本发明公开了一种LED光源模组,包括LED发光板和PC透镜,所述LED发光板和PC透镜均呈W形,所述LED发光板上设有灯珠,所述PC透镜上设有固定柱和卡扣位,所述PC透镜通过固定柱以及卡扣位与LED发光板固定连接。该LED光源模组,LED发光板与PC透镜组合使发光均匀安全;LED发光板设有电源输出位与另一块组合呈不同形状的模组;组成双式光源,能够更好的方便使用。

技术领域
本发明属于LED光源技术领域,具体涉及一种LED光源模组。
背景技术
LED光源就是发光二极管(LED)为发光体的光源。发光二极管发明于20世纪60年代,在随后的数十年中,其基本用途是作为收录机等电子设备的指示灯。这种灯泡具有效率高、寿命长的特点,可连续使用10万小时,比普通白炽灯泡长100倍。科学家预测,在未来5年,这种灯泡很可能成为下一代照明的主流产品。目前的LED光源造型单一,不能随意组合,非常的单调。为此提出一种LED光源模组。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED光源模组,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种LED光源模组,包括LED发光板和PC透镜,所述LED发光板和PC透镜均呈W形,所述LED发光板上设有灯珠,所述PC透镜上设有固定柱和卡扣位,所述PC透镜通过固定柱以及卡扣位与LED发光板固定连接。
优选的,所述LED发光板和PC透镜上设有对应的电源输出位和电源输入位。
优选的,所述卡扣位设置为四个,且呈两两对称设置。
优选的,所述LED发光板可设置若干个任意拼接组合呈不同形状的模组。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该LED光源模组,LED发光板与PC透镜组合使发光均匀安全;LED发光板设有电源输出位与另一块组合呈不同形状的模组;组成双式光源,能够更好的方便使用。

本发明提供了如图1所示的一种LED光源模组,包括LED发光板2和PC透镜1,所述LED发光板2和PC透镜1均呈W形,所述LED发光板2上设有灯珠3,所述PC透镜1上设有固定柱4和卡扣位5,所述卡扣位5设置为四个,且呈两两对称设置,所述PC透镜1通过固定柱4以及卡扣位5与LED发光板2固定连接,所述LED发光板2和PC透镜1上设有对应的电源输出位6和电源输入位7,所述LED发光板2可设置若干个任意拼接组合呈不同形状的模组,该LED光源模组,LED发光板2与PC透镜1组合使发光均匀安全;LED发光板2设有电源输出位6与另一块组合呈不同形状的模组;组成双式光源,能够更好的方便使用。

1.一种LED光源模组,包括LED发光板(2)和PC透镜(1),其特征在于:所述LED发光板(2)和PC透镜(1)均呈W形,所述LED发光板(2)上设有灯珠(3),所述PC透镜(1)上设有固定柱(4)和卡扣位(5),所述PC透镜(1)通过固定柱(4)以及卡扣位(5)与LED发光板(2)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源模组,其特征在于:所述LED发光板(2)和PC透镜(1)上设有对应的电源输出位(6)和电源输入位(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源模组,其特征在于:所述卡扣位(5)设置为四个,且呈两两对称设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源模组,其特征在于:所述LED发光板(2)可设置若干个任意拼接组合呈不同形状的模组。
