技术领域
本发明涉及振动筛,特别是一种新型双层超声波振动筛。
背景技术
现在的超声波振动筛的使用非常普遍,但是超声波振动筛在筛分时下料的物料很分散,不利于物料的高效筛分。如何提高超声波振动筛的筛分效率是亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理、使用效果好的新型双层超声波振动筛。
本发明的技术方案是,一种新型双层超声波振动筛,它包括筛体,其特征在于:在筛体顶部设有入料口,在入料口的下方设有上筛板,在上筛板的下方设有回料盘,在回料盘的下方设有下筛板,在下筛板的下方设有伞形帽;上筛板对应的筛框一侧设有上出料口,在下筛板对应的筛框一侧设有下出料口,伞形帽对应的筛框一侧设有底出料口;激振器安装在筛体的下部。所述回料盘上开有安装孔,在安装孔的四周设有凸台。
本发明的有益效果是能够快速、高效的对物料进行筛分,并且筛分效率较高。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例,
一种新型双层超声波振动筛,它包括筛体10,在筛体顶部设有入料口1,在入料口的下方设有上筛板2,在上筛板的下方设有回料盘6,在回料盘的下方设有下筛板3,在下筛板的下方设有伞形帽4;上筛板对应的筛框一侧设有上出料口9,在下筛板对应的筛框一侧设有下出料口8,伞形帽对应的筛框一侧设有底出料口7;激振器5安装在筛体的下部;所述回料盘上开有安装孔12,在安装孔的四周设有凸台11。
本发明能够高效生产,利用回料盘来快速对物料进行整合,利用伞形帽来对筛下的物料进行整理,这样都有效的提升了筛分的效率。

1.一种新型双层超声波振动筛,它包括筛体,其特征在于:在筛体顶部设有入料口,在入料口的下方设有上筛板,在上筛板的下方设有回料盘,在回料盘的下方设有下筛板,在下筛板的下方设有伞形帽;上筛板对应的筛框一侧设有上出料口,在下筛板对应的筛框一侧设有下出料口,伞形帽对应的筛框一侧设有底出料口;激振器安装在筛体的下部。
