本发明公开了一种自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,从内到外包括内导体、屏蔽层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在承载芯外的若干根内导体绞合而成;在承载芯与导体之间填充玻璃丝,在屏蔽层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外设有抗拉金属丝层,抗拉金属丝层外设有冷却管,冷却管外设有外护套;在外护套上还设有发光体,发光体的高度不小于1mm,宽度不小于2mm;所述的抗拉金属丝层由若干根抗拉金属丝并列绞合而成。与现有技术相比未增加新的加强结构,电缆结构简单,电缆外径较小,方便敷设。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆。
背景技术
当今世界已步入信息时代,信息已成为经济发展的战略资源和独特的生产要素,以远程通信网络、计算机、视像等多媒体终端相结合建立起来的现代信息传输系统和完备的信息服务体系,已成为一个国家或地区经济发达程度的重要标志。同轴电缆是信息传输中的一种重要品种,主要用作无线电发射或接收设备的天线馈线以及各种通信、电子设备的机内连线或相互连接线。同轴电缆由内导体层、绝缘层、外导体层和护套层组成,内导体层和外导体层通常截面很小,自承载性能差,尤其是电缆在不埋地的工况下使用时,由于承载性能差,电缆自身重量会使得电缆导体拉断,同时在在施工时也容易损伤细小电缆导体。现有技术菜采用支撑架对电缆进行支撑,通过增加支撑架的形式来保护同轴电缆,具有一定的效果,但增加了敷设成本和时间,加之电缆本身承载性能差,施工过程中难免会因为不慎操作造成电缆的线芯损坏的问题。
由于电缆中增加了一层或几层结构,增加了加工工序,降低了生产效率,同时电缆的重量增加了,一方面影响安装,另一方面增加了内导体在承载过程中的压力;并且该电缆的抗拉性能差、防潮及密封性差,弯曲性更差。另外,采煤机作业在晚间或黑暗的环境中,一旦电缆坏了或者进行维修,很不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有很强的自承载、结构简单,外径较小,方便敷设的自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,从内到外包括内导体、屏蔽层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在承载芯外的若干根内导体绞合而成;在承载芯与导体之间填充玻璃丝,在屏蔽层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外设有抗拉金属丝层,抗拉金属丝层外设有冷却管,冷却管外设有外护套;在外护套上还设有发光体,发光体的高度不小于1mm,宽度不小于2mm;所述的抗拉金属丝层由若干根抗拉金属丝并列绞合而成。
优选地,所述的承载芯、抗拉金属丝均为镀锌钢丝。
优选地,所述的冷却管内设有冷却液或水。
优选地,所述的金属导电管为绕包或纵包的硬质抗压管,具体为轧纹管。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明具有很强的自承载性能,电缆的导体中心层有一根中心承载芯,导体的受力点集中在中心承载芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了导体退火铜丝,并且不易折断;同时缠绕抗拉金属丝提高了电缆的整体抗拉性能;金属导电管抗压性能好,防潮及密封性好,轧纹可以改善其弯曲性能;冷却管内设有冷却液,使得电缆的在工作中,可以自行降低电缆的温度,使得电缆性能更加稳定;外护套上还设有发光体,使得电缆在黑暗的环境下方便检查和维修;填充采用玻璃丝,不会燃烧,更好的保护了导体能正常工作;与现有技术相比未增加新的加强结构,电缆结构简单,电缆外径较小,方便敷设。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,从内到外包括内导体、屏蔽层4以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯1以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在承载芯外的若干根内导体2绞合而成;在承载芯与导体之间填充玻璃丝3,在屏蔽层外设有金属导电管5,在金属导电管外设有抗拉金属丝层,抗拉金属丝层外设有冷却管7,所述的冷却管内设有冷却液或水;冷却管外设有外护套8;在外护套上还设有发光体9,发光体的高度不小于1mm,宽度不小于2mm;所述的抗拉金属丝层由若干根抗拉金属丝6并列绞合而成。
为了进一步提高电缆的性能,所述的承载芯、抗拉金属丝均为镀锌钢丝;所述的金属导电管为绕包或纵包的硬质抗压管,具体为轧纹管。

1.一种自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,其特征在于:从内到外包括内导体、屏蔽层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在承载芯外的若干根内导体绞合而成;在承载芯与导体之间填充玻璃丝,在屏蔽层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外设有抗拉金属丝层,抗拉金属丝层外设有冷却管,冷却管外设有外护套;在外护套上还设有发光体,发光体的高度不小于1mm,宽度不小于2mm;所述的抗拉金属丝层由若干根抗拉金属丝并列绞合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,其特征在于:所述的承载芯、抗拉金属丝均为镀锌钢丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,其特征在于:所述的冷却管内设有冷却液或水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自承载自降温煤矿用移动屏蔽同轴电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属导电管为绕包或纵包的硬质抗压管,具体为轧纹管。
