Abstract

本发明公开了一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置，包括搅拌壳体，搅拌壳体的上部前侧壁上开设有加料口，送料通道的上部设置有旋转加料器，链条连接旋转加料器的叶轴和低转速电动机的链轮，主驱动转旋轴的轴体两侧固定设置有主搅拌桨叶，主驱动转旋轴的顶部轴体左侧一体设置有L形副搅拌杆伸入搅拌壳体的左侧腔体，卸料斗的内部中心空腔位置设置有分散块，卸料斗的底部左右两侧分别相通有第一卸料管和第二卸料管。本发明保证搅拌机体中有充足的饲料，同时达到全方位的充分式搅拌，增强加工品质，通过第一启闭开关和第二启闭开关的配合进而实现不同接料位置的工作要求。

一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械相关技术领域，具体是一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置。
背景技术
饲料是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称，比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物，饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、添加剂、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、甜高粱等十余个品种的饲料原料。现阶段，饲料在制备过程中需要用到搅拌机以增强饲料的均匀性，提高动物食用口感，但是现有的饲料搅拌机通常采用单一的中部搅拌结构，这种机构不能进行外围物料的全方位搅拌，导致饲料加工不够均匀，效果不好，在饲料原料的添加过程中常常出现断料的情况，影响使用连续性，并且出料不便，放料速度慢，不能满足更进一步的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置，包括搅拌壳体，所述搅拌壳体的上部前侧壁上开设有加料口，所述加料口处倾斜设置有送料通道，所述送料通道的上部设置有旋转加料器，所述旋转加料器上均匀设置有六个分隔叶片，所述旋转加料器的上部竖直设置有添料斗，所述旋转加料器的外部设置有低转速电动机，链条连接旋转加料器的叶轴和低转速电动机的链轮，所述搅拌壳体的顶部外侧壁上设置有驱动电机，所述驱动电机的输出端通过联轴器连接有主驱动转旋轴，所述主驱动转旋轴的轴体两侧固定设置有主搅拌桨叶，所述主驱动转旋轴的顶部轴体左侧一体设置有L形副搅拌杆伸入搅拌壳体的左侧腔体，所述L形副搅拌杆的杆体上设置有三组副搅拌片，所述搅拌壳体的底部设置有卸料斗，所述卸料斗的内部中心空腔位置设置有分散块，所述卸料斗的底部左右两侧分别相通有第一卸料管和第二卸料管，所述第一卸料管的管体上设置有第一启闭开关，所述第二卸料管的管体上设置有第二启闭开关，所述第一卸料管与第二卸料管之间的卸料斗底侧壁上安装有强力振动电机。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述添料斗设置为上宽下窄的漏斗状结构。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述低转速电动机与控制装置相连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述主搅拌桨叶的桨体上开设有多个扰流小孔。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明在添料斗中加入足够量的物料，在估计物料总量的情况下，调整好控制装置加入与转过角度数相对应的煤量，如此往复，保证搅拌机体中有充足的饲料，保证物料的持续性搅拌；同时通过增设L形副搅拌杆与主驱动转旋轴相互配合搅拌改变了传统的单一观念，传统单一式搅拌杆仅仅能对桶体的中部物料进行搅拌，而不能实现对外围物料的搅拌，达到全方位的充分式搅拌，提高了搅拌均匀性，增强加工品质；通过增设强力振动电机可使物料顺利的流出，通过第一启闭开关和第二启闭开关的配合进而实现不同接料位置的工作要求，适用范围更广，利于推广。

请参阅图1，本发明实施例中，一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置，包括搅拌壳体1，所述搅拌壳体1的上部前侧壁上开设有加料口17，所述加料口17处倾斜设置有送料通道16，所述送料通道16的上部设置有旋转加料器11，所述旋转加料器11上均匀设置有六个分隔叶片12，所述旋转加料器11的上部竖直设置有添料斗9，所述添料斗9设置为上宽下窄的漏斗状结构，所述旋转加料器11的外部设置有低转速电动机14，链条13连接旋转加料器11的叶轴10和低转速电动机14的链轮，所述低转速电动机14与控制装置15相连接，当进行物料的添加时即可在添料斗9中加入足够量的物料，在估计物料总量的情况下，调整好控制装置15加入与转过角度数相对应的煤量，如此往复，保证搅拌机体中有充足的饲料，保证物料的持续性搅拌；所述搅拌壳体1的顶部外侧壁上设置有驱动电机7，所述驱动电机7的输出端通过联轴器8连接有主驱动转旋轴2，所述主驱动转旋轴2的轴体两侧固定设置有主搅拌桨叶3，所述主搅拌桨叶3的桨体上开设有多个扰流小孔4，所述主驱动转旋轴2的顶部轴体左侧一体设置有L形副搅拌杆5伸入搅拌壳体1的左侧腔体，所述L形副搅拌杆5的杆体上设置有三组副搅拌片6，通过增设L形副搅拌杆5与主驱动转旋轴2相互配合搅拌改变了传统的单一观念，传统单一式搅拌杆仅仅能对桶体的中部物料进行搅拌，而不能实现对外围物料的搅拌，达到全方位的充分式搅拌，提高了搅拌均匀性，增强加工品质；所述搅拌壳体1的底部设置有卸料斗18，所述卸料斗18的内部中心空腔位置设置有分散块22，所述卸料斗18的底部左右两侧分别相通有第一卸料管19和第二卸料管20，所述第一卸料管19的管体上设置有第一启闭开关23，所述第二卸料管20的管体上设置有第二启闭开关24，所述第一卸料管19与第二卸料管20之间的卸料斗18底侧壁上安装有强力振动电机21，通过增设强力振动电机21可使物料顺利的流出，通过第一启闭开关23和第二启闭开关24的配合进而实现不同接料位置的工作要求，适用范围更广，利于推广。

1.一种可连续供料的畜牧饲料搅拌装置，包括搅拌壳体（1），其特征在于，所述搅拌壳体（1）的上部前侧壁上开设有加料口（17），所述加料口（17）处倾斜设置有送料通道（16），所述送料通道（16）的上部设置有旋转加料器（11），所述旋转加料器（11）上均匀设置有六个分隔叶片（11），所述旋转加料器（11）的上部竖直设置有添料斗（9），所述旋转加料器（11）的外部设置有低转速电动机（14），链条（13）连接旋转加料器（11）的叶轴（10）和低转速电动机（14）的链轮，所述搅拌壳体（1）的顶部外侧壁上设置有驱动电机（7），所述驱动电机（7）的输出端通过联轴器（8）连接有主驱动转旋轴（2），所述主驱动转旋轴（2）的轴体两侧固定设置有主搅拌桨叶（3），所述主驱动转旋轴（2）的顶部轴体左侧一体设置有L形副搅拌杆（5）伸入搅拌壳体（1）的左侧腔体，所述L形副搅拌杆（5）的杆体上设置有三组副搅拌片（6），所述搅拌壳体（1）的底部设置有卸料斗（18），所述卸料斗（18）的内部中心空腔位置设置有分散块（22），所述卸料斗（18）的底部左右两侧分别相通有第一卸料管（19）和第二卸料管（20），所述第一卸料管（19）的管体上设置有第一启闭开关（23），所述第二卸料管（20）的管体上设置有第二启闭开关（24），所述第一卸料管（19）与第二卸料管（20）之间的卸料斗（18）底侧壁上安装有强力振动电机（21）。
