Abstract

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,公开了盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,45份~150份消石灰,150份~450份粉煤灰,20份~80份膨润土,250份~400份水,900份~1500份砂,1.5份~6.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。本发明在充填性、流动性、凝结时间的控制上明显优于目前市场上的同类产品;本发明配比的注浆浆液保证了浆液的流动性,在长时间静止后基本无离析,且适合长距离泵送,满足盾构机械化施工的要求;能在规定的时间内固化,且在固化前不收地下水的稀释;具有较低的体积收缩率和渗透系数。

盾构施工注浆浆液
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种盾构施工注浆浆液。
背景技术
随着城市轨道交通领域的迅速发展,带动了地铁盾构工法技术的应用。由于盾构机的开挖掘进不可避免地会对地层产生扰动;同时由于开挖面与衬砌管片间存在建筑空隙,使隧道沿线地表产生一定沉降,特别对于上软下硬的复合地层,地表的沉降变形更加难以控制,若不采取有效措施对地表沉降进行控制,一旦发生较大地表沉降,将会产生很大的风险。因此,在盾构机掘进的同时,采用同步注浆控制地表沉降在允许范围十分重要。
目前,在地下隧道盾构施工中所用的同步注浆浆液分为单浆液和双浆液两种。单浆液主要由水泥、粉煤灰、砂、水等组成,现有单浆液中各原料典型的重量配比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶砂∶水=1∶3.6∶2∶0.2∶2.43,该单浆液凝结时间较长,不能及时有效地固结管片、填充建筑空隙,在管片拖出盾尾后,不能有效的控制地表沉降,地表沉降在10~15mm,并且水泥和膨润土含量较高,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种流动性好、成本低的盾构施工注浆浆液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,45份~150份消石灰,150份~450份粉煤灰,20份~80份膨润土,250份~400份水,900份~1500份砂, 1.5份~6.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
作为优选,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,70份~100份消石灰,250份~330份粉煤灰,40份~55份膨润土,300份~350份水,950份~1300份砂,3份~5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
作为优选,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,80份消石灰,300份粉煤灰,50膨润土,320水,1180份砂,4.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
作为优选,按重量计,各组分及含量为,80克消石灰,300克粉煤灰,50膨润土,320水,1180克砂,4.5克外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
作为优选,外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,10份~30份防水剂,20份~30份缓凝剂,40份~60份减水剂,10份~25份增稠剂。
作为优选,外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,20份防水剂,25份缓凝剂,50份减水剂,18份增稠剂。
作为优选,外加剂按重量计,各组分及含量为,20克防水剂,25克缓凝剂,50克减水剂,18克增稠剂。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:在充填性、流动性、凝结时间的控制上明显优于目前市场上的同类产品;本发明配比的注浆浆液保证了浆液的流动性,在长时间静止后基本无离析,且适合长距离泵送,满足盾构机械化施工的要求;能在规定的时间内固化,从而控制地表沉降在最小范围内,且在固化前不受地下水的稀释;具有较低的体积收缩率和渗透系数。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,45份消石灰,150份粉煤灰,20份膨润土,250份水,900份砂,1.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,10份防水剂,20份缓凝剂,40份减水剂,10份增稠剂。
实施例2
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,150份消石灰,450份粉煤灰,80份膨润土,400份水,1500份砂,6.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,30份防水剂,30份缓凝剂,60份减水剂,25份增稠剂。
实施例3
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,85份消石灰,350份粉煤灰,60份膨润土,350份水,1250份砂,5.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,23份防水剂,28份缓凝剂,55份减水剂,20份增稠剂。
实施例4
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,80份消石灰,300份粉煤灰,50膨润土,320水,1180份砂,4.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓 凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,20份防水剂,25份缓凝剂,50份减水剂,18份增稠剂。
实施例5
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量计,各组分及含量为,80克消石灰,300克粉煤灰,50膨润土,320水,1180克砂,4.5克外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量计,各组分及含量为,20克防水剂,25克缓凝剂,50克减水剂,18克增稠剂。
实施例6
盾构施工注浆浆液,按重量份计,各组分及含量为,70份消石灰,280份粉煤灰,40份膨润土,300份水,1000份砂,3.5份外加剂;外加剂包括防水剂、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂。
外加剂按重量份计,各组分及含量为,20份防水剂,23份缓凝剂,45份减水剂,15份增稠剂。
