Background
Modern super high-rise buildings basically adopt a form of a steel structure and a glass curtain wall, such as Shanghai Central mansion, Jinmao mansion and Global finance center of Shanghai Pudong. The common glass curtain wall adopts hollow glass which is formed by combining mirror glass and common glass and is filled with dry air or inert gas in an interlayer. The hollow glass has the advantages of sound insulation, heat insulation, frost prevention, moisture prevention, high wind pressure resistance and the like. The curtain wall generates water mist, which not only affects the beauty of high-rise buildings, but also affects the transmittance of office environment and the like.
The defogging that adopts glass curtain wall at present mainly is serial-type fin or heat dissipation coil pipe. The demisting mode is usually large in series stroke and sometimes reaches more than 100m, so that the water system is large in resistance and high in energy consumption; on the other hand, the heat radiation coil pipe is not provided with equipment for forced circulation of hot air, so that the heat radiation area is small, and the ideal effect can be achieved by high laying density.
The conventional fan coil has a certain air conveying function, the heat radiation area of the coil can be increased, the thickness of the fan coil is about 250mm, the structural size of the fan coil is mainly limited by the size of a fan and the heat exchange efficiency of the coil, an air-conditioning water pipe runs on the back of the fan coil, the occupied area of the fan coil is increased, and the indoor effective area is occupied.
