Abstract

本发明提出一种空气净化器,腔壳内为腔体;腔壳顶端密封有腔盖;腔体底端设有高压净化装置和入风格栅罩;腔体顶端设有第一净化装置;腔壳外侧设有上安装部和下安装部;上安装部与下安装部之间设有净化层和出风格栅罩,形成第一均风腔和第二均风腔;腔体内设有竖管和若干分气通道;腔盖上方设有顶盖,顶盖与腔盖之间形成电机腔;电机腔内设有进风电机和出风电机;进风电机的一端与竖管的顶端连通,另一端通过进风管引出顶盖外;出风电机的一端与腔体连通,另一端通过出风管引出顶盖外。本发明结构简单,成本低廉;可将室外空气经过滤后引入室内,同时将室内废气处理后引出室外,形成循环换气;同时,室内排出的气体与室外引入的气体进行热交换。

空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体是一种空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来大气污染日益严重,特别是雾霾天气长时间大范围地笼罩着城市的上空,给人们的日常生活和身体健康带来严重的影响。在一些生产型企业,比如日用化工品厂,生产车间会产生大量的废气,对生产工人的人身健康造成严重的危害,如果直接排到外部空气中,也会对环境造成影响。但是进行废气处理的设备往往价格昂贵,很多中小型企业为了节约资金并没有安装空气净化装置。
通常的换气装置仅具有单向的功能,仅能将室内废气处理后排出室外,或将室外空气引入室内,不能实现循环换气。
发明内容
本发明提出一种空气净化器,解决了现有技术中空气净化装置不能循环换气、价格昂贵的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种空气净化器,包括圆柱形的腔壳,所述腔壳内为腔体;所述腔壳的顶端密封有腔盖;所述腔体的底端设有高压净化装置,所述高压净化装置的下端罩设有入风格栅罩;所述腔体的顶端设有第一净化装置;
所述腔壳的上部外侧设置有上安装部,所述腔壳的下部外侧设置有下安装部;所述上安装部与下安装部之间设置有净化层和出风格栅罩;所述净化层环绕在所述腔壳的外侧,且与所述腔壳之间留有第一均风腔;所述出风格栅罩环绕在所述净化层的外侧,且与所述净化层之间留有第二均风腔;
所述腔体的轴线处设有竖管,所述竖管的顶端与所述腔盖相接,所述竖管的底端密封;所述腔体内设有若干分气通道,所述分气通道的一端与所述竖管连通,所述分气通道的另一端与所述第一均风腔连通;
所述腔盖的上方罩设有顶盖,所述顶盖固定在所述上安装部上,所述顶盖与所述腔盖之间形成电机腔;所述电机腔内设有进风电机和出风电机;所述进风电机的一端与所述竖管的顶端连通,所述进风电机的另一端通过进风管引出所述顶盖外;所述出风电机的一端与所述腔体连通,所述出风电机的另一端通过出风管引出所述顶盖外。
进一步地,所述出风电机与所述腔体通过引风管连通;所述腔盖上开设有若干出风孔,所述引风管与所述出风孔连通。
进一步地,若干所述出风孔以所述竖管为轴心排列成环形。
进一步地,所述第一净化装置包括活性炭吸附装置和紫外线分解装置,所述活性炭吸附装置和紫外线分解装置交错层叠安装。
进一步地,所述净化层为多孔金属薄膜。
进一步地,所述出风格栅罩的出风方向为斜向上方。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明结构简单,设计合理,成本低廉;可将室外空气经过滤后引入室内,同时将室内废气处理后引出室外,形成循环换气,提高室内空气洁净率,又不会对外部环境造成污染;在换气的同时,室内排出的气体与室外引入的气体进行热交换,保证室内温度恒定,节约能源。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本实施例中的空气净化器,包括圆柱形的腔壳1,所述腔壳1内为腔体2;所述腔壳1的顶端密封有腔盖3;所述腔体2的底端设有高压净化装置4,所述高压净化装置4的下端罩设有入风格栅罩5;所述腔体2的顶端设有第一净化装置6。
所述腔壳1的上部外侧设置有上安装部7,所述腔壳1的下部外侧设置有下安装部8。所述上安装部7与下安装部8之间设置有净化层9和出风格栅罩10;所述净化层9环绕在所述腔壳1的外侧,且与所述腔壳1之间留有第一均风腔11;所述出风格栅罩10环绕在所述净化层9的外侧,且与所述净化层9之间留有第二均风腔12。
所述腔体2的轴线处设有竖管13,所述竖管13的顶端与所述腔盖3相接,所述竖管13的底端密封;所述腔体2内设有若干分气通道14,所述分气通道14的一端与所述竖管13连通,所述分气通道14的另一端与所述第一均风腔11连通。参见图2,本实施例中,分气通道14为长方体,绕竖管13等角度设置。分气通道14也可以设为截面为扇形的结构,参见图3,使得进入第一均风腔11的气体均匀。
所述腔盖3的上方罩设有顶盖15,所述顶盖15固定在所述上安装部7上,所述顶盖15与所述腔盖3之间形成电机腔16;所述电机腔16内设有进风电机17和出风电机18;所述进风电机17的一端与所述竖管13的顶端连通,所述进风电机17的另一端通过进风管19引出所述顶盖15外;所述出风电机18的一端与所述腔体2连通,所述出风电机18的另一端通过出风管20引出所述顶盖15外。本实施例中,所述腔盖3上开设有若干出风孔21,若干所述出风孔21以所述竖管13为轴心排列成环形,可以使得出风风机的吸力均匀分布到腔体2上。引风管22与所述出风孔21连通,所述出风电机18与所述腔体2通过引风管22连通。
本实施例中,高压净化装置4是由多个平行排列的长方形电极以及安装于长方形电极中的长条状的锯条形电极组成,所述长方形电极两端为圆弧形,长方形电极连接到电源的正极,锯条形电极连接到电源的负极,由于平行排列的长方形电极的阻力截面较少,因此能够通过的空气流量相对较大,从而大大提高了净化的效率。为了使得高压净化装置4与腔壳1相适应,位于中部的长方形电极的长度最大,向两侧逐渐变短,使得各长方形电极排列成近似圆形面。高压净化装置4的面积尽量与腔壳1截面积接近,二者之间进行密封。
本实施例中,所述第一净化装置6包括活性炭吸附装置和紫外线分解装置,所述活性炭吸附装置和紫外线分解装置交错层叠安装。其中,所述活性炭吸附装置为蜂窝状活性炭层,紫外线分解装置为紫外线灯管层。蜂窝状活性炭层为四组,紫外线灯管层的数量为两组,每两组蜂窝状活性炭层的上方设置一组紫外线灯管层,紫外线灯管安装于蜂窝状活性炭层上方的两侧。
本实施例中,所述净化层9为多孔金属薄膜。该多孔金属薄膜采用厚度为150μm、平均孔径为8μm、孔隙率为55%,且由Ni-Cu固溶体金属多孔材料所构成多孔金属薄膜。通常情况下,多孔金属薄膜采用厚度为5~200μm、平均孔径为0.05~10μm、孔隙率为15~70%,且由固溶体合金、面心立方结构的金属单质或体心立方结构的金属单质为基体相的金属多孔材料所构成的多孔金属薄膜。
本实施例中,所述出风格栅罩10的出风方向为斜向上方。使得进入室内的风与被吸入空气净化器的风互不影响。
本实施例工作时,在出风风机的作用下,室内的污浊空气经入风格栅罩5进入,经高压净化装置4、腔体2、第一净化装置6、出风孔21、引风管22、出风风机、出风管20排出,出风管20引到室外。室内的污浊空气首先与高压净化装置4接触,高压净化装置4对空气电离产生臭氧,同时也能够对废气中的颗粒物产生极化效果,并吸附;经过高压净化装置4后,混合有臭氧的废气被活性炭吸附在微孔里,并在紫外线光束照射下加速催化分解、氧化,这样使得恶臭废气净化更彻底。
在进风电机17的作用下,室外的空气经进风管19、进风电机17、竖管13、分气通道14、第一均风腔11、净化层9、第二均风腔12、出风格栅罩10进入室内,进风管19引到室外。空气在通过多孔金属薄膜时,空气中的微粒被多孔金属薄膜拦截、吸附,从而达到净化空气的目的。同时,空气在经过分气通道14时,与腔体2内的废气进行热交换,可以稳定室内的温度,节约能源。为了提高换热效率,可以在相邻分气通道14之间连接传热件,传热件的设置要以不影响腔体2内的气体流通为准。从分气通道14进来的气体进入到第一均风腔11,使得气体充满整个第一均风腔11,这样可以提高净化层9的利用率,避免仅与分气通道14相对的净化层9起到过滤的作用,而净化层9的其他部分没有起到作用。经过净化层9的气体进入第二均风腔12,使得气体分布进一步均匀,这样从出风格栅罩10排出的气流均匀,360°都有新风送出。
本实施例可将室外空气经过滤后引入室内,同时将室内废气处理后引出室外,形成循环换气,提高室内空气洁净率,又不会对外部环境造成污染;在换气的同时,室内排出的气体与室外引入的气体进行热交换,保证室内温度恒定,节约能源。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于,包括圆柱形的腔壳,所述腔壳内为腔体;所述腔壳的顶端密封有腔盖;所述腔体的底端设有高压净化装置,所述高压净化装置的下端罩设有入风格栅罩;所述腔体的顶端设有第一净化装置;
所述腔壳的上部外侧设置有上安装部,所述腔壳的下部外侧设置有下安装部;所述上安装部与下安装部之间设置有净化层和出风格栅罩;所述净化层环绕在所述腔壳的外侧,且与所述腔壳之间留有第一均风腔;所述出风格栅罩环绕在所述净化层的外侧,且与所述净化层之间留有第二均风腔;
所述腔体的轴线处设有竖管,所述竖管的顶端与所述腔盖相接,所述竖管的底端密封;所述腔体内设有若干分气通道,所述分气通道的一端与所述竖管连通,所述分气通道的另一端与所述第一均风腔连通;
所述腔盖的上方罩设有顶盖,所述顶盖固定在所述上安装部上,所述顶盖与所述腔盖之间形成电机腔;所述电机腔内设有进风电机和出风电机;所述进风电机的一端与所述竖管的顶端连通,所述进风电机的另一端通过进风管引出所述顶盖外;所述出风电机的一端与所述腔体连通,所述出风电机的另一端通过出风管引出所述顶盖外;

所述净化层为多孔金属薄膜;
所述出风格栅罩的出风方向为斜向上方;
工作时,在出风风机的作用下,室内的污浊空气经入风格栅罩进入,经高压净化装置、腔体、第一净化装置、出风孔、引风管、出风电机、出风管排出,出风管引到室外;室内的污浊空气首先与高压净化装置接触,高压净化装置对空气电离产生臭氧,同时也能够对废气中的颗粒物产生极化效果,并吸附;经过高压净化装置后,混合有臭氧的废气被活性炭吸附装置的活性炭吸附在微孔里,并在紫外线分解装置的紫外线光束照射下加速催化分解、氧化,这样使得恶臭废气净化更彻底;
在进风电机的作用下,室外的空气经进风管、进风电机、竖管、分气通道、第一均风腔、净化层、第二均风腔、出风格栅罩进入室内,进风管引到室外;空气在通过多孔金属薄膜时,空气中的微粒被多孔金属薄膜拦截、吸附,从而达到净化空气的目的;同时,空气在经过分气通道时,与腔体内的废气进行热交换,可以稳定室内的温度,节约能源;为了提高换热效率,在相邻分气通道之间连接有传热件,传热件的设置要以不影响腔体内的气体流通为准;从分气通道进来的气体进入到第一均风腔,使得气体充满整个第一均风腔,这样可以提高净化层的利用率,避免仅与分气通道相对的净化层起到过滤的作用,而净化层的其他部分没有起到作用;经过净化层的气体进入第二均风腔,使得气体分布进一步均匀,这样从出风格栅罩排出的气流均匀,360°都有新风送出。
