Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a mechanism for repairing petroleum polluted soil, which comprises the steps of excavating a foundation pit in an uncontaminated area of a site to be repaired; laying clay on the bottom and the side wall of the foundation pit, placing an aeration frame and a bacterium conveying pipe in the foundation pit, backfilling petroleum polluted soil to be repaired into the foundation pit, laying a sealing film on the foundation pit, continuously aerating the petroleum polluted soil through the aeration frame, and aerating to loosen the petroleum polluted soil and generate a reaction gap; after the first aeration is finished, closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame, injecting petroleum degrading bacteria into the bacteria conveying pipe, and conveying the petroleum degrading bacteria into the petroleum polluted soil through the bacteria conveying pipe; continuously aerating the petroleum polluted soil to ensure that the petroleum degrading bacteria enter the reaction gap; decomposing pollutants in the petroleum polluted soil by using petroleum degrading bacteria and generating waste gas; pumping the waste gas in the foundation pit into a waste gas processor; and detecting the concentration of the petroleum pollutants in the soil in the foundation pit. The method has the advantages of high construction efficiency, short construction period and good repairing effect.

3) placing a repairing mechanism provided with an aeration frame and a bacterium conveying pipe; spreading petroleum polluted soil on a sealing film of the impermeable layer, then placing an aeration frame and a bacteria conveying pipe in the repairing mechanism on the petroleum polluted soil, and enabling an air inlet and an air outlet of the aeration frame and an inlet and an outlet of the bacteria conveying pipe to extend out of the foundation pit;
4) backfilling the foundation pit; backfilling the petroleum polluted soil to be repaired into the foundation pit, and burying the aeration frame and the bacteria conveying pipe into the petroleum polluted soil;
5) sealing the foundation pit; laying a sealing film on the foundation pit, and spreading clay on the sealing film;
6) aerating for the first time; an air compressor is connected with an air inlet of an aeration frame, and the petroleum polluted soil is continuously aerated through the aeration frame, so that the petroleum polluted soil is loosened through aeration and a reaction gap is generated;
7) injecting petroleum degrading bacteria; after the first aeration is finished, closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame, injecting petroleum degrading bacteria into the bacteria conveying pipe, and conveying the petroleum degrading bacteria into the petroleum polluted soil through the bacteria conveying pipe;
8) aerating for the second time; connecting an air compressor with an air inlet of an aeration frame, and continuously aerating the petroleum polluted soil to enable the petroleum degrading bacteria to enter the reaction gap;
9) sealing and degrading; sealing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame and the air inlet and the air outlet of the bacterium conveying pipe, decomposing pollutants in the petroleum polluted soil by using the petroleum degrading bacteria and generating waste gas;
10) extracting waste gas; connecting a vacuum pump connected with a waste gas processor with an air outlet of the aeration frame, and pumping waste gas in the foundation pit into the waste gas processor;
11) detecting; and (3) detecting the concentration of the petroleum pollutants in the soil in the foundation pit, finishing the repairing process after the concentration is qualified, and repeating the steps of 8-11 if the concentration is unqualified.
Further, the thickness of the clay laid on the bottom and the side wall of the foundation pit is at least 0.2 m.
Further, the thickness of the petroleum polluted soil spread on the sealing film of the impermeable layer is at least 0.5 m.
Further, the time of the first aeration and the time of the second aeration are both at least two weeks.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the method for remedying the petroleum-contaminated soil of the present invention comprises the following steps:
1) pre-digging a foundation pit; a foundation pit 100 is excavated in an uncontaminated area of a site to be repaired, the length of the foundation pit 100 is larger than 40m, the width of the foundation pit 100 is larger than 10m, and the distance from the bottom of the foundation pit 100 to underground water is at least more than 1m, as shown in figure 1.
2) Paving an impermeable layer; clay 11 is laid on the bottom and side walls of the foundation pit, the thickness of the laid clay layer is at least 0.2m, and a plastic film is laid on the clay to form an impermeable layer.
3) Placing a repairing mechanism provided with an aeration frame and a bacterium conveying pipe; spreading petroleum polluted soil 12 on the plastic film of the impermeable layer, wherein the thickness of the polluted soil layer is at least 0.5m, then placing an aeration frame 31 and a bacteria conveying pipe 32 in the restoring mechanism on the petroleum polluted soil 12, and enabling an air inlet and an air outlet of the aeration frame 31 and an air inlet and an outlet of the bacteria conveying pipe 32 to extend out of the foundation pit 100, as shown in figure 2.
4) Backfilling the foundation pit; backfilling the petroleum polluted soil to be repaired into the foundation pit 100, and burying the aeration frame 31 and the bacteria conveying pipe 32 in the petroleum polluted soil as shown in fig. 3.
5) Sealing the foundation pit; and laying a plastic film on the foundation pit, and spreading clay on the plastic film.
6) Aerating for the first time; an air compressor is connected with an air inlet of the aeration frame 31, and the petroleum polluted soil is continuously aerated for at least two weeks, so that the petroleum polluted soil is loosened by aeration and reaction gaps are generated.
7) Injecting petroleum degrading bacteria; after the first aeration is finished, the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame 31 are closed; injecting petroleum degrading bacteria into the bacteria conveying pipe 32, connecting an air compressor with the bacteria conveying pipe 32, and conveying the petroleum degrading bacteria into petroleum polluted soil through holes in the pipe wall of the bacteria conveying pipe 32; the petroleum degrading bacteria in the invention preferably adopt high-activity HH-a type aerobic biodegradable bacteria which are jointly developed by Nanjing scientific research institute of environmental protection department and geotechnical engineering Co., Ltd in chemical industry, and also can adopt BDB-n biodegradable bacteria produced by Nanyang Tohua engineering science and technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd or other biodegradable bacteria with the same degrading function.
8) Aerating for the second time; and connecting an air compressor with an air inlet of the aeration frame, continuously aerating the petroleum polluted soil for at least two weeks to ensure that the petroleum degrading bacteria enter the reaction gap, and providing enough oxygen for the decomposition of the petroleum degrading bacteria by the second aeration.
9) Sealing and degrading; and sealing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame and the air inlet and the air outlet of the bacteria conveying pipe, and decomposing pollutants in the petroleum polluted soil by the petroleum degrading bacteria and generating waste gas.
10) Extracting waste gas; the air inlet end of the vacuum pump is connected with the air outlet of the aeration frame, the air outlet end of the vacuum pump is connected with a waste gas processor, and waste gas in the foundation pit is pumped out to the waste gas processor through the vacuum pump; the waste gas processor in the invention preferably adopts YZWFL-4 type active carbon adsorption tower produced by Tanshino Yuanzhou environmental protection science and technology limited in Wuxi city or other adsorption towers with the same function.
11) Detecting; the concentration of the petroleum pollutants in the soil in the foundation pit is detected, the standard of the pollutant detection concentration of the invention preferentially adopts the standard of the United states environmental protection agency EPA8440 to control the petroleum hydrocarbon in the polluted soil, and the concentration is controlled to be 3 cmol/kg; detecting that the soil in the foundation pit is qualified, and finishing the repairing process; if not, repeating the steps of 8-11.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to facilitate the transportation of air and oil-degrading bacteria to the oil-contaminated soil in the foundation pit 100, the present invention provides a remediation mechanism, which is applied to the remediation method of oil-contaminated soil, and comprises an aeration frame 31 and a bacteria conveying pipe 32, wherein the bacteria conveying pipe 32 is connected to the aeration frame 31 through a hoop.
As shown in fig. 5, the aeration frame 31 includes an air inlet pipe 311, an air outlet pipe 312 and aeration pipes 310, wherein a plurality of aeration pipes 310 are connected by a connector to form a rectangular frame, the air inlet pipe 311 and the air outlet pipe 312 are fixedly connected to the frame, and each aeration pipe 310 on the frame is connected to the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe.
Referring to fig. 6, a plurality of screw connectors are provided on both the air inlet pipe 311 and the air outlet pipe 312, and the aeration tube 310 may be connected to the screw connectors through a connection, or may be directly screwed to the screw connectors. The aeration pipe 310 is communicated with the air inlet pipeline and the air outlet pipeline through the screw thread connecting port.
As shown in fig. 7, the aerator pipe 310 is in full contact with soil in the foundation pit, so that the soil is loosened fully and better, and the aerator pipe 310 is provided with a taper pipe 315 which is communicated with the aerator pipe. The cone 315 facilitates penetration into the soil.
The fungus conveying pipes in the repairing mechanism are PVC pipes, a plurality of fungus conveying pipes are connected through connecting pipes and form a loop shape, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the pipe wall of each fungus conveying pipe.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of this invention and it should be noted that modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention and these modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the invention.

1. A method for restoring petroleum-contaminated soil is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises that
1) Pre-digging a foundation pit; excavating a foundation pit in an uncontaminated area of a site to be repaired;
2) paving an impermeable layer; paving clay on the bottom and the side wall of the foundation pit, paving a sealing film on the clay and forming an impermeable layer;
3) placing a repairing mechanism provided with an aeration frame and a bacterium conveying pipe; spreading petroleum polluted soil on a sealing film of the impermeable layer, then placing an aeration frame and a bacteria conveying pipe in the repairing mechanism on the petroleum polluted soil, and enabling an air inlet and an air outlet of the aeration frame and an inlet and an outlet of the bacteria conveying pipe to extend out of the foundation pit;
4) backfilling the foundation pit; backfilling the petroleum polluted soil to be repaired into the foundation pit, and burying the aeration frame and the bacteria conveying pipe into the petroleum polluted soil;
5) sealing the foundation pit; laying a sealing film on the foundation pit, and spreading clay on the sealing film;
6) aerating for the first time; an air compressor is connected with an air inlet of an aeration frame, and the petroleum polluted soil is continuously aerated through the aeration frame, so that the petroleum polluted soil is loosened through aeration and a reaction gap is generated;
7) injecting petroleum degrading bacteria; after the first aeration is finished, closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame, injecting petroleum degrading bacteria into the bacteria conveying pipe, and conveying the petroleum degrading bacteria into the petroleum polluted soil through the bacteria conveying pipe;
8) aerating for the second time; connecting an air compressor with an air inlet of an aeration frame, and continuously aerating the petroleum polluted soil to enable the petroleum degrading bacteria to enter the reaction gap;
9) sealing and degrading; sealing the air inlet and the air outlet of the aeration frame and the air inlet and the air outlet of the bacteria conveying pipe, decomposing pollutants in the petroleum polluted soil by the petroleum degrading bacteria and generating waste gas;
10) extracting waste gas; connecting a vacuum pump connected with a waste gas processor with an air outlet of the aeration frame, and pumping waste gas in the foundation pit into the waste gas processor;
11) detecting; detecting the concentration of the petroleum pollutants in the soil in the foundation pit, finishing the repairing process after the concentration is qualified, and repeating the steps from 8) to 11) if the concentration is unqualified;
the thickness of clay laid on the bottom and the side wall of the foundation pit is at least 0.2 m;
the thickness of the petroleum polluted soil spread on the sealing film of the impermeable layer is at least 0.5 m;
the time of the first aeration and the time of the second aeration are both at least two weeks;
the repairing mechanism comprises an aeration frame and a bacterium conveying pipe, and the bacterium conveying pipe is connected to the aeration frame;
