Abstract

The surface of the LED light source unit is provided with a structure which is easy to hold, and the LED light source unit is easy to detach from the appliance main body. The light-transmitting cover (230) has a curved surface section (233) that is continuous in an elongated shape in an arch shape, a side section (232) that rises in a wall shape from one end in the longitudinal direction of the elongated shape along the curved surface section (233), and another side section (232) that rises in a wall shape along the other end in the longitudinal direction of the curved surface section (233). The side part (232) is provided with a clamping and hanging groove (232a) which is concave towards the inner side.

Lighting apparatus
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a translucent cover for a lighting apparatus.
Background
There is known a technique of detachably attaching an LED light source unit having a linear and arcuate cross-sectional shape to an appliance main body. (see, for example, patent document 1)
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open No. 2012-185981 (see FIGS. 1-3.)
However, when the LED light source unit having a linear and arcuate cross-sectional shape is removed from the device body, the LED light source unit (arcuate diffusion cover) is difficult to grip because the surface thereof is curved, and thus, it is difficult to attach and detach the LED light source unit.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a structure for easily holding an LED light source unit on the surface thereof, and aims to easily remove the LED light source unit from an appliance main body.
The translucent cover of the present invention is a translucent cover having a translucent elongated shape for a lighting apparatus, and includes: a cover portion having an arch shape continuous over the entire length; a 1 st side portion rising in a wall shape from one end portion of the cover portion in a longitudinal direction of the elongated shape; a 2 nd side portion rising in a wall shape from the other end portion of the cover portion in the longitudinal direction, the 1 st side portion being formed with at least a 1 st side concave portion or a 1 st side convex portion, the 1 st side concave portion being concave inward toward the 2 nd side portion, the 1 st side convex portion being convex outward with respect to the 2 nd side portion,
the 2 nd side part is formed with at least a 2 nd side concave part or a 2 nd side convex part, the 2 nd side concave part is concave towards the 1 st side part, the 2 nd side convex part is convex towards the 1 st side part.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the surface of the LED light source unit is provided with a structure that can be easily gripped, and the LED light source unit can be easily removed from the appliance body.

Detailed Description
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is a perspective view (fig. 1(a)) and a right side view (fig. 1(b)) of a lighting fixture 1000 according to embodiment 1. The left and right views of the perspective view are the same. Fig. 2 is a perspective view (fig. 2a) and a right side view (fig. 2 b) showing a state where the light source unit 200 (also referred to as a light source unit) is removed from the device main body 100 of fig. 1. The left view is the same as the right view. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the device body 100 in fig. 2 in an exploded state into a body 110 and left and right end plates 120.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view (cross-section B-B in fig. 2a) showing a cross-section of the light source unit in fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a sectional view of a lighting fixture 1000 according to embodiment 1 (section a-a in fig. 1 (a)).
(Lighting apparatus 1000)
As shown in fig. 2, the lighting fixture 1000 includes a fixture body 100 and a light source unit 200 attachable to and detachable from the fixture body 100.
(apparatus main body 100)
As shown in fig. 3, the device body 100 includes a body 110 and left and right end plates 120 attached to both ends of the body 110. The difference is shown with the left end plate 120-1 and the right end plate 120-2. And will be referred to as end plate 120 without particular distinction. Endplate 120-1 and endplate 120-2 are the same shape.
(Main body 110)
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the main body 110 includes: a recess 111 formed by bending and accommodating the light source unit 200; left and right contact portions 112 formed at both ends of the recess 111 and contacting the cover-side device body contact portion 236 of the light source unit 200; inclined portions 113 each having an inclined surface formed at an end of each of the left and right contact portions 112; a rising portion 114 formed by bending from an end of the inclined portion 113; and a curled portion 115c formed by bending an end portion of the rising portion 114 in a curled shape. As shown in fig. 5, the concave portion 111 includes a concave portion top plate 111a and two concave portion side walls 111b, the concave portion top plate 111a is a ceiling on the opposite side of the opening side on which the light source unit 200 is mounted, and the two concave portion side walls 111b are side plates on both sides of the concave portion top plate 111 a. Although not shown in the drawings, the recess top plate 111a has a mounting portion (mounting hole) for mounting on a mounted portion such as a ceiling.
(end plate 120)
The end plate 120 has a shape that closes the end of the body 110, and is trapezoidal in the present embodiment. The end plate 120 is attached to an end portion of the body 110, and not only can improve the appearance of the device body 100, but also serves as a reinforcing member for maintaining the shape of the body 110.
(light source 200)
As shown in fig. 4, the light source unit 200 includes: an LED substrate 210 on which a plurality of LEDs are arranged, a frame 220 for fixing the LED substrate 210, and a translucent cover 230 for covering the LED substrate 210. The lighting fixture 1000 has a long shape, and the main body 110, the light source 200, the translucent cover 230, and the like also have a long shape. The light source unit 200 is attached to the device main body 100 in a state in which the LED substrate 210, the frame 220, and the translucent cover 230 are integrated (fig. 5).
(1) The LED substrate 210 includes a substrate 211 and a plurality of LEDs 212 mounted on the substrate 211. As shown in fig. 1(a), the LED substrate 210 has an elongated shape, and the LEDs 212 are linearly arranged in 1 or more rows along the elongated shape.
(2) The frame 220 is detachably engaged with a main body-side engaging portion (not shown) of the main body 110 by a frame-side engaging portion (not shown) of the frame 220. As shown in fig. 4, the frame 220 has an open top surface, has a cross-section of "コ", and is formed in a strip shape having the same length as the main body 110 shown in fig. 3 and the translucent cover 230 shown in fig. 2 (a). As shown in fig. 4, the frame 220 has: a frame-side flat portion 221, the frame-side flat portion 221 being an elongated rectangular flat plate on which the LED substrate 210 is mounted; side plates 222 forming respective sides of the frame-side flat portion 221; and a curled portion 222c formed by curling an end portion of each side plate 222.
(3) The translucent cover 230 is used for diffusing and transmitting light emitted from the LED 212 mounted on the LED substrate 210.

As shown in fig. 2(a) and 4, the translucent cover 230 has an arch-shaped cross-sectional shape.
As shown in fig. 4, the translucent cover 230 includes left and right mounting portions 231, left and right side portions 232, a curved surface portion 233 (cover portion), and left and right claw portions 234.
(1) Each of the mounting portions 231 presses the LED mounting surface of the LED substrate 210 with its end portion, thereby pressing the inner surface of the LED substrate 210 against the frame-side flat portion 221.
(2) The side portions 232 stand from the respective mounting portions 231.
In fig. 4 and 5, the left side 232 is referred to as the 1 st side 232, and the right side is referred to as the 2 nd side 232. The 1 st side portion 232 and the 2 nd side portion 232 are erected in a wall shape from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the curved surface portion 233.
(3) The curved surface portion 233 is formed in an arch shape formed by curved surfaces protruding outward in such a manner as to connect the respective side portions 232.
(4) The claw portion 234 stands on the wall in the direction opposite to the side portion 232, and is formed in the longitudinal direction of the entire translucent cover 230. The claw portion tip portion 234R, which is the tip of the claw portion 234, is bent into an R-shape and engaged with the curled portion 222c of the side plate 222.
(card hanging groove 232a)
As shown in fig. 4, the side portion 232 has an engaging groove 232a (concave portion), and the engaging groove 232a (concave portion) has a concave cross section that is smoothly recessed from the outside to the inside of the translucent cover 230. The engaging groove 232a is formed in the longitudinal direction of the entire translucent cover 230 (fig. 2a), and is therefore referred to as a "groove". The catching groove 232a of the 1 st side 232 is a 1 st side recess, and the catching groove 232a of the 2 nd side 232 is a 2 nd side recess. The 1 st side recess and the 2 nd side recess are in the shape of a groove.
The operator can easily remove the light source unit 200 from the device body 100 without slipping by hooking fingers into the hooking grooves 232a and gripping the side portions 232 on both sides. Further, when the corner 232a-1 having a sharp tip is formed on the outer shell portion of the translucent cover 230, the finger can more easily catch the catch groove 232a, and the light source unit 200 can be more easily removed from the device body 100.
Embodiment mode 2
Embodiment 2 is a modification of the side portion 232 of embodiment 1. In embodiment 2, the same structure as embodiment 1 is omitted, and only the characteristic portions of embodiment 2 will be described. Fig. 6 is a sectional view showing a cross section of the light source unit 200 according to embodiment 2. Fig. 7 is a sectional view showing a section of a lighting fixture 1000 according to embodiment 2. Fig. 6 and 7 correspond to fig. 4 and 5 of embodiment 1.
The side portion 232 of embodiment 1 has a catching groove 232a, and the catching groove 232a has a concave cross section that is smoothly recessed from the outside to the inside of the translucent cover 230. On the other hand, the side portion 232 of embodiment 2 has a protruding portion 232b, and the protruding portion 232b is formed to protrude in a convex shape in the outer direction of the translucent cover 230. The engaging projection 232b is formed throughout the longitudinal direction of the translucent cover 232, similarly to the engaging groove 232 a. In fig. 6 and 7, the left side 232 is referred to as the 1 st side 232, and the right side 232 is referred to as the 2 nd side 232. The engaging protrusion 232b of the 1 st side part 232 is a 1 st side protrusion, and the engaging protrusion 232b of the 2 nd side part 232 is a 2 nd side protrusion. The 1 st protrusion and the 2 nd protrusion are formed in a protruding shape.
As in the case of the engaging groove 232a, the operator can easily remove the light source unit 200 from the device body 100 by engaging the finger with the engaging projection 232b and gripping the side portions 232 provided on both sides of the translucent cover 230. Further, the engaging projection 232b may be formed such that the tip of the engaging projection 232b, which is a housing portion of the translucent cover 230, is formed into a sharp corner 232 b-1.
The engaging groove 232a of embodiment 1 and the engaging projection 232b of embodiment 2 are formed over the entire length of the translucent cover 230 in the longitudinal direction, but these are merely examples. The engaging groove 232a and the engaging projection 232b may not be formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and may be formed partially in the longitudinal direction of the translucent cover 230.
In addition, although the hooking groove portion is described in embodiment 1 and the hooking protrusion portion is described in embodiment 2, both the hooking groove portion and the hooking protrusion portion may be formed.

Claims (4)

1. A lighting apparatus having a light source device and an apparatus main body to which the light source device is attached, the main body of the apparatus main body being elongated,
the light source device includes:
a light source;
a frame having a flat plate (221) and side plates (222) constituting sides of the flat plate (221), the flat plate (221) having a light source installation surface on which the light source is installed; and
a cover which is in a strip shape and is clamped with the frame,
the frame is detachably engaged with the main body side engaging portion of the main body portion via a frame side engaging portion of the frame,
the cover has:
a cover portion covering the light source;
a side portion rising from at least one end side of the cover portion in a direction toward the light source mounting surface;
a front end portion that engages with an end portion of the side plate (222) included in the frame; and
a mounting portion that presses the light source mounting surface of the frame,
the side plate (222) is sandwiched between the front end portion (234R) and the mounting portion (231) by the engagement of the front end portion (234R) with the end portion (222c) of the side plate (222),
the side part at least has any one of a hooking groove and a hooking convex part for an operator to hook a finger,
the side plate of the frame is erected in the direction in which the side portion is erected, and the end portion of the side plate in the direction in which the side portion is erected is curled,
the cover includes an R-shaped front end portion engaged with the end portion of the side plate.
2. The lighting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the cover portion at a position facing the light source is a face.
3. The lighting apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cover has an angular corner between the cover and the side portion.
4. The lighting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the apparatus body has a recess, and the distal end portion is housed in the recess.
