本发明公开了一种施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,包括引流管以及引流管定位件,所述引流管包括插入段和引流段,所述插入段呈锥状,所述引流段呈柱状并与所述插入段直径较大的一端连接,所述引流管定位件固设于所述引流段外表面,本发明具有结构简单、成本低、能够保持管口与前房之间的沟通从而保证手术效果等优点。

Description

一种施莱姆氏管引流扩张器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助器械,尤其涉及一种施莱姆氏管引流扩张器。
背景技术
在行抗青光眼手术中,无论是单纯的小梁切除术还是青光眼合并白内障手术,均需做小梁切除。手术时首先做以穹窿部为基底的结膜瓣,巩膜面止血后做3mm×4mm大小的1/2厚巩膜瓣,常规放置0.4mg/ml浓度的丝裂霉素于巩膜瓣和结膜瓣下5分钟,然后利用生理盐水冲洗干净残留在结膜瓣和巩膜瓣下的丝裂霉素,最后于小梁网位置切除1mm×2mm大小的小梁网组织,切除的小梁网组织的内后方还有一段施莱姆氏管(环形密闭管道,又称Schlemm管),显微镜下可清晰地看到两端的Schlemm管口,Schlemm管口与前房保持永久性沟通是该手术成功的关键,才能够达到远期降眼压效果,确保手术远期疗效。目前,该类手术中采用的是国外进口的钛合金支架,能够有效保持Schlemm管口与前房之间的沟通,但是其结构复杂,价格非常昂贵,不利于推广普及。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低、能够保持管口与前房之间的沟通从而保证手术效果的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,包括引流管以及引流管定位件,所述引流管包括插入段和引流段,所述插入段呈锥状,所述引流段呈柱状并与所述插入段直径较大的一端连接,所述引流管定位件固设于所述引流段外表面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述引流管定位件为L形定位杆,所述L形定位杆的短杆固设于所述引流段外表面,所述L形定位杆的长杆与所述引流管的轴线平行,且所述长杆远离所述短杆的一端指向所述插入段。
所述长杆远离所述短杆的一端设有用于防止缝线滑脱的膨胀部。
所述膨胀部为球状膨胀部。
所述插入段和引流段的横截面均为椭圆形,所述短杆的轴线与所述引流段椭圆形横截面的短轴共线。
所述引流管为医用硅胶管,所述L形定位杆为医用硅胶杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明公开的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器包括引流管以及引流管定位件,结构简单、成本低,手术过程中周切虹膜后,锥状的插入段可以方便地插入Schlemm管内,利用缝线将引流管定位件固定于巩膜面,从而将引流管永久性地固定于Schlemm管内,引流段将Schlemm管口充分撑开,防止管口塌陷,从而将前房与Schlemm管腔贯通,前房水先后经引流段、插入段顺利流入Schlemm管内,达到远期降眼压效果。
进一步地,引流管定位件采用L形定位杆,L形定位杆的短杆与引流段固定连接,L形定位杆的长杆平行于引流管的轴线布置,且远离短杆的一端指向插入段,既便于在眼部狭小空间内进行手术操作,又能够可靠地将引流管固定于Schlemm管内。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,包括引流管1以及引流管定位件2,引流管1包括插入段11和引流段12,插入段11呈锥状,引流段12呈柱状并与插入段11的大径端连接,引流管定位件2固设于引流段12的外表面,该施莱姆氏管引流扩张器结构简单、成本低,手术过程中周切虹膜后,锥状的插入段11可以方便地插入Schlemm管内,然后利用缝线将引流管定位件2固定于巩膜面,从而将引流管1永久性地固定于Schlemm管内;引流段12将Schlemm管口充分撑开,防止管口塌陷,从而将前房与Schlemm管腔贯通,前房水先后经引流段12、插入段11顺利流入Schlemm管内,达到远期降眼压效果。
本实施例中,L形定位杆21的短杆211固设于引流段12外表面,L形定位杆21的长杆212与引流管1轴线平行,长杆212远离短杆211的一端指向插入段11,既便于在眼部狭小空间内进行手术操作,又能够可靠地将引流管1固定于Schlemm管内。
长杆212远离短杆211的一端设有用于防止缝线滑脱的膨胀部213,从而可靠地将长杆212与巩膜面固定。本实施例中,膨胀部213为球状膨胀部,能够有效地防止缝线滑脱,且表面光滑、无棱角,避免产生磨损、划痕。
本实施例中,引流段12的横截面为椭圆形,与Schlemm管内腔的形状吻合,避免两者之间产生间隙,有利于前房水通过引流管1进入Schlemm管内,插入段11横截面的形状与引流段12保持一致,便于插入Schlemm管内,也有利于引流管1的加工制作,短杆211的轴线则与引流段12椭圆形横截面的短轴121共线。其中引流段12的长度为2mm,横截面长轴122长度为0.8mm,短轴121为0.5mm;插入段11的长度为3mm,直径较小的一端端面长轴122长度为0.5mm,短轴121为0.2mm;L形定位杆21的直径为0.5mm,短杆211的长度为0.5mm,长杆212长度为2mm。
本实施例中,引流管1为医用硅胶管,L形定位杆21为医用硅胶杆,采用医用硅胶具有一定弹性,顺应性好,易于植入,且组织相容性好,不发生排斥反应。
本发明的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器的使用方法如下:切除小梁网组织后,在小梁网切口的后方找到Schlemm管,切开Schlemm管外壁,可见Schlemm管断口及内壁,从断口沿Schlemm管腔插入本发明的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,植入时保证引流段12与Schlemm管内腔吻合、不留间隙,长杆212位于巩膜面,两个Schlemm管断口各插入一个,确保前房与Schlemm管口想通,最后利用10-0尼龙缝线将长杆212缝合固定在巩膜面,确保引流管1永久性固定于Schlemm管内,缝合巩膜瓣和结膜瓣后结束手术。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围的情况下,都可利用上述揭示的技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均应落在本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:包括引流管(1)以及引流管定位件(2),所述引流管(1)包括插入段(11)和引流段(12),所述插入段(11)呈锥状,所述引流段(12)呈柱状并与所述插入段(11)直径较大的一端连接,所述引流管定位件(2)固设于所述引流段(12)外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:所述引流管定位件(2)为L形定位杆(21),所述L形定位杆(21)的短杆(211)固设于所述引流段(12)外表面,所述L形定位杆(21)的长杆(212)与所述引流管(1)的轴线平行,且所述长杆(212)远离所述短杆(211)的一端指向所述插入段(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:所述长杆(212)远离所述短杆(211)的一端设有用于防止缝线滑脱的膨胀部(213)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:所述膨胀部(213)为球状膨胀部。
5.根据权利要求2或3或4所述的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:所述插入段(11)和引流段(12)的横截面均为椭圆形,所述短杆(211)的轴线与所述引流段(12)椭圆形横截面的短轴(121)共线。
6.根据权利要求2或3或4中任一项所述的施莱姆氏管引流扩张器,其特征在于:所述引流管(1)为医用硅胶管,所述L形定位杆(21)为医用硅胶杆。
