本发明公开了一种无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三叉形聚乙烯支架和六根绝缘线芯组合而成;所述的三角形聚乙烯支架将六根绝缘线芯两两隔开进行对绞,在绝缘线芯内设有一根镀锡钢丝;在缆芯外绕包铝塑复合膜绕包层,在铝塑复合膜绕包层外挤包铜丝编织屏蔽层,在缆芯最外层挤包抗紫外线聚烯烃护套,在抗紫外线聚烯烃护套上设有单线凸脊,单线凸脊的高度不小于0.5mm,宽度不小于2mm。本发明具有自重轻、抗曲绕性能好、抗干扰性能好,防紫外线、不易断芯等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种无人直升机吊舱连接用加强芯电缆。
背景技术
随着无人直升机的广泛应用,为了满足各领域的使用需要,各种功能性吊舱成为无人直升机必要装备。连接无人机与吊舱的电缆重要性日益突出。现有电缆在重量、抗曲绕、抗干扰、抗紫外线等性能上有一定的不足,还有绝缘线芯容易断芯。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种自重轻、抗曲绕性能好、抗干扰性能好,防紫外线的无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三叉形聚乙烯支架和六根绝缘线芯组合而成;所述的三角形聚乙烯支架将六根绝缘线芯两两隔开进行对绞,在绝缘线芯内设有一根镀锡钢丝;在缆芯外绕包铝塑复合膜绕包层,在铝塑复合膜绕包层外挤包铜丝编织屏蔽层,在缆芯最外层挤包抗紫外线聚烯烃护套,在抗紫外线聚烯烃护套上设有单线凸脊,单线凸脊的高度不小于0.5mm,宽度不小于2mm。
优选地,所述的绝缘线芯由绞合铜导体以及挤包在绞合铜导体外厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm的超薄聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成。
优选地,所述的铜丝编织屏蔽层内等间距设有三根导流线。
优选地,所述的铜导体由直径为0.06mm-0.08mm的超细无氧铜丝绞合而成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、使用聚四氟乙烯薄壁绝缘,大大减轻了电缆本身重量,减轻无人机载荷,增加滞空时间。
2、使用超细无氧铜丝多层复绞工艺与绝缘线芯专用支架,控制线芯相对滑动达到优质的抗曲绕性能,大幅延长了电缆的使用寿命。
3、通过铝塑复合膜与超细铜丝编织双效屏蔽、内置金属导流线的组合结构来达到更好的抗干扰性能。
4、通过采用环保型抗紫外线聚烯烃外护套实现整个电缆的环保性与抗紫外线功能。
5、本发明具有很强的承载性能,电缆的导体中心层有一根镀锌钢丝,导体的受力点集中在镀锡钢丝上,不易断芯,不易折断。
6、护套上设有单线凸脊,用于电缆的识别,给维修带来了很大的方便。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三叉形聚乙烯支架和六根绝缘线芯组合而成;所述的绝缘线芯由绞合铜导体2以及挤包在绞合铜导体外厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm的超薄聚四氟乙烯绝缘层3构成;所述的三角形聚乙烯支架1将六根绝缘线芯两两隔开进行对绞,在绝缘线芯内设有一根镀锡钢丝8;在缆芯外绕包铝塑复合膜绕包层4,在铝塑复合膜绕包层外挤包铜丝编织屏蔽层5,在缆芯最外层挤包抗紫外线聚烯烃护套6,在抗紫外线聚烯烃护套上设有单线凸脊8,单线凸脊的高度不小于0.5mm,宽度不小于2mm。
进一步改进,所述的铜丝编织屏蔽层内等间距设有三根导流线7,达到更好的抗干扰性能。
进一步改进,所述的铜导体由直径为0.06mm-0.08mm的超细无氧铜丝绞合而成。

1.一种无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由三叉形聚乙烯支架和六根绝缘线芯组合而成;所述的三角形聚乙烯支架将六根绝缘线芯两两隔开进行对绞,在绝缘线芯内设有一根镀锡钢丝;在缆芯外绕包铝塑复合膜绕包层,在铝塑复合膜绕包层外挤包铜丝编织屏蔽层,在缆芯最外层挤包抗紫外线聚烯烃护套,在抗紫外线聚烯烃护套上设有单线凸脊,单线凸脊的高度不小于0.5mm,宽度不小于2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由绞合铜导体以及挤包在绞合铜导体外厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm的超薄聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,其特征在于:所述的铜丝编织屏蔽层内等间距设有三根导流线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无人直升机吊舱连接用加强型电缆,其特征在于:所述的铜导体由直径为0.06mm-0.08mm的超细无氧铜丝绞合而成。
