Abstract
本发明公开了一种猪舍净化消毒剂及制备方法,其特征在于,按以下重量份数配比包括:有益菌液20‑30份、大蒜油5‑8份、红糖水30‑40份、陈醋2‑5份和中药水5‑10份,所述有益菌液中的有益菌包括:纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌,本发明通过在采用有益菌液、大蒜油、红糖水、陈醋和中药水等有效物质成分,制成一种猪舍净化剂,从而有效的吸收了猪舍中的残留有机物和有害气体,进而在净化猪舍中气味的同时,又提高了猪的自身免疫能力。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及猪舍净化剂的技术领域,特别是一种猪舍净化消毒剂及制备方法的技术领域。
【背景技术】
猪在饲养过程中,由于对饲料营养物质消化吸收不全,使粪便中残留了相当数量的有机物,特别是含氮物质,极易被腐败菌分解产生氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S)等恶臭物质;有的粪便当中还极有可能含有大量的病原微生物,因此造成猪舍的臭味加重,这样不仅影响猪的生长,而且还会造成猪感染上疾病,如果对其不加以合理处理和利用,不仅会降低生产性能,而且还会污染环境,甚至危及人类的健康与生存环境。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种猪舍净化消毒剂,本发明不仅可以净化猪舍的臭味,而且还能有效的提高猪的自身免疫力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于,按以下重量份数配比:包括有益菌液20-30份、大蒜油5-8份、红糖水30-40份、陈醋2-5份和中药水5-10份,所述有益菌液中的有益菌包括:纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌。
作为优选,所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,按以下重量份数配比包括:有益菌液25-28.5份、大蒜油5.6-7.5份、红糖水38.5-40份、陈醋2.3-3.2份和中药水5.6-8.3份。
作为优选,所述微生物复合菌中的纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌的重量份数比为1:1:1:1:1。
作为优选,所述中药水中的中药成分为:金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根,所述中药水中金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根三者的重量份数比为5:1:3。
作为优选,一种猪舍净化消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)有益菌的培养:分别将活化的纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌,接种在无菌培养基上进行培养和繁殖;
b)有益菌的发酵:将步骤a)得到的活化纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌放入发酵罐中进行发酵,从而得到有益菌液;
c)中药水的制备:首先将金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根放在容器中,然后加入这三者总重量的5倍水,进行熬制、过滤,从而获得中药水;
d)配料:按重量份数有益菌液20-30份、大蒜油5-8份、红糖水30-40份、陈醋2-5份和中药水5-10份进行配料,从而得到净化剂浓缩液;
e)稀释:向步骤d)得到的净化剂浓缩液中,加入净化剂浓缩液总质量20倍的去离子水进行稀释。
f)搅拌:将步骤e)稀释后的净化剂浓缩液,搅拌均匀即可。
作为优选,所述步骤a)在进行培养时的温度均为30℃-34℃,所述步骤a)所采用培养基的ph值均为7.5-8.5,培养时间均为3-4天。
作为优选,当猪舍中的臭味明显降低时,可将用于稀释的去离子水的重量份数,改为净化剂浓缩液总质量的100-150倍。

本发明通过在采用有益菌液、大蒜油、红糖水、陈醋和中药水等有效物质成分,制成一种猪舍净化消毒剂,从而有效的吸收了猪舍中的残留有机物和有害气体,进而在净化猪舍中气味的同时,又提高了猪的自身免疫能力。

Claims (6)
1.一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于,按以下重量份数配比:包括有益菌液20-30份、大蒜油5-8份、红糖水30-40份、陈醋2-5份和中药水5-10份,所述有益菌液中的有益菌包括:纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌,所述中药水中的中药成分为:金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根,该猪舍净化消毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)有益菌的培养:分别将活化的纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌,接种在无菌培养基上进行培养和繁殖;
b)有益菌的发酵:将步骤a)得到的活化纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌放入发酵罐中进行发酵,从而得到有益菌液;
c)中药水的制备:首先将金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根放在容器中,然后加入这三者总重量的5倍水,进行熬制、过滤,从而获得中药水;
d)配料:按重量份数有益菌液20-30份、大蒜油5-8份、红糖水30-40份、陈醋2-5份和中药水5-10份进行配料,从而得到净化剂浓缩液;
e)稀释:向步骤d)得到的净化剂浓缩液中,加入净化剂浓缩液总质量20倍的去离子水进行稀释;
f)搅拌:将步骤e)稀释后的净化剂浓缩液,搅拌均匀即可。
2.权利要求1所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于,按以下重量份数配比包括:有益菌液25-28.5份、大蒜油5.6-7.5份、红糖水38.5-40份、陈醋2.3-3.2份和中药水5.6-8.3份。
3.权利要求1所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于:所述微生物复合菌中的纳豆芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合菌、固氮菌的重量份数比为1:1:1:1:1。
4.权利要求1所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于:所述中药水中金银花、穿心莲和板蓝根三者的重量份数比为5:1:3。
5.权利要求1所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于:所述步骤a)在进行培养时的温度均为30℃-34℃,所述步骤a)所采用培养基的ph值均为7.5-8.5,培养时间均为3-4天。
6.权利要求1所述一种猪舍净化消毒剂,其特征在于:当猪舍中的臭味明显降低时,将用于稀释的去离子水的重量份数,改为净化剂浓缩液总质量的100-150倍。
