the ultrasonic curing device comprises an ultrasonic vibrator (6) arranged on the inner side surface of the U-shaped leaching cylinder main body, and the ultrasonic vibrator (6) is electrically connected with an ultrasonic generator (7) on the outer side of the leaching cylinder main body; a temperature sensor (8) is also arranged in the leaching cylinder main body, and the temperature sensor (8) is electrically connected with a temperature display device and a control device (9) at the outer side of the leaching cylinder main body; the control device (9) is electrically connected with the ultrasonic generator (7).

A cordyceps wine leaching device according to claim 1, characterized in that a sedimentation opening (1.25) is arranged between the two side sliding areas (1.21), the sedimentation opening (1.25) is provided with a metal filter screen (1.24), and the sedimentation opening (1.25) and the metal filter screen (1.24) replace the sedimentation area (1.22) and the micropores (1.23).
3. The cordyceps wine leaching device according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the micropores is 0.5-2mm.
4. A cordyceps wine leaching device according to claim 1, wherein the depth (L) of the cordyceps liquid sedimentation portion (1.2) is about 1/3 of the body height (B) of the body groove portion (1.1).
5. The cordyceps wine leaching device according to claim 1, wherein the spore precipitation separation part (1.3) is in a trapezoid groove shape, and two side plates are welded at the junction of the precipitation area (1.22) and the sliding area (1.21).
6. The cordyceps wine leaching device according to claim 1, wherein the side plate of the spore precipitation separation part (1.3) is provided with an observation window.

when the cordyceps sinensis wine leaching device is used, a sealing plug (4) of the cordyceps sinensis wine leaching device is pulled out, mature cordyceps sinensis is placed in a main body groove part (1.1), a rotary cover (2) is rotated to enable a spacing cover (2.2) to be in a vertical position, wine base is poured in, the sealing plug (4) is plugged into an opening part of the main body groove part, and the cordyceps sinensis wine leaching device is sealed;
step 1), the rotary cover is closed, after a period of standing, the sealing plug (4) is opened, and the rotary cover (2) is rotated to a horizontal position;
step 2) separating spore wine, starting an ultrasonic curing device positioned at a spore precipitation separation part, and rapidly cutting part of alcohol and water into individual molecules through ultrasonic vibration for a certain time; starting a spore wine suction pump (12), pumping out the mixture of spores and leaching liquor in the spore precipitation separation part (1.3), and stopping;
step 3) separating the supernatant to prepare light cordyceps sinensis wine; starting an ultrasonic curing device positioned in the groove part (1.1) of the main body, and rapidly cutting part of alcohol and water into individual molecules through ultrasonic vibration for a certain time; after curing, starting a supernatant suction pump (11) to pump out the supernatant;
step 4) separating the high-concentration leaching liquor to prepare high-concentration cordyceps sinensis wine; and (3) starting an ultrasonic curing device positioned in the cordyceps sinensis liquid precipitation part (1.2), rapidly cutting part of alcohol and water into separate molecules, starting a spore wine suction pump (12) after curing, pumping out high-concentration leaching liquor in the cordyceps sinensis liquid precipitation part (1.2) and the spore precipitation separation part (1.3), and stopping.
