本发明公开了一种采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,包括绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯外设有外导体,外导体外设有金属抗压管,金属抗压管外挤包阻燃层,阻燃层外设有椭圆型铝护套,在铝护套内的两侧设有一组对称测温线芯;在铝护套外表面贴有荧光膜;在铝护套上还设有单线凸脊,所述单线凸脊的高度不小于2mm,宽度不小于3mm。本发明具有很强的自承载性能及抗拉性能,耐火阻燃性能好、稳定性好、易于识别、温度监测等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆。
背景技术
当今世界已步入信息时代,信息已成为经济发展的战略资源和独特的生产要素,以远程通信网络、计算机、视像等多媒体终端相结合建立起来的现代信息传输系统和完备的信息服务体系,已成为一个国家或地区经济发达程度的重要标志。
同轴采煤机用电缆是信息传输中的一种重要品种,主要用作无线电发射或接收设备的天线馈线以及各种通信、电子设备的机内连线或相互连接线。同轴电缆由内导体层、绝缘层、外导体层和护套层组成,内导体层和外导体层通常截面很小,自承载性能差,尤其是电缆在不埋地的工况下使用时,由于承载性能差,电缆自身重量会使得电缆导体拉断,同时在在施工时也容易损伤细小电缆导体。现有技术采用支撑架对电缆进行支撑,通过增加支撑架的形式来保护同轴电缆,具有一定的效果,但增加了敷设成本和时间,加之电缆本身承载性能差,施工过程中难免会因为不慎操作造成电缆的线芯损坏的问题;现有的复合电缆的耐火性也非常的差,在燃烧的情况下,影响电缆的性能;采煤机电缆在黑暗的环境中工作,很难识别;另外,采煤机用的电缆工作性质很特殊,电缆不能起火,一旦起火后果很严重。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有很强的自承载性能及抗拉性能,耐火阻燃性能好、稳定性好、易于识别、能自测温度的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,包括绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯外设有外导体,外导体外设有金属抗压管,金属抗压管外挤包阻燃层,阻燃层外设有椭圆型铝护套,在铝护套内的两侧设有一组对称测温线芯;在铝护套外表面贴有荧光膜;在铝护套上还设有单线凸脊,所述单线凸脊的高度不小于2mm,宽度不小于3mm。
优选地,所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、依次挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、玻璃丝带构成。
优选地,所述的测温线芯由测温导体以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层构成。
优选地,所述的光纤单元由光纤以及挤包在光纤外的岩棉保护套构成。
优选地,所述的金属抗压管为绕包或纵包的硬质抗压管。
优选地,所述的铝合金导体内设有钢芯加强芯。
优选地,所述的外导体由若干根抗拉金属丝绕包而成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明具有很强的自承载性能,电缆的内导体中心层有一根中心承载芯,内导体的受力点集中在中心承载芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了内导体退火铜丝,并且不易折断;
2、同时外导体外缠绕抗拉金属丝提高了电缆的整体抗拉性能;金属导电管抗压性能好,防潮及密封性好,轧纹可以改善其弯曲性能;
3、本发明铝护套很难燃烧,更好的保护了电缆内的各层结构,保证了电缆在起火的情况下也能正常使用;
4、本发明护套上还设有单线凸脊,用于识别电缆,为了在维修时更能方便识别电缆,在电缆的外护套上设有发光的荧光膜。
5、本发明设有测温线芯,可以监测电缆的温度,一旦温度过高,立马会发出报警,避免火灾的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种采煤机用椭圆大功率型同轴软电缆,包括绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体2、依次挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、玻璃丝带5构成,并在铝合金导体内设有钢芯加强芯1。
然后,在绝缘线芯外设有外导体6,所述的外导体由若干根抗拉金属丝61绕包而成;
外导体外设有金属抗压管7,金属抗压管外挤包阻燃层8,阻燃层外设有椭圆型铝护套10,在铝护套10内的两侧设有一组对称的测温线芯9;所述的测温线芯由测温导体91以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层92构成;在铝护套外设有单线凸脊11,所述单线凸脊的高度不小于2mm,宽度不小于3mm,在铝护套外表面贴有荧光膜12,更能容易的识别电缆。

1.一种采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,包括绝缘线芯,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯外设有外导体,外导体外设有金属抗压管,金属抗压管外挤包阻燃层,阻燃层外设有椭圆型铝护套,在铝护套内的两侧设有一组对称测温线芯;在铝护套外表面贴有荧光膜;在铝护套上还设有单线凸脊,所述单线凸脊的高度不小于2mm,宽度不小于3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、依次挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、玻璃丝带构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的测温线芯由测温导体以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属抗压管为绕包或纵包的硬质抗压管。
5.根据权利要求2所述的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝合金导体内设有钢芯加强芯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的采煤机用测温型同轴防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的外导体由若干根抗拉金属丝绕包而成。
