技术领域
本发明涉及水晶激光内雕技术领域,具体涉及含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑。
背景技术
激光内雕的原理是光的干涉现象。将两束激光从不同的角度射入透明物体(如玻璃、水晶等),准确地交汇在一点上。由于两束激光在交点上发生干涉和抵消,其能量由光能转化为内能,放出大量热量,将点融化形成微小的空洞,无数个空洞可连成线,由线可组成面,由面可组成体,最后这些空洞就形成主体图案。
3D扫描技术是一种结合结构光技术、相位测量技术、计算机视觉技术的复合三维非接触式照相测量技术。照相测量中3D扫描仪相对物体上下左右前后进行多视角照相测量,同时计算机数据系统进行全自动拼接,得到逼真的物体外形,经数据处理后,供3D激光内雕机内雕。
二维码其实就是由很多0/1组成的数字矩阵,是用某种特定的集合图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形,记录数据符号信息,在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的“0”“1”比的概念。使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何形体来表示文字数值信息。通过图像输入设备或光电扫描设备,自动识读以实现信息自动处理,安具有条码技术的一些共性,每种码制有其特定的字符集,每个字符占有一定的宽度,具有一定的校验功能等,同时还具有对不同行的信息自动识别功能及处理图形旋转复位等特点。二维码能够在横向和纵向两个方位同时表达信息,因此能在很小面积内表达大量的信息。
墓碑的作用是纪念逝者。常规的墓碑用花岗石、大理石等上等石料组成,虽然有不受风吹雨淋日晒等自然侵蚀和人为破坏等特点,有的还包含有死者雕像和碑文,但雕像失真,碑文讯息量有限,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理的含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其信息量大,可以包括逝者的族谱、个人档案、业绩、经历、著作、兴趣等,且雕像逼真,栩栩如生。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它的制作步骤如下:
一、在本人健康情况允许的条件下,对本人进行3D扫描,并进行数据处理;
二、数据处理后,用激光内雕机在水晶或者透明玻璃上进行内雕,制成水晶内雕;
三、收集该逝者的档案、家谱及影像资料并制成二维码;
四、在步骤二中的水晶内雕的背面(或侧面)涂上二维码;
五、把步骤四中涂有二维码的水晶内雕置于现有墓碑的顶部或侧部。
所述的步骤五中涂有二维码的水晶内雕的尺寸为250*250*100mm或者150*250*100mm。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其信息量大,可以包括逝者的族谱、个人档案、业绩、经历、著作、兴趣等,且雕像逼真,栩栩如生,本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。
具体实施方式
本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它的制作步骤如下:
一、在本人健康情况允许的条件下,利用3D扫描仪对本人进行3D扫描,并进行数据处理;
二、数据处理后,用激光内雕机在水晶上进行内雕,制成水晶内雕;
三、收集该逝者的档案、家谱及影像资料,利用二维码技术制成二维码;
四、在步骤二中的水晶内雕的背面涂上二维码;
五、把步骤四中涂有二维码的水晶内雕置于现有墓碑的顶部,并通过固定装置固定为一体,其中所述的固定装置为固定螺钉、固定框架等。
所述的步骤五中涂有二维码的水晶内雕的尺寸为250*250*100mm。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其信息量大,可以包括逝者的族谱、个人档案、业绩、经历、著作、兴趣等,且雕像逼真,栩栩如生,本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。

1.含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其特征在于:它的制作步骤如下:
(一)、在本人健康情况允许的条件下,对本人进行3D扫描,并进行数据处理;
(二)、数据处理后,用激光内雕机在水晶或者透明玻璃上进行内雕,制成水晶内雕;
(三)、收集该逝者的档案、家谱及影像资料并制成二维码;
(四)、在步骤(二)中的水晶内雕的背面或侧面涂上二维码;
(五)、把步骤(四)中涂有二维码的水晶内雕置于现有墓碑的顶部或侧部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其特征在于:所述的步骤(五)中涂有二维码的水晶内雕的尺寸为250*250*100mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有二维码的水晶激光内雕墓碑,其特征在于:所述的步骤(五)中涂有二维码的水晶内雕的尺寸为150*250*100mm。
