Abstract

本发明公开了一种染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物在美白产品中的应用，通过建立豚鼠皮肤色素沉着模型，体外涂抹染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物，检测豚鼠皮肤组织酪氨酸酶（TYR）含量的变化，实验表明染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物对于日晒后的色素沉着具有很好的抑制作用。该染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物可用于美白产品中，例如按一定比例加入到普通护手霜、面霜、面膜等产品中。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品和面膜等相关产品领域，公开了一种染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物在美白产品中的应用”。
技术背景
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，皮肤健康性问题得到重日益视”。阳光中的紫外线（UVB）是引起皮肤黑色素沉着最为显著的因素，长期暴露于紫外线照射下会引起皮肤变黑，以致于影响人们身心健康和人际交往及关系”。因此，寻找一种高效、低副作用的美白药物成分已经成为一个重要和迫切的任务”。
染料木素别名金雀异黄素或染料木黄酮，是自然界中最常见的一种黄酮类化合物，化学命名称为5,7,4’- 三羟基异黄酮，主要存在于豆科之中，在槐角、山豆根中的含量较大，是黄酮类物质中活性功能最高的一种，具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力和抗菌消炎等作用”。蔡佳利等在《含哌嗪类抗微生物药物研究进展》中指出哌嗪也具有抗氧化、消炎的作用，且哌嗪基团是增效基团，本研究将染料木素与1-苄基哌嗪进行化学接枝，得到衍生物，由于孪团效应使得衍生物的抗氧化作用增强”。
染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物的分子式：C27H28N2O5.；分子量：460.52；命名为：8-(（4 -（2,4 -二甲氧基苯基）哌嗪-1 -基）甲基）-5,7 -二羟基-3 -（4 -羟基苯基）-4H-苯并吡喃-4 -酮；结构式为：
经检索未见该染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物在美白方面的应用报道”。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有美白作用的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物8-(（4 -苄基-1-基）甲基）-5,7-二羟基-3 -（4 - 羟基苯基）苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮在美白产品中的应用”。
本发明涉及的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物，通过建立豚鼠皮肤色素沉着模型，体外涂抹染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物，检测皮肤组织酪氨酸酶（TYR）含量的变化，实验表明染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物具有很好的美白作用，该衍生物可用于美白领域”。
通过一下实验例表明染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物的美白活性:
1.1 试验方法
8只豚鼠适应饲养一周后，脱去豚鼠背部长毛，裸露出一块面积约3×3cm的皮肤，以紫外线强度为1395μw/cm2照射裸露部位，每天每只照射24min，照射量达到2000mJ/(cm2·d)，总共照射5d，照射总量达到10000mJ/cm2”。每只背部脱毛部位选取4个1cm2的独立区域，排成2行2列，自上而下，自左到右，分别是：①模型组：只照射UVB，不涂药；②低剂量组：涂抹1%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物；③中剂量组：涂抹2%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物；④高剂量组：涂抹4%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物；各组在UVB照射5d后开始涂药，连续涂药30d”。
涂药结束后，采用酪氨酸酶（TYR）检测试剂盒测量TYR含量”。
1.2 实验结果
豚鼠治疗后TYR的含量（见图1）”。
本研究在UVB照射豚鼠背部裸露的皮肤后，涂抹染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物，使得豚鼠背部皮肤中TYR水平降低，且染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物浓度为2%时效果更好，说明染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物具有抑制豚鼠皮肤色素沉着的作用，这为染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物应用于治疗皮肤色素沉着提供了依据”。
本发明的美白机理为：染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物通过降低TYR的含量，减少黑色素的生成，从而起到美白的作用”。

实施例 1
将染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的保湿护手霜中混匀，其中染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物占总质量的1.5%，即可得到具有美白效果的护手霜，能降低酪氨酸酶含量30%”。
实施例 2
将染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的保湿面霜中混匀，其中染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物占总质量的1.5%，即可得到具有美白效果的面霜，能降低酪氨酸酶含量30%”。
实施例 3
将质量分数2%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的乳霜型面膜中，即可得到具有美白效果的乳霜型面膜，能降低酪氨酸酶含量30%”。

Claims (8)

1.一种染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物在美白产品中的应用，其特征在于：
（1）建立豚鼠皮肤色素沉着模型，以紫外线强度为1395μw/cm2照射裸露部位，每天每只照射24min，照射量达到2000mJ/(cm2·d)，总共照射5d，照射总量达到10000mJ/cm2；
（2）分别将1%、2%、4%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物涂于经照射后的豚鼠背部皮肤；
（3）涂药结束后，检测酪氨酸酶（TYR）含量。
2.如权利要求1所述的美白产品，是一种含有染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物的美白产品。
3.如权利要求2所述的美白产品，上述染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物为染料木素与1-苄基哌嗪的化学合成物。
4.一种美白产品，上述美白产品的配合量为染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物占普通霜类产品的1.5%-2%。
5.如权利要求4所述的美白产品，将1.5%染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的保湿护手霜中混匀。
6.如权利要求4所述的美白产品，将1.5%染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的保湿面霜中混匀。
7.如权利要求4所述的美白产品，将2%的染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物加入到普通的乳霜型面膜中。
8.一种染料木素苄基哌嗪衍生物在美白产品中的应用，其特征在于：该美白化妆品是以降低酪氨酸酶的含量为途径进行美白。
