技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域和电池封装材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能光伏电池封装材料。
背景技术
随着能源的日益枯竭以及环境的恶化,各国政府对节能减排的要求越来越高,人们迫切需求一种新能源能够替代石化燃料。太阳能是一种绿色无污染并且取之不尽的能源,并且相对其它能源来说,太阳能对于地球上绝大多数地区具有存在的普遍性,可就地取用,因而在最近十年,太阳能产业成为了全球各国发展的重点。太阳能的利用主要是通过太阳能电池板将其转化成电能,然后将其转化为其它用途,如太阳能热水器、空调、路灯以及电动汽车等等。由于太阳能电池组件的工作环境主要为室外,而太阳能电池片不能直接暴露在阳光、雨水等自然条件下,为延长其使用寿命,有必要对其进行密封。
目前太阳能光伏电池一般采用玻璃-EVA( 乙烯一醋酸乙烯共聚物) 作封装材料,这种封装模式虽然能满足太阳能光伏电池封装的基本要求,但存在许多不足,如EVA 胶膜抗老化性能较差,在使用过程中容易变黄老化,这大大降低了太阳能光伏电池的使用寿命和光电转换效率,并且采用玻璃EVA 封装模式对玻璃的要求比较高,若玻璃表面被污染或霉变,就会使玻璃的透光率降低,损失了光电转换效率。同时,这种模式封装的太阳能电池还存在维修困难和运输不便等不足。
随着太阳能技术的不断发展,现有的技术特点已经不能满足发展的需要,其固化速度、稳定性、耐老化性以及胶黏强度等都不能满足日益发展的需要,因此还需要进一步研究开发一种具有更加优异性能的封装材料。
发明内容
本发明提供一种太阳能光伏电池封装材料,以解决现有太阳能光伏电池封装材料固化速度慢,稳定性、耐老化性差,胶黏强度低等问题。本发明的封装涂层用材料具有优异的综合性能,能够很好的应用于太阳能领域,发挥良好的密封效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种太阳能光伏电池封装材料,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:古马隆树脂106-200份、环氧硬酯酸丁酯63-84份、叔丁酚甲醛树脂35-56份、丙烯酸丁酯30-44份、聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚硫酸钠18-20份、石油磺酸苯酯14-18份、硬酯酸丁酯16-26份、聚硫橡胶15-22份、丁苯橡胶12-16份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物5-12份、乙二胺6-10份、聚乙烯蜡7-9份、短切玻璃纤维4-8份、麦饭石粉6-9份、乙基纤维素3-5份、丙烯酸酯共聚物0.6-0.9份、偶氮二异丁酸(丙烯酸乙二醇)酯0.5-0.7份、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2- 乙基己酯0.4-0.7份、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-0.9份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.4-0.7份、双-1- 癸烷氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇癸二酸酯0.3-0.5份、抗氧剂0.1-0.3份、热稳定剂0.2-0.3份、抑烟剂0.1-0.4份、抗老化助剂0.2-0.4份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.2份;
所述太阳能光伏电池封装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将古马隆树脂、环氧硬酯酸丁酯、叔丁酚甲醛树脂、丙烯酸丁酯、聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚硫酸钠、石油磺酸苯酯、硬酯酸丁酯、聚硫橡胶、丁苯橡胶混合,在温度为200-220℃,转速为200-400r/min下搅拌0.5-0.8h,制得混合物A;
S2:在真空度为0.6-0.7MPa下,向步骤1 制得的混合物A中加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙二胺、聚乙烯蜡、短切玻璃纤维、麦饭石粉、乙基纤维素、丙烯酸酯共聚物、偶氮二异丁酸(丙烯酸乙二醇)酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2- 乙基己酯、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、磷酸三甲苯酯、双-1- 癸烷氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇癸二酸酯,在超声波功率为120-180W,温度为140-160℃,转速为300-500r/min下搅拌3-5h,制得混合物B;
S3:向步骤2 制得的混合物B中加入抗氧剂、热稳定剂、抑烟剂、抗老化助剂、紫外线吸收剂,在温度为115-125℃,转速为100-300r/min下搅拌0.6-1h,制得混合物C;
S4:将步骤3制得的混合物C依次经挤出、压延、冷却、牵引、除静电,制得太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其中挤出温度为85-94℃,热压温度为35-45℃,冷压温度为7-12℃。
进一步地,所述麦饭石粉粒径在500-800 目。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯。
进一步地,所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
进一步地,所述抑烟剂为八钼酸铵。
进一步地,所述抗老化助剂为三(2,4- 二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
进一步地,所述紫外线吸收剂为水杨酸苯酯。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制得的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,具有良好的性能,其中铅笔硬度达到了4B,固化时间达到了23min以下,拉伸强度达到了7.78MPa以上,剪切强度达到了6.52MPa以上,击穿电压达到了38.48KV/mm以上,人工耐老化试验达到了1310h以上无异常,具有优异的综合性能,能够很好的应用于太阳能领域,发挥良好的密封效果。
(2)本发明的太阳能光伏电池封装材料制备简便、操作方便,产品性能优异、环境友好,降低了太阳能电池封装中石油资源和能源的消耗,绿色节能,有着广泛的应用前景,是一种创新的绿色封装材料。

S4:将步骤3制得的混合物C依次经挤出、压延、冷却、牵引、除静电,制得太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其中挤出温度为94℃,热压温度为45℃,冷压温度为12℃。
对实施例1-3制得太阳能光伏电池封装材料进行性能测试,结果如下表所示。

从上表结果可以看出,本发明制得的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,具有良好的性能,其中铅笔硬度达到了4B,固化时间达到了23min以下,拉伸强度达到了7.78MPa以上,剪切强度达到了6.52MPa以上,击穿电压达到了38.48KV/mm以上,人工耐老化试验达到了1310h以上无异常,具有优异的综合性能,能够很好的应用于太阳能领域,发挥良好的密封效果。

S2:在真空度为0.6-0.7MPa下,向步骤1 制得的混合物A中加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙二胺、聚乙烯蜡、短切玻璃纤维、麦饭石粉、乙基纤维素、丙烯酸酯共聚物、偶氮二异丁酸(丙烯酸乙二醇)酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2- 乙基己酯、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、磷酸三甲苯酯、双-1- 癸烷氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇癸二酸酯,在超声波功率为120-180W,温度为140-160℃,转速为300-500r/min下搅拌3-5h,制得混合物B;
S3:向步骤2 制得的混合物B中加入抗氧剂、热稳定剂、抑烟剂、抗老化助剂、紫外线吸收剂,在温度为115-125℃,转速为100-300r/min下搅拌0.6-1h,制得混合物C;
S4:将步骤3制得的混合物C依次经挤出、压延、冷却、牵引、除静电,制得太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其中挤出温度为85-94℃,热压温度为35-45℃,冷压温度为7-12℃。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述麦饭石粉粒径在500-800 目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述抑烟剂为八钼酸铵。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述抗老化助剂为三(2,4- 二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池封装材料,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为水杨酸苯酯。
