灯PCB板3紧贴铜板4下表面,LED灯31均匀分布于LED灯PCB板上。镜头5安装于散热器1的底部内边缘,镜头5与散热器1之间通过密封圈6密封连接。
如图1所示,提手5的两端分别固定于散热器1的前后两侧,使得提手5可以水平线为轴发生转动,便于提携。作为另外一种实施方式,如图2所示,提手5呈圆环状,垂直连接于风扇2中,使得提手5以垂直线为轴做180度旋转,便于吊挂。
通过以上描述可以看出,由于铜板4具有很好的导热性能,LED灯31所散发的热量通过铜板4可以尽快地传递给散热器1,同时风扇2对散热器1进行强制散热,大大提高了大功率LED工矿灯的散热效率,有效地降低了LED灯的工作温度,从而延长了使用寿命。经过试验,本发明正常工作下LED灯的温度维持在45℃左右,而现有技术中,一般LED灯的温度维持在70℃,本产品可有效延长使用寿命3~7年。
当然,以上仅是本发明的具体应用范例,对本发明的保护范围不构成任何限制。凡采用等同变换或者等效替换而形成的技术方案,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

1.大功率LED工矿灯,包括散热器、LED灯PCB板和镜头,所述LED灯PCB板设有多个LED灯,所述镜头安装于散热器底部的内边缘,其特征在于:另设有一风扇和铜板,所述风扇安装于散热器上方,所述铜板安装于散热器内部下表面,所述LED灯PCB板紧贴铜板下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述散热器上设有若干散热翅片,各个散热翅片均匀分布于散热器上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED工矿灯,其特征在于:另设有一提手,该提手前后两端分别连接于散热器的前后两侧,使得该提手以水平线为轴发生转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED工矿灯,其特征在于:另设有一提手,该提手呈圆环状,垂直连接于风扇上部,使得该提手以水垂直线为轴发生旋转。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大功率LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述镜头与散热器底部边缘之间设置有密封圈,使得镜头和散热器之间密封连接。
