本发明涉及玻璃加工领域,尤其涉及一种隔热保温玻璃液。
背景技术
隔热保温玻璃,可以改变普通玻璃单调透明的形象,为室内外增添美感。但现有隔热保温玻璃的隔热、保温、阻寒、防爆、耐腐蚀、抗菌、防静电性能都有待提高。

本发明创新的提供一种隔热保温玻璃,
其可以提高玻璃的隔热、保温、阻寒、防爆、耐腐蚀、抗菌、防静电性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种隔热保温玻璃,其重量份组成含有:六铝酸钙4-5份、纳米氧化铈2-4份、纳米二氧化钛5-8份、硝酸钯0.5-1.5份、二氧化硅60-80份、磷酸氢二钠3-6份、焦磷酸钠4-6份、氧化硼2-15份、草酸钠4-6份、氧化铝10-25份、聚氨基树脂5-10份、二亚烷基二醇苯基醚1-2份、十二烷基氨基丙酸2-2.5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1-1.5份、改性聚硅氧烷1-1.5份、氧化锌1-1.5份、庚酸烯丙酯1-1.5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酸1-1.5份。
优选的,所述的一种隔热保温玻璃,其重量份组成含有:六铝酸钙5份、纳米氧化铈3份、纳米二氧化钛6份、硝酸钯1份、二氧化硅70份、磷酸氢二钠5份、焦磷酸钠5份、氧化硼6份、草酸钠5份、氧化铝20份、聚氨基树脂6份、二亚烷基二醇苯基醚1份、十二烷基氨基丙酸2份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯 1.5份、改性聚硅氧烷1份、氧化锌1.5份、庚酸烯丙酯1.5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酸1份。

一种隔热保温玻璃,其组成含有:六铝酸钙4g、纳米氧化铈2g、纳米二氧化钛5g、硝酸钯0.5g、二氧化硅60g、磷酸氢二钠3g、焦磷酸钠4g、氧化硼2g、草酸钠4g、氧化铝10g、聚氨基树脂5g、二亚烷基二醇苯基醚1g、十二烷基氨基丙酸2g、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1g、改性聚硅氧烷1g、氧化锌1g、庚酸烯丙酯1g、甲基丙烯酸甲酸1g。
实施例2
一种隔热保温玻璃,其组成含有:六铝酸钙5g、纳米氧化铈3g、纳米二氧化钛6g、硝酸钯1g、二氧化硅70g、磷酸氢二钠5g、焦磷酸钠5g、氧化硼6g、草酸钠5g、氧化铝20g、聚氨基树脂6g、二亚烷基二醇苯基醚1g、十二烷基氨基丙酸2g、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1.5g、改性聚硅氧烷1g、氧化锌1.5g、庚酸烯丙酯1.5g、甲基丙烯酸甲酸1g。

六铝酸钙5g、纳米氧化铈4g、纳米二氧化钛8g、硝酸钯1.5g、二氧化硅80g份、磷酸氢二钠6g、焦磷酸钠6g、氧化硼15g、草酸钠6g、氧化铝25g、聚氨基树脂10g、二亚烷基二醇苯基醚2g、十二烷基氨基丙酸2.5g、甲基丙烯酸 甲酯1.5g、改性聚硅氧烷1.5g、氧化锌1.5g、庚酸烯丙酯1.5g、甲基丙烯酸甲酸1.5g。
