本发明公开了一种MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,包括截面为“∞”形的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套,抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有纵向的腰形内衬层,腰形内衬层中横向设置有多个间隔分布的数据线芯,数据线芯上下侧对称分布有光纤单元,腰形内衬层外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内对称设有电源线,电源线外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有C形的筒体,筒体内的中部和靠近两端处均设有射频线芯。本发明结构设计新颖,合理的布局使得综合电缆具有多重功能,可以一次敷设安装,满足电力、光信号、数字信号、射频信号等传输,敷设效率提高的同时,降低了人工劳动强度。

本发明涉及,尤其涉及一种MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆。
背景技术:
MDAS是一种多业务分布系统,可支持多家运营商,多制式, 多载波,并集成WLAN系统,一步解决语音及数据业务需求,与传统模拟分布系统相比,同时具备混合组网、时延补偿、自动载波跟踪、上行底噪低等特点。
MDAS工作原理:下行链路:接入单元将基站/RRU的信号接入到系统然后将信号进行数字处理打包,通过光纤传输至扩展单元;扩展单元将接入单元传输过来的信号进行处理后,通过光纤,传输到覆盖单元;覆盖单元将扩展单元传输的信号处理放大后,通过天线,传输给用户。
上行链路:覆盖单元接收到用户的信息后,通过覆盖单元信号处理后,通过光纤传输到扩展单元;扩展单元将所有覆盖单元传输的信号进行数字化处理打包后,通过光纤传输至接入单元;接入单元将扩展单元的数字信号打包还原后,传输回基站/RRU。
系统主要应用的技术有:射频变频技术、数模转换技术、数字化处理技术、光电转换技术、千兆/百兆以太网技术。
在很多网络布线施工的过程中,既需要输送电流信号的电源线,也需要传送光信号的光缆,众所周知,不同功能的线缆通常是多次敷设,因此施工效率相对较低,同时布线占用空间资源大,人工劳动强度大。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,可以一次敷设安装,满足电力、光信号、数字信号、射频信号等传输,敷设效率提高的同时,降低了人工劳动强度。
本发明的技术方案如下:
MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,包括截面为“∞”形的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套,其特征在于:所述的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有纵向的腰形内衬层,腰形内衬层中横向设置有多个间隔分布的数据线芯,数据线芯上下侧对称分布有光纤单元,所述的腰形内衬层外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内对称设有电源线,所述的电源线外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有C形的筒体,筒体的中部和靠近两端处均设有射频线芯。
所述的MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,其特征在于:所述的电力缆芯包括多根绝缘线芯绞合成束构成的内芯,内芯外包覆有高强度纤维纱编织层、铝塑复合带绕包层、聚偏二氯乙烯扎紧层、聚烯烃内护套层。
所述的MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,其特征在于:所述的C形的筒体采用交联聚乙烯的抗拉橡胶挤塑成型构成,筒体的开口端朝向腰形内衬层。

MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,包括截面为“∞”形的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套1,抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套1内设有纵向的腰形内衬层2,腰形内衬层2中横向设置有多个间隔分布的数据线芯3,数据线芯3上下侧对称分布有光纤单元4,腰形内衬层2外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内对称设有电源线5,电源线5外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有C形的筒体6,筒体6的中部和靠近两端处均设有射频线芯7。
电力缆芯包括多根绝缘线芯3-1绞合成束构成的内芯,内芯外包覆有高强度纤维纱编织层3-2、铝塑复合带绕包层3-3、聚偏二氯乙烯扎紧层3-4、聚烯烃内护套层3-5。
C形的筒体6采用交联聚乙烯的抗拉橡胶挤塑成型构成,筒体6的开口端朝向腰形内衬层2,成缆后,在受到外力挤压时,可以产生一定的抗挤压反作用力,外护套抗变形能力提高,有效保护好缆芯。

1.一种MDAS多网络布线施工用综合电缆,包括截面为“∞”形的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套,其特征在于:所述的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有纵向的腰形内衬层,腰形内衬层中横向设置有多个间隔分布的数据线芯,数据线芯上下侧对称分布有光纤单元,所述的腰形内衬层外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内对称设有电源线,所述的电源线外侧的抗撕裂硅橡胶外护套内设有C形的筒体,筒体的中部和靠近两端处均设有射频线芯。
