本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体的说是一种用于工厂废气净化过滤的材料,其组份按重量比配比为:烯类聚合物12‑19份、硅酸镁115‑260份、活性炭粉末30‑55份、竹炭粉末90‑130份、四氧化三铁20‑40份、氢氧化铝16‑25份、铈盐10‑15份、氧化铝5‑8份。本发明通过谨慎的材料选择和多次实验配比,使该材料具有成本低、吸附能力好、无二次污染且能重复利用的优点。

本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体的说是一种用于工厂废气净化过滤的材料。
背景技术
由于人们对工业高度发达的负面影响预防不利,导致全球的环境遭到破坏。各类生产企业排放的工业废气是大气污染物的重要来源。大量工业废气如果未经处理达标后排入大气,必然使大气环境质量下降,给人体健康带来严重危害,给国民经济造成重大损失。工业废气中有毒有害物质还会通过呼吸道进入人体,长期低浓度接触可造成人体呼吸、血液、肝脏等系统和器官病变,尤其是苯类气体,应该受到人们的高度重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种用于工厂废气净化过滤的材料,通过谨慎的材料选择和多次实验配比,使该材料具有成本低、吸附能力好、无二次污染且能重复利用的优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于工厂废气净化过滤的材料,其组份按重量比配比为:烯类聚合物12-19份、硅酸镁115-260份、活性炭粉末30-55份、竹炭粉末90-130份、四氧化三铁20-40份、氢氧化铝16-25份、铈盐10-15份、氧化铝5-8份。
优选的,烯类聚合物13-17份、硅酸镁150-230份、活性炭粉末35-45份、竹炭粉末95-120份、四氧化三铁26-35份、氢氧化铝18-21份、铈盐13-15份、氧化铝7-8份、烯类聚合物15-18份、碳酸钙24-31份。
优选的,烯类聚合物14份、硅酸镁170份、活性炭粉末37份、竹炭粉末112份、四氧化三铁29份、氢氧化铝19份、铈盐13份、氧化铝7份、烯类聚合物15份、碳酸钙26份。
优选的,烯类聚合物16份、硅酸镁210份、活性炭粉末41份、竹炭粉末116份、四氧化三铁33份、氢氧化铝20份、铈盐15份、氧化铝8份、烯类聚合物17份、碳酸钙30份。

本实施例的一种用于工厂废气净化过滤的材料,其组克按重量比配比为:烯类聚合物16份、硅酸镁210份、活性炭粉末41份、竹炭粉末116份、四氧化三铁33份、氢氧化铝20份、铈盐15份、氧化铝8份、烯类聚合物17份、碳酸钙30份。
