Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管。在油管内固定嵌装一内管,并在油管与内管之间由内向外分别包裹一层纳米隔热层和隔热保护层,在油管连接接箍处的油管两端设置了两个不同结构的密封胶套,在内管经向壁厚中层沿内管轴向长度缠绕了多层钢丝网带,整体构成了耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管。本发明有效的解决了采油管柱中存在的杆管偏磨、内管耐压、油管内腐蚀、油管结蜡结垢、油井热洗、油井加化防药剂、提高井筒及井口原油出口温度、改善原油在井筒中的流态、降低抽油机载荷、油井节电、简化地面集输流程实现单管不加温输送等一系列的技术难题。最终达到节能减排、增产增效、大大降低石油开采成本的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油井设备,具体是涉及一种复合油管技术。
背景技术
目前在油田实际生产中普遍采用纯光管采油管柱进行生产。这种采油方式使用的油管存在杆管偏磨严重、油管腐蚀、油管结蜡结垢、抽油机载荷大、油管中原油自身温度大量损失需人为再提供其它热能进行加热或定期洗井、加化防药剂降粘清蜡除垢等生产中出现的一系列技术问题。在特稠油开采领域采用注入200℃以上热载体吞吐的采油方式,应用的是双金属抽真空注氮气的隔热油管,该种隔热油管成本高、外形尺寸大,不能在常规采油生产井中使用。因此迫切需要一种适用于常规采油生产井的耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、隔热多功能的复合油管,来解决以上所述的诸多技术问题,同时降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,以解决采油生产过程中出现的油管柱杆管偏磨、油管腐蚀、油管结蜡结垢、减少油管中原油自身温度损失、提高井筒及井口原油温度、降低原油粘度、改善原油在井筒中的流态、从而免除油井热洗及加化防药剂、降低抽油机载荷、油井节电、简化地面集输流程,并实现单井不加热输送等一系列技术问题。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,在油管下井使用中,油管A端与油管B端通过油管接箍8连接拧紧;在通用采油油管1内固定嵌装一内管2,并在油管1和内管2之间,除油管连接接箍8所在的端部处外,由内向外分别包裹一层纳米隔热层3和隔热保护层4;在油管连接接箍8处,油管1的A端设置有密封胶套6,将密封胶套6嵌装在油管A端的内管2和油管1的端部之间,该密封胶套6下端翻边突出包裹在油管A端面之外,上一端与纳米隔热层3和隔热保护层4一端相抵,该A端的内管2端面翻边突出包裹在该处油管1A端面之外,油管1A端面作为固定端;在油管的B端设置有密封胶套5,该密封胶套5的外端包裹在油管1的B端面之外,形成一定厚度的缓冲段,里端套在油管1里面的内管2上,该内管2的上端低于所述油管1的B端面,并用若干个不锈钢扎紧带7与内管固定,密封胶套5的下端与纳米隔热层3和隔热保护层4另一端相抵;油管1B

在内管2的径向壁厚中层沿内管2轴向长度缠绕了多层钢丝网带9。
将纳米隔热材料套装在一个防水隔辐射热的绝热套袋10中,成为一整体包裹在内管2的外侧,形成所述的纳米隔热层3。
在油管的B端设置的密封胶套5内侧与内管2的接触面设置了多级倒齿,在密封胶套5的外侧与油管内壁前端接触面设置了多级倒齿,并从密封胶套5外侧的多级倒齿下部开始将密封胶套5的外径进行了略微的缩径,在密封胶套5外侧的缩径段下端设置了三个不锈钢扎紧槽;密封胶套6为整体直筒结构密封胶套,在该直筒密封胶套的下端突出有一外向台阶。
所述内管2主体材料为热缩性高密度聚乙烯复合材料或超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料,隔热保护层4选用钢带或纤维带。
所述油管B端的密封胶套5上端缓冲段的内圈设有一圈凹形台阶结构。
本发明的积极效果及优点是:
本发明主要应用在高凝油开采中需要对原油采取加热升温措施来维持正常生产的油井,及油井杆管偏磨、腐蚀、结蜡、结垢严重,需提高井筒及井口原油温度,降低原油粘度、改善原油流态的油井,从而也促使了地面工艺流程的简化。在国内外首次提出“在不加任何外界人为补充能源条件下,充分利用地层热能,通过在油管内增加隔热保温功能,来减少原油从井底流动到井口过程中的自身温度损失,实现提高井筒及井口原油温度及在同一根油管中实现耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、隔热保温多功能技术特性,从而解决实际生产中存在的诸多技术难题”的全新概念。能够有效避免采油生产过程中出现的油管柱杆管偏磨、油管腐蚀、油管结蜡结垢、减少油管中原油自身温度损失等问题,同时提高井筒及井口原油温度、降低原油粘度、改善原油在井筒中的流态、免除油井热洗及加化防药剂、降低抽油机载荷、油井节电、简化地面集输流程,并实现单井不加热输送等一系列技术问题。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5、6、7所示,一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,包括油管、内管(耐磨耐压防腐管)、纳米隔热层、防水隔辐射热套袋、隔热保护层、油管两端两个不同结构的密封胶套组成的油管。
在油管1内固定嵌装一内管2,并在油管1和内管2之间由内向外分别包裹一层纳米隔热层3和隔热保护层4,在油管连接接箍8处的油管和内管两端部分别固定安装了两个不同结构的密封胶套5及密封胶套6。油管A端的内管长度大于油管,该端内管突出包裹在油管端面之外,密封胶套6嵌装在油管A端的内管2和油管1端部的里面;油管B端的内管在油管之内且短于油管,密封胶套5的外端包裹在油管B端端面之外,里端与油管1B端里面的内管2相连,并用3个不锈钢扎紧带与内管固定。此时一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管外表面为油管外表面,油管两端面分别为内管端面和密封胶套5端面。
内管2的制作是将热缩性高密度聚乙烯复合材料或超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料与多层钢丝带分层缠绕组合在一起,形成为一整体的复合内管,并保证将多层钢丝带缠绕在内管经向壁厚中层沿内管轴向长度的内管中。
在内管2的中间缠绕多层钢丝网带,目的是增强内管的承压能力,解决当整个井筒油管中进入油水混合物后,可形成15~25Mpa的内压,该内压可将内管扩大后,压缩包裹在油管1中的纳米隔热层3,使压缩后的纳米隔热层隔热效果降低。
内管2的一端包裹固定在油管1的A端之外,内管2)的另一端在油管1B端之内,作为自由端。其目的一是解决内管2在油井中受热伸长,起管后及下管前遇冷时内管收缩所造成的扭曲和弯曲。其目的二是解决整个内管2固定在该油管中不上下窜动。
将纳米隔热材料套装在一个防水隔辐射热的绝热套袋中成为一整体,然后用专用设备包裹在内管2的外侧,形成纳米隔热层3。
隔热保护层4为钢带或纤维带。在加工生产时用专用设备将钢带或纤维带紧紧均匀的缠绕在纳米隔热层的外侧,形成隔热保护层4,目的是让纳米隔热层紧紧均匀包裹在内管2外侧并防止在穿管过程中将隔热层3碰坏。
将密封胶套6嵌装与油管A端的内管2和油管1端部的里面,形成了油管A端的端部密封整体结构。
在密封胶套5内侧与内管2的接触面设置了多级倒齿,在密封胶套5的外侧与油管内壁前端接触面设置了多级倒齿,并从密封胶套5外侧的多级倒齿下部开始将密封胶套5的外径进行了略微的缩径,在密封胶套5外侧的缩径段下端设置了3个不锈钢扎紧槽;密封胶套6为整体直筒结构密封胶套,在该直筒密封胶套的一端突出有一外向台阶。
在油管的B端设置有密封胶套5,该密封胶套5的里端与油管1B端的内管2相连,并用3个不锈钢扎紧带7与内管固定,形成了油管B端的内管2与密封胶套5内侧密封的整体结构。
在油管下井使用中,油管A端与油管B端通过油管接箍连接拧紧时,安装在油管B端密封胶套5外露有台阶的胶套部分被压缩后,完成了油管A端外露内管端面与油管B端密封胶套5外露端面之间的密封及油管B端的油管端面与密封胶套5之间的密封。
所述的油管为已有技术;所述的纳米隔热层所选择的材料是具有极强隔热保温性能,导热系数极低的纳米隔热材料,为已有技术;所述的内管是选用具有良好耐磨、防腐、防蜡、防结垢性能的高密度聚乙烯或超高分子量聚乙烯材料与多层钢丝网带组合制成一体的内衬塑管;隔热保护层选用材料为钢带或纤维带,为已有技术;两个不同结构的密封胶套所用材料为耐腐蚀、耐油、耐高温、耐高压、有弹性的材料,为已有技术。

1.一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,在油管下井使用中,油管A端与油管B端通过油管接箍(8)连接拧紧;其特征在于,在通用采油油管(1)内固定嵌装一内管(2),并在油管(1)和内管(2)之间,除油管连接接箍(8)所在的端部处外,由内向外分别包裹一层纳米隔热层(3)和隔热保护层(4);在油管连接接箍(8)处,油管(1)的A端设置有密封胶套(6),将密封胶套(6)嵌装在油管A端的内管(2)和油管(1)的端部之间,该密封胶套(6)下端翻边突出包裹在油管A端面之外,上一端与纳米隔热层(3)和隔热保护层(4)一端相抵,该A端的内管(2)端面翻边突出包裹在该处油管(1)A端面之外,油管(1)A端面作为固定端;在油管的B端设置有密封胶套(5),该密封胶套(5)的外端包裹在油管(1)的B端面之外,形成一定厚度的缓冲段,里端套在油管(1)里面的内管(2)上,该内管(2)的上端低于所述油管(1)的B端面,并用若干个不锈钢扎紧带(7)与内管固定,密封胶套(5)的下端与纳米隔热层(3)和隔热保护层(4)另一端相抵;油管(1)B端面作为自由端;在油管的B端设置的密封胶套(5)内侧与内管(2)的接触面设置了多级倒齿,在密封胶套(5)的外侧与油管内壁前端接触面设置了多级倒齿,并从密封胶套(5)外侧的多级倒齿下部开始将密封胶套(5)的外径进行了略微的缩径,在密封胶套(5)外侧的缩径段下端设置了三个不锈钢扎紧槽;密封胶套(6)为整体直筒结构密封胶套,在该直筒密封胶套的下端突出有一外向台阶。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,其特征在于,在内管(2)的径向壁厚中层沿内管(2)轴向长度缠绕了多层钢丝网带(9)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,其特征在于,将纳米隔热材料套装在一个防水隔辐射热的绝热套袋(10)中,成为一整体包裹在内管(2)的外侧,形成所述的纳米隔热层(3)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,其特征在于,所述内管(2)主体材料为热缩性高密度聚乙烯复合材料或超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料,隔热保护层(4)选用钢带或纤维带。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨、内衬耐压、防腐、纳米隔热复合油管,其特征在于,所述油管B端的密封胶套(5)上端缓冲段的内圈设有一圈凹形台阶结构。
