技术领域
本发明涉及一株人的细胞系,特别是一株来源于人肺腺癌的细胞株A1015。
背景技术
肿瘤细胞系(株)是研究细胞癌变机理、肿瘤转移、肿瘤放疗和化疗敏感性分子基础等生物医学问题的重要材料,建立和鉴定不同的肿瘤细胞系是一项很有意义的工作。
本发明的目的是提供一株能够在体外多代培养的来源于人肺腺癌来源细胞株A1015。
发明内容
本发明的来源于人肺腺癌的细胞株A1015已于2010年4月1日保藏在中国典型培养物保藏中心(其简称为CCTCC),保藏编号为CCTCC NO:C201030。
本发明的来源于人肺腺癌的细胞株A1015是发明人从肺腺癌病人肺部肿块切除物中培养成功,经病理鉴定为肺低分化腺癌。为上皮细胞,具有典型的肿瘤细胞生物学特性。它能在体外连续长期传代,在体外培养一年,传100多代,细胞仍然生长增殖活跃。
本发明细胞系经检测,其一般生物学特性表明该细胞系为多边形上皮样细胞,贴壁生长。接触性生长抑制消失。

具体实施方式
高糖DMEM培养基(Hyclone,Utah,USA)加20%(v/v)胎牛血清(Hyclone,Utah,USA)。培养温度为37℃,气体环境为5%CO2/95%空气,湿度为饱和湿度。细胞生长稳定,每3天更换培养液,每5天传代一次,常规冻存后复苏成活良好。

1.一种人肺腺癌来源细胞株A1015,保藏编号为CCTCC NO:C201030。具体培养方法如下:
高糖DMEM培养基(Hyclone,Utah,USA)加20%(v/v)胎牛血清(Hyclone,Utah,USA)。培养温度为37℃,气体环境为5%CO2/95%空气,湿度为饱和湿度。细胞生长稳定,每3天更换培养液,每5天传代一次,常规冻存后复苏成活良好。
