Abstract

Listening to music and watching videos become a part of work and life of users, and how to improve the experience of listening to music and watching videos of users is a research point which is always concerned by audio and video service providers.
When a user listens to music and watches videos, if the user encounters interesting music or videos, the user often wants to listen to music or videos related to contents; at present, a user is required to search related music or videos on electronic equipment by himself to obtain the related music or videos, and the mode is obviously troublesome; therefore, how to simplify the manner of obtaining the related music or video becomes a problem to be considered by those skilled in the art.

Optionally, the original playing data may also be audio data of music, and the corresponding target playing data may be corresponding concert audio or video;
optionally, if one piece of playing data is related to the content of another piece of playing data, and the content integrity of the one piece of playing data is higher than that of the another piece of playing data, the playing data with lower content integrity can be used as the original playing data, and the playing data with higher content integrity can be used as the corresponding target playing data; obviously, this is only an alternative form of the original playing data and the corresponding target playing data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the playing terminal can record the corresponding relationship between the identifier of the original playing data and the identifier of the target playing data, and the identifier of the currently played original playing data, so that when the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data is identified, the playing terminal can play the corresponding target playing data according to the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data, so as to implement the director of the target playing data; therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the obtaining mode of the target playing data related to the playing content is simpler and more convenient, and the embodiment of the invention simplifies the obtaining mode of the playing data related to the content.
In the following, the playing terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention is introduced, and the playing terminal described below may be referred to in correspondence with the data playing method described above.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of a broadcast terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 4, the broadcast terminal may include:
an obtaining module 100, configured to obtain a play data list, where the play data list at least records an identifier of original play data to be played, and the identifier of the original play data to be played includes at least one identifier of original play data corresponding to an identifier of target play data; the playing content of the original playing data is related to the playing content of the corresponding target playing data; (ii) a
A playing and recording module 200, configured to select an original playing data from the original playing data to be played for playing, and record an identifier of the currently played original playing data;
a judging module 300, configured to judge whether there is an identifier of target playing data corresponding to an identifier of currently played original playing data;
optionally, the determining module 300 may determine whether there is an identifier of the currently played original playing data or an identifier of the corresponding target playing data when detecting the predetermined determining instruction;
the target playing data playing module 400 is configured to play corresponding target playing data according to the identifier of the corresponding target playing data if the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists.
Optionally, fig. 5 shows another structural block diagram of the play terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and in combination with fig. 4 and fig. 5, the play terminal may further include:
a control instruction receiving module 500, configured to receive a predetermined play control instruction input by a user;
a judgment instruction trigger generating module 600, configured to execute playing control corresponding to a predetermined playing control instruction on currently played original playing data, and trigger to generate a predetermined judgment instruction, where the predetermined judgment instruction is used to trigger the judgment module to judge whether there is an identifier of target playing data corresponding to an identifier of the currently played original playing data.
Optionally, the predetermined play control instruction includes: a pause playing instruction; the pause playing instruction is used for indicating that the playing of the currently played original playing data is paused.
Optionally, the playing terminal may be further configured to prompt whether to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing when it is determined that the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists;
accordingly, the target playing data playing module 400 may play the corresponding target playing data according to the identifier of the corresponding target playing data when it is determined that the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists and the user selects to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing based on the prompt.
Optionally, the playing terminal may be further configured to prompt that the currently played original playing data does not correspond to the playable target playing data when it is determined that the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data does not exist;
correspondingly, the playing terminal can be further configured to receive a reservation instruction of the user, where the reservation instruction is used to instruct the user to notify when the currently played original playing data corresponds to the playable target playing data.
Optionally, the playing terminal may further be configured to, when it is determined that there is no identifier corresponding to the currently played original playing data or the identifier corresponding to the target playing data:
maintaining the original playing data played currently;
or, when the user inputs a preset playing control instruction and does not release the corresponding playing control to the currently played original playing data, the currently played original playing data is maintained, and the playing control corresponding to the preset playing control instruction is executed.
Optionally, the original playing data may be a video filmlet, and the target playing data may be a video filmlet corresponding to the video filmlet;
or, the original playing data may be audio data of music, and the target playing data may be corresponding concert audio or video.
Optionally, the obtaining module 100 is specifically configured to request a server for a playing data list, where the request carries type information of the requested playing data list; after the server determines a play data list corresponding to the type information from a plurality of pre-stored play data lists, the determined play data list returned by the server is received;
or, a pre-acquired play data list is called.
The playing terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire the target playing data related to the playing content in a simpler and more convenient way, and simplifies the acquisition way of the playing data related to the content.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a hardware structure of a broadcast terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, the broadcast terminal may include: a processor 1, a communication interface 2, a memory 3 and a communication bus 4;
wherein, the processor 1, the communication interface 2 and the memory 3 complete the communication with each other through the communication bus 4;
optionally, the communication interface 2 may be an interface of a communication module, such as an interface of a GSM module;
a processor 1 for executing a program;
a memory 3 for storing a program;
the program may include program code including computer operating instructions.
The processor 1 may be a central processing unit CPU or an application specific Integrated circuit asic or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention.
The memory 3 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
Among them, the procedure can be specifically used for:
acquiring a play data list, wherein the play data list at least records an identifier of original play data to be played, and the identifier of the original play data to be played comprises at least one identifier of the original play data corresponding to the identifier of the target play data; the playing content of the original playing data is related to the playing content of the corresponding target playing data;
selecting one original playing data from the original playing data to be played for playing, and recording the identifier of the currently played original playing data;
judging whether an identifier of target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists;
and if the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists, playing the corresponding target playing data according to the corresponding identifier of the target playing data.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
Claims (7)
1. A data playback method, comprising:
acquiring a play data list, wherein the play data list at least records an identifier of original play data to be played, and the identifier of the original play data to be played comprises at least one identifier of the original play data corresponding to the identifier of the target play data; the number of the identifiers of the original playing data corresponding to the identifiers of the target playing data in the playing data list is less than the total number of the identifiers of the original playing data in the playing data list; the playing content of the original playing data and the playing content of the corresponding target playing data are the content of the same event, and the perfectness of the playing content of the original playing data is lower than that of the playing content of the corresponding target playing data;
selecting one original playing data from the original playing data to be played for playing, and recording the identifier of the currently played original playing data;
receiving a preset playing control instruction input by a user, executing playing control corresponding to the preset playing control instruction on the currently played original playing data, and triggering to generate a preset judgment instruction; the predetermined play control instruction includes: a pause playing instruction, wherein the pause playing instruction is used for indicating that the playing of the currently played original playing data is paused; the preset judgment instruction is triggered by the preset playing control instruction;
responding to the preset judgment instruction, and judging whether an identifier of target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists or not;
if the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists, prompting whether to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing; when a user selects to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing, playing the corresponding target playing data according to the identifier of the corresponding target playing data;
when judging that the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data does not exist, prompting that the currently played original playing data does not correspond to the playable target playing data; and receiving a reservation instruction of a user, wherein the reservation instruction is used for notifying the user when the currently played original playing data corresponds to the playable target playing data.
2. The data playback method of claim 1, further comprising:
maintaining the original playing data played currently;
or, when the user inputs a preset playing control instruction and does not release the corresponding playing control to the currently played original playing data, the currently played original playing data is maintained, and the playing control corresponding to the preset playing control instruction is executed.
3. The data playing method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the original playing data is a video clip, and the target playing data is a video positive corresponding to the video clip;
or, the original playing data is audio data of music, and the target playing data is corresponding concert audio or video.
4. The data playback method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the playback data list comprises:
requesting a playing data list from a server, wherein the request carries the type information of the requested playing data list; after the server determines a playing data list corresponding to the type information from a plurality of pre-stored playing data lists, receiving the determined playing data list returned by the server;
or, a pre-acquired play data list is called.
5. A playback terminal, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a play data list, wherein the play data list at least records an identifier of original play data to be played, and the identifier of the original play data to be played comprises at least one identifier of the original play data corresponding to the identifier of the target play data; the number of the identifiers of the original playing data corresponding to the identifiers of the target playing data in the playing data list is less than the total number of the identifiers of the original playing data in the playing data list; the playing content of the original playing data and the playing content of the corresponding target playing data are the content of the same event, and the perfectness of the playing content of the original playing data is lower than that of the playing content of the corresponding target playing data;
the playing and recording module is used for selecting one piece of original playing data from the original playing data to be played for playing and recording the identifier of the currently played original playing data;
the judging module is used for judging whether the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists or not;
the target playing data playing module is used for prompting whether to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing if the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data exists; when a user selects to switch to the corresponding target playing data for playing, playing the corresponding target playing data according to the identifier of the corresponding target playing data;
the control instruction receiving module is used for receiving a preset playing control instruction input by a user; the predetermined play control instruction includes: a pause playing instruction; the pause playing instruction is used for indicating that the playing of the currently played original playing data is paused; the preset judgment instruction is triggered by the preset playing control instruction;
a judgment instruction trigger generation module, configured to execute play control corresponding to a predetermined play control instruction on currently played original play data, and trigger generation of a predetermined judgment instruction, where the predetermined judgment instruction is used to trigger the judgment module to judge whether there is an identifier of target play data corresponding to an identifier of the currently played original play data;
the playing terminal is further used for prompting that the currently played original playing data does not correspond to playable target playing data when judging that the identifier of the target playing data corresponding to the identifier of the currently played original playing data does not exist; and receiving a reservation instruction of a user, wherein the reservation instruction is used for notifying the user when the currently played original playing data corresponds to the playable target playing data.
6. A storage medium having stored therein program code which, when executed, implements a data playback method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A playing terminal is characterized by comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to execute the program, and the program is configured to execute the steps of the data playback method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
