Abstract
The invention discloses an office chair mechanism with adjustable posture, which comprises: a chassis; a seat frame disposed on the chassis; the keel seat is hinged to one end of the chassis; the seat back frame is arranged on the keel seat in a sliding manner; the linkage adjusting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the chassis and used for connecting the seat frame and the keel seat and controlling the linkage of the seat frame and the keel seat; and a chair leg mechanism arranged at the lower part of the linkage adjusting mechanism and used for supporting the office chair. The office chair mechanism with the adjustable posture can automatically and cooperatively adjust the angle between the chair seat and the chair back along with the change of the posture of a human body, thereby providing a comfortable chair angle for a user, facilitating rest and use and providing convenience for the user.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of office chairs, in particular to an office chair mechanism with an adjustable posture.
Background

Detailed Description
The invention provides an office chair mechanism with adjustable posture, which is further described in detail below by referring to the attached drawings and embodiments in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The office chair mechanism with adjustable posture of the preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprises: a chassis 1; a seat frame 2 provided on the chassis 1; a keel base 3 hinged at one end of the chassis 1; a chair back frame 4 arranged on the keel seat 3 in a sliding manner; a linkage adjusting mechanism 5 which is arranged at the lower end of the chassis 1 and is used for connecting the chair seat frame 2 and the keel seat 3 and controlling the linkage of the chair seat frame 2 and the keel seat 3; and a chair leg mechanism 6 which is arranged at the lower part of the linkage adjusting mechanism 5 and is used for supporting the office chair. It will be appreciated that the seat frame 2 is for providing a seat for a user to sit on, and the back frame 4 is for providing a back for a user to rest on.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4 together, the linkage adjusting mechanism 5 includes: a fixed mount 51 fixedly arranged at the lower end of the chassis 1; a swing frame 52 hinged at one end of the fixed frame 51 and used for driving linkage adjustment; two chassis supporting rods 53 hinged at the other end of the fixed frame 51 and used for driven linkage adjustment; a connecting frame 54 with two ends respectively hinged on the swinging frame 52 and the chassis supporting rod 53; and two keel base support rods 55 with two ends respectively hinged on the chassis support rod 53 and the keel base 3 and used for supporting and pulling down the keel base 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the linkage adjusting mechanism 5 further includes: two ends of the two chair back frame supporting frames 56 are respectively hinged on the keel supporting frame 55 and the chair back frame 4 and are used for pulling down and pushing up the chair back frame 4. That is, one end of the back frame support frame 56 is hinged to the keel support frame 55, and the other end is hinged to the back frame 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4 together, in the embodiment of the present invention, a through channel 31 is disposed on the keel base 3, one end of the backrest frame support 56 is hinged to the two keel base support rods 55, and the other end of the backrest frame support is hinged to the lower end of the backrest frame 4 through the through channel 31 and a rotating shaft 41.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the keel base 3 and the chassis supporting rod 53 are hinged to the same end of the fixing frame 51, so as to better achieve the linkage adjustment effect of the office chair.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the chair leg mechanism includes: an air rod 61 fixedly provided on the lower end of the link 54 for adjusting the height and rotation angle of the chair; a chair leg 62 fixedly arranged at the lower end of the air rod 61 for supporting the office chair; caster 63 provided on the leg 62 for moving the office chair.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, a slot 42 is disposed on the back frame, a protrusion 32 is disposed on the keel base 3, and the protrusion 32 cooperates with the slot 42 to slidably dispose the back frame 4 on the keel base 3.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the seat frame 2 is fixedly disposed on the chassis 1 by a plurality of screws 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the office chair mechanism further includes height-adjustable armrests 39 fixedly disposed on both sides of the keel base 3. Preferably, the armrest 39 is sleeved with an armrest sleeve for protecting the left and right armrests.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the office chair mechanism further includes a headrest frame 38 disposed at an upper end of the keel base 3. The headrest frame 38 is used for placing a headrest for the user to lean against the head.

Further preferably, the backrest frame 4 and the armrests 39 are further provided with a limiting mechanism for limiting the upper and lower limit adjusting positions of the backrest frame 4 and the armrests 39.
The principle of the posture adjusting mechanism of the office chair with the adjustable posture is as follows: after the locking mechanism is released, when the swinging rod 52 swings forwards, the seat frame 2 moves forwards, the chassis supporting rod 53 swings forwards, the keel seat supporting rod 55 swings downwards, the keel seat 3 is pulled down, the keel seat 3 swings downwards, the seat back frame supporting frame 56 moves downwards, the seat back frame 4 is pulled, and the seat back frame 4 moves downwards (slides downwards) relative to the keel seat 3; when the rocking bar 52 rocks backward, the seat frame 2 moves backward, the chassis support bar 53 swings backward, the keel base support bar 55 swings upward, the keel base 3 is supported, the keel base 3 swings upward, the backrest frame support 56 is supported, and the backrest frame 4 moves upward (slides upward) relative to the keel base 3.

Claims (8)
1. An adjustable-posture office chair mechanism, comprising:
a chassis;
a seat frame disposed on the chassis;
the keel seat is hinged to one end of the chassis;
the seat back frame is arranged on the keel seat in a sliding mode;
the linkage adjusting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the chassis and used for connecting the seat frame and the keel seat and controlling the linkage of the seat frame and the keel seat;
the chair leg mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the linkage adjusting mechanism and is used for supporting the office chair;
the linkage adjustment mechanism includes:
the fixing frame is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the chassis;
the swinging frame is hinged to one end of the fixed frame and used for driving linkage adjustment;
two chassis supporting rods hinged at the other end of the fixing frame and used for driven linkage adjustment;
the two ends of the connecting frame are respectively hinged on the swing frame and the chassis supporting rod;
two keel base supporting rods with two ends respectively hinged on the chassis supporting rod and the keel base and used for supporting and pulling down the keel base;
the keel seat is provided with a through channel, one end of the back frame supporting frame is hinged on the two keel seat supporting rods, and the other end of the back frame supporting frame passes through the through channel and is hinged at the lower end of the back frame through a rotating shaft;

7. The adjustable-posture office chair mechanism of claim 1, further comprising height-adjustable armrests fixedly disposed on either side of the keel base.
8. The adjustable positioning office chair mechanism of claim 1 further comprising a headrest frame disposed at an upper end of the keel base.
