Abstract

一种光伏直流60V电动三轮救灾房车之做饭炒菜取暖多用炉。它是在保温的圆形外壳内,锅子安放架,用来安放锅子,以便用锅子时,不会压坏发热管,炒菜镬(或锅子)、下面是发热管和反射层,反射层是由二个半圆形反射层组成,一边连接转动轴,使它能在发热管下面的外壳轴孔上转动,半圆形反射层上有一个缺口,它是在炉子外壳上的转动旋钮配套的,分别可以使反射层固定和垂下。空气开关来控制发热管的通断,装在炉子下半部。多用炉做饭烧水时用锅子,用通断内外二根发热管来控制炉内温度。这种多用炉,用空气开关来控制通断,不会拉弧,炒菜、做饭、烧水、取暖一炉多用,节省地方。适合60V的电动三轮车房车和60V的电动房车使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种救灾物资,尤其是电动三轮房车之做饭炒菜取暖多用电炉。
背景技术
目前公知灾民都是用帐蓬供住宿,因为没有提供安全电源,灾民一般只能用方便面当主食,但长期不能做饭菜,也是一个问题,现在有单位,正在逐步推广本人的“家庭双轨制电源的不用、少用、直用系统,(ZL201220245052。1)现简称直用式光伏发电,还要把光伏组件安装在60V的电动三轮车上,作为电动三轮车的动力电源和救灾生活电源,车内放上救灾物资,成为救灾房车,电动三轮车,不需要驾驶证,许多人都能驾驶,移动方便。电压是60V又是直流电,不易触电。光伏直流60V电动三轮救灾房车,用光伏直流电60V供电,完全能解决做饭、炒菜、取暖等用电,但是,救灾用的三轮房车,不可能象普通房车那样做得大,空间有限,研制多用炉已是形势发展的需要。
发明内容
为了解决电动三轮房车,空间有限,不能配置多个低压家用电器的问题,本发明提供一种用光伏直流60V供电的多用炉,做饭、炒菜、取暖同用一个炉子,节省空间。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:在保温的圆形外壳内,靠近外壳的一圈是锅子安放架,以便用锅子时,不会压坏发热管,炒菜镬(或锅子)下面是发热管和反射层,反射层是由二个半圆形反射层组成,一边连接转动轴,使它能在发热管下面的外壳轴孔上转动,半圆形反射层上有一个缺口,它是在炉子外壳上的转动旋钮配套的,分别可以使反射层固定和垂下。取暖时,把镬或锅拿掉,利用转动旋钮,把反射层通过缺口垂下,能顺利地把房车底部空气吸入进行加热,热空气上升,这样不断循环,使房车内温度提高很快。做饭菜时,转动旋钮把反射层通过缺口放上,转动旋钮固定。发热管的通断,用大电流直流电不会拉弧的空气开关来控制,装在炉子下半部。直流60V的多用炉,功率设定为500W到1200W为宜,例如内圈发热管500W,外圈发热管700W,合在一起来1200W,若是1200W,对60V电压来说,电流20安倍,导线要用4平方毫米以上,普通的插头插座不能用,一定要用20安倍以上的接线端子来电连接。多用炉在做饭烧水时用锅子,用通断内外二根发热管来控制炉内温度。
本发明的有益效果是,用空气开关来控制通断,不会拉弧,做饭、烧水、取暖一炉多用,节省地方。

具体实施方式
在图1中,在保温圆形外壳(1)中,四周是锅子安放架(12),中间是反射层(6),反射层上面是加热管(7),加热管上面是炒菜镬(8)镬盖(9),下半部分外壳上有转动旋钮(17),内圈空气开关(5),外圈空气开关(4)电连接接线端子(2),下面有炉脚(3)。
在图2中,反射层(6)有两个半圆形反射层(16),两个半圆形反射层(16)各连接转动轴(14),能在炉中轴孔中转动,半圆形反射层有一上缺口(15)。
图3中,锅子安放架(12)是用来放锅子用的,把外圈加热管(11)、内圈加热管(10)的一根接线并联后电连接加热管接线端子(13),再电连接保温圆形外壳(1)上的接线端子(2),把外圈加热管(11)经过加热管接线端子(13),经外圈空气开关(4)电连接保温圆形外壳(1)的接线端子(2),把内圈加热管(10)经过加热管接线端子(13)经内圈空气开关(5),再电连接保温圆形外壳(1)的接线端子(2)。

光伏直流60V电动三轮救灾房车,共有十多部分创新,第一次申请八个主要的创新,项目如下:一、整体设计,二、车壳设计,三、直用式光伏发电系统,四、应急充电装置,五、光伏组件仰度控制装置,六、光伏组件方向控制装置,七、做饭做菜取暖多用炉,八、坐人盛污物方便多用凳。

1.一种光伏直流60V电动三轮救灾房车之做饭炒菜取暖多用炉,在保温的外壳内,用开关来通断加热管,其特征是:反射层有两个半圆形反射层(16),两个半圆形反射层(16)各连接转动轴(14),能在炉中轴孔中转动,半圆形反射层有一上缺口(15),与炉子上的转动旋钮配套。
