Abstract
本发明涉及一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,包括机架、动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置,动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置设置在机架上,预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置依次设置且同时经动力传动机构传动。由动力传动机构将工作动力传动到预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构、折弯装置,三个机构产生反向的圆周对滚运动,将条形纸送入预压痕、半剪切、折弯,该装置结构简单、紧凑,无需人工操作,省时省力,加工效率高、质量好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种条形纸折弯装置,具体说是一种一体剪切、折弯的条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置。
背景技术
目前在互感器行业,特别是中压互感器在生产过程中,包扎用的条形纸全部是人工手动剪切并折弯。
人工剪切和折弯的工艺方法比较繁琐,相当费力,制作效率低,员工疲劳强度大,产品外观性能一般。从整个过程来看,主要是人工费时,费力,生产效率低,浪费人力。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前的问题,而提供了一种解放劳动力,提高生产效率和加工质量的条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,其特征在于:包括机架、动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置,动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置设置在机架上,预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置依次设置且同时经动力传动机构传动。
进一步地,所述预压痕送料机构包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮的圆周中心部位设有一圈相互间隙配合的凸筋和凹槽。
进一步地,所述半剪切机构包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、橡胶轮和滚刀轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,橡胶轮和滚刀轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,滚刀轮圆周上均布有多个刀片,多个刀片沿滚刀轮轴向分为无刃口段和刃口段。
进一步地,所述折弯装置包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、凸轮和凹轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,凸轮和凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,凸轮和凹轮的外圆周为相互间隙配合的凸头和凹口。
由动力传动机构将工作动力传动到预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构、折弯装置,三个机构产生反向的圆周对滚运动,将条形纸送入预压痕送料机构中,预压痕送料机构的压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮自动咬合并通过两者圆周中心位置的凸筋和凹槽将条型纸的中心线上压痕,并送入半剪切机构,经过半剪且机构时,由滚刀轮压条形纸在橡胶轮上,通过滚刀轮圆周上刀片的无刃口段和刃口段结构将条形纸一半面剪切,最后送入折弯装置,由折弯装置凸轮和凹轮的凸头和凹口沿着中心线折弯,完成条形纸折弯并半剪切的功能,该装置结构简单、紧凑,无需人工操作,省时省力,加工效率高、质量好。

以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1-6所示:一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置包括机架1、动力传动机构2、预压痕送料机构3、半剪切机构4和折弯装置5,动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置设置在机架上,预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置依次设置且同时经动力传动机构传动。
图2中预压痕送料机构3包括预压痕送料同步轮31、上支撑座32、下支撑座33、齿轮组34、压痕凸轮35和压痕凹轮36,预压痕送料同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,压痕凸轮35和压痕凹轮36的圆周中心部位设有一圈相互间隙配合的凸筋351和凹槽361。
图3中半剪切机构4包括半剪切同步轮41、上支撑座42、下支撑座43、齿轮组44、橡胶轮45和滚刀轮46,半剪切同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,橡胶轮和滚刀轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,滚刀轮46圆周上均布有多个刀片47,多个刀片沿滚刀轮轴向分为无刃口段471和刃口段472。
图4中折弯装置5包括折弯同步轮51、上支撑座52、下支撑座53、齿轮组54、凸轮55和凹轮56,折弯同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,凸轮和凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,凸轮55和凹轮56的外圆周为相互间隙配合的凸头551和凹口561。

1.一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,其特征在于:包括机架、动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置,动力传动机构、预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置设置在机架上,预压痕送料机构、半剪切机构和折弯装置依次设置且同时经动力传动机构传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,其特征是:所述预压痕送料机构包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,压痕凸轮和压痕凹轮的圆周中心部位设有一圈相互间隙配合的凸筋和凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,其特征是:所述半剪切机构包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、橡胶轮和滚刀轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,橡胶轮和滚刀轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,滚刀轮圆周上均布有多个刀片,多个刀片沿滚刀轮轴向分为无刃口段和刃口段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种条形纸沿中心线半剪切折弯装置,其特征是:所述折弯装置包括同步轮、上支撑座、下支撑座、齿轮组、凸轮和凹轮,同步轮连接动力传动机构,上、下支撑座上下支撑连接,凸轮和凹轮分别经上、下支撑轴旋转穿接在上、下支撑座上,上、下支撑轴上穿接齿轮组传动,凸轮和凹轮的外圆周为相互间隙配合的凸头和凹口。
