一种锡粉筛分装置，包括底座、震动电机和若干个不同目数的筛分层，筛分层底部设有筛分网，震动电机设在底座和筛分层之间，筛分网的中部略向上凸起，筛分网的四周的端边处设有多个漏料孔；漏料孔下方设有接料槽，接料槽上设有出料口。该锡粉筛分装置可设置三层以上筛分层，而且该筛分装置具有较高的筛分效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及锡粉制造设备技术领域，尤其是一种锡粉筛分装置。
背景技术
在生产锡粉时，很难控制锡粉的颗粒度大小，会出现不同颗粒度大小的锡粉。为将同颗粒度大小的锡粉分离开来，需借助锡粉筛分装置。但传统的筛分装置一般逐层递高的筛层，筛箱中设有不同目数的水平筛分网，但这种结构的筛分装置一般只能设置2～3的筛层，原因是振动电机不能很强的影响到高层的筛层做大幅度振动，使筛分效率不高，达不到预想要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的不足，公开了一种锡粉筛分装置，该锡粉筛分装置可设置三层以上筛分层，而且该筛分装置具有较高的筛分效率。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的：
一种锡粉筛分装置，包括底座、震动电机和若干个不同目数的筛分层，筛分层底部设有筛分网，震动电机设在底座和筛分层之间，所述筛分网的中部略向上凸起，筛分网的四周的端边处设有多个漏料孔；所述漏料孔下方设有接料槽，接料槽上设有出料口。
优选的是，为了方便锡粉从出料口处漏出，所述接料槽与水平面有倾斜角，所述出料口设在接料槽的低端。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明的筛分网的中部略向上凸起，锡粉筛分时，由于高低落差锡粉从中部向四周移动，移动过程中实现筛分效果，这种结构的锡粉筛分装置提高了筛分效率，振动电机无需较大的幅度振动便能达到筛分目的，这样可增加筛分层数，可得到三层以上的筛分层。

为了便于理解本发明，下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是，本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现，并不限于本文所描述的实施例。
如附图1所示，一种锡粉筛分装置，包括底座400、震动电机300和若干个不同目数的筛分层600，筛分层600底部设有筛分网610，震动电机300设在底座400和筛分层600之间，该筛分网610的中部略向上凸起，筛分网610的四周的端边处设有多个漏料孔100；该漏料孔100下方设有接料槽200，接料槽200上设有出料口500。
一种优选方式中，为了方便锡粉从出料口500处漏出，该接料槽200与水平面有倾斜角，出料口500设在接料槽200的低端。
筛分网610的中部略向上凸起，锡粉筛分时，由于高低落差锡粉从中部向四周移动，移动过程中实现筛分效果，这种结构的锡粉筛分装置提高了筛分效率，振动电机无需较大的幅度振动便能达到筛分目的，这样可增加筛分层数，可得到三层以上的筛分层。

1.一种锡粉筛分装置，包括底座、震动电机和若干个不同目数的筛分层，筛分层底部设有筛分网，震动电机设在底座和筛分层之间，其特征在于，所述筛分网的中部略向上凸起，筛分网的四周的端边处设有多个漏料孔；所述漏料孔下方设有接料槽，接料槽上设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锡粉筛分装置，其特征在于，所述接料槽与水平面有倾斜角，所述出料口设在接料槽的低端。
