Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,包括:抗静电层、抗菌层和基层,所述抗静电层与所述抗菌层相连接;所述抗静电层由高性能永久性导电纤维编织而成;所述抗静电层采用破斜纹组织结构;所述抗菌层与所述基层相连接。通过上述方式,本发明一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,该无纺布具有良好的抗静电能力,而且可以抑制细菌的生长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及布料领域,尤其涉及一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布。
背景技术
近年来,随着计算机、电信、微波等技术的迅速发展和普及,人们生活、工作环境中的电磁辐射日渐严重,因而产生的电磁波干扰对电子仪器设备的正常工作及人们的生理健康带来了很多负面影响为了防止静电干扰和电磁波干扰,人们开始研发各种抗静电产品和电磁屏蔽材料近几十年,研究的重点又更多地转向了导电纱由于导电纱的抗静电效果显著而持久,且不受环境湿度的影响,当导电层达到一定厚度或导电成分达到一定比例后,就具有优良的电磁屏蔽功能,因此导电纱的研制和应用越来越受重视导电纱是通过电子传导和电晕放电而消除静电的功能性纤维由于导电纱的比电阻值远低于普通纤维,同时,电荷半衰期很短,因此导电纱在任何情况下都可以在极短的时间内消除静电,用导电纱制成的导电织物,具有优异的导电、导热、屏蔽、吸收电磁波等功能,广泛应用于电子、电力行业的导电网、导电工作服:医疗行业的电热服、电热绷带:航空、航天、精密电子行业的电磁屏蔽罩等方面。例如:在大规模集成电路等一些现代工业的研究和生产过程中,往往由于操作人员服装上带有静电荷而沾上尘埃,造成集成电路短路、元件击穿、精密仪器误动作甚至失灵等情况.大大降低了集成电路的制成率,使得集成块的集成度难以提高,因此,随着一些尖端电子工业的发展,如何消除静电就显得更为重要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,包括:抗静电层、抗菌层和基层,所述抗静电层与所述抗菌层相连接;
所述抗静电层由高性能永久性导电纤维编织而成;
所述抗静电层采用破斜纹组织结构;
所述抗菌层与所述基层相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基层为无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌层为银离子抗菌剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,该无纺布具有良好的抗静电能力,而且可以抑制细菌的生长。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,包括:抗静电层1、抗菌层2和基层3,所述抗静电层1与所述抗菌层2相连接,所述抗菌层2为银离子抗菌剂,银离子抗菌剂可以抑制微生物的生长、繁殖或者杀死,从而减少细菌对人体的伤害。
所述抗静电层1由高性能永久性导电纤维编织而成,所述抗静电层1采用破斜纹组织结构。
所述抗菌层2与所述基层3相连接,所述基层3为无纺布是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,该无纺布具有良好的抗静电能力,而且可以抑制细菌的生长。

1.一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,其特征在于,包括:抗静电层、抗菌层和基层,所述抗静电层与所述抗菌层相连接;
所述抗静电层由高性能永久性导电纤维编织而成;
所述抗静电层采用破斜纹组织结构;
所述抗菌层与所述基层相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,其特征在于:所述基层为无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合抗菌无纺布,其特征在于:所述抗菌层为银离子抗菌剂。
