Abstract

本发明公开了一种结构简单,能够对投影仪的投影角度和位置进行调节的投影仪挂架。该投影仪挂架,包括U型上挂架和U型下挂架;所述U型下挂架位于U型上挂架的下方;所述上挂架与U型下挂架之间设置有转动轴,所述转动轴一端设置有角度调节装置;所述角度调节装置包括调节帽、锁紧螺栓,所述调节帽套装在转动轴上,且与转动轴固定连接,所述锁紧螺栓一端由调节帽的端面贯穿调节帽,且延伸到U型上挂架的底部;所述U型下挂架的开口处设置有投影仪安装板,所述投影仪安装板两端均设置有转轴;所述投影仪安装板两端的转轴分别穿过U型下挂架开口处的两侧边;且与螺帽螺纹配合。采用该投影仪挂架,结构简单,安装方便,投影仪角度的调节简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种投影仪的安装架,尤其是一种投影仪挂架。
背景技术
公知的:投影仪在安装过程中,需要通过支架或者吊架进行固定,现有的支架和吊架在投影仪安装完成后,无法对投影仪的投影角度和位置进行调节,因此当需要改变投影仪投影角度或者位置时;需要对投影仪进行重新安装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,能够对投影仪的投影角度和位置进行调节的投影仪挂架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:投影仪挂架,包括U型上挂架和U型下挂架;所述U型下挂架位于U型上挂架的下方,且U型上挂架开口向上,U型下挂架开口向下;所述上挂架与U型下挂架之间设置有转动轴,所述转动轴一端与U型下挂架的顶部固定连接,另一端穿过U型上挂架的底部,且与U型上挂架转动配合;所述转动轴穿过U型上挂架底部的一端设置有角度调节装置;所述角度调节装置包括调节帽、锁紧螺栓,所述调节帽套装在转动轴上,且与转动轴固定连接,所述锁紧螺栓一端由调节帽的端面贯穿调节帽,且延伸到U型上挂架的底部;
所述U型下挂架的开口处设置有投影仪安装板,所述投影仪安装板两端均设置有转轴;所述投影仪安装板两端的转轴分别穿过U型下挂架开口处的两侧边;且与螺帽螺纹配合。
所述U型上挂架开口端的两侧均设置有向外侧延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘上设置有安装孔。
所述锁紧螺栓至少具有两个,且在调节帽的端面沿圆周均匀分布。
所述U型下挂架开口处两侧边的外侧设置有锁紧投影仪安装板的锁紧装置。
所述锁紧装置采用螺栓,所述螺栓穿过U型下挂架的侧边顶紧投影仪安装板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的投影仪挂架,由投影仪安装板安装在U型下挂架上,并且投影仪安装板相对于U型下挂架能够转动,同时U型下挂架相对于U型上挂架可以转动,因此在将投影仪挂架固定安装,且将投影仪安装在投影仪安装板上后,可以通过转动投影仪安装板调节投影仪的在竖直方向上的投射角度,同时可以通过旋转U型下挂架调节投影仪的在水平方向上的投射角度,从而实现对投影仪投射位置的调节,避免在需要调节投影位置时对投影仪进行重新安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明所述的投影仪挂架,包括U型上挂架1和U型下挂架2;所述U型下挂架2位于U型上挂架1的下方,且U型上挂架1开口向上,U型下挂架2开口向下;所述上挂架1与U型下挂架2之间设置有转动轴3,所述转动轴3一端与U型下挂架2的顶部固定连接,另一端穿过U型上挂架1的底部,且与U型上挂架1转动配合;所述转动轴3穿过U型上挂架1底部的一端设置有角度调节装置;所述角度调节装置包括调节帽31、锁紧螺栓32,所述调节帽31套装在转动轴3上,且与转动轴3固定连接,所述锁紧螺栓32一端由调节帽31的端面贯穿调节帽31,且延伸到U型上挂架1的底部;
所述U型下挂架2的开口处设置有投影仪安装板4,所述投影仪安装板4两端均设置有转轴41;所述投影仪安装板4两端的转轴41分别穿过U型下挂架2开口处的两侧边;且与螺帽5螺纹配合。
在使用的过程中,首先将投影仪挂架的U型上挂架1与墙体连接,将投影仪挂架安装完成后,将投影仪安装在投影仪安装板4上,然后安装投影屏幕,投影屏幕安装完成后,打开投影仪,调节投影仪的位置使得投影仪投射的图像完全位于投影屏幕内。在调节的过程中旋转投影仪安装板4和/或U型下挂架2;调节完成后通过拧紧螺帽5锁紧投影安装板4;通过锁紧螺栓32锁紧U型下挂架2;从而实现对投影仪的安装,同时保证投影质量。
综上所述,本发明所述的投影仪挂架,由投影仪安装板4安装在U型下挂架2上,并且投影仪安装板4相对于U型下挂架2能够转动,同时U型下挂架2相对于U型上挂架1可以转动,因此在将投影仪挂架固定安装,且将投影仪安装在投影仪安装板上后,可以通过转动投影仪安装板4调节投影仪的在竖直方向上的投射角度,同时可以通过旋转U型下挂架2调节投影仪的在水平方向上的投射角度,从而实现对投影仪投射位置的调节,避免在需要调节投影位置时对投影仪进行重新安装。
为了便于U型上挂架1的安装,进一步的,所述U型上挂架1开口端的两侧均设置有向外侧延伸的凸缘11,所述凸缘11上设置有安装孔12。
为了使得锁紧螺栓32对U型下挂架2的锁紧牢固,进一步的,所述锁紧螺栓32至少具有两个,且在调节帽31的端面沿圆周均匀分布。
为了避免投影仪安装板4在投影仪位置调节完成后出现旋转,进一步的,所述U型下挂架2开口处两侧边的外侧设置有锁紧投影仪安装板4的锁紧装置6。具体的,所述锁紧装置6采用螺栓,所述螺栓穿过U型下挂架2的侧边顶紧投影仪安装板4。

Claims (5)

1.投影仪挂架,其特征在于:包括U型上挂架(1)和U型下挂架(2);所述U型下挂架(2)位于U型上挂架(1)的下方,且U型上挂架(1)开口向上,U型下挂架(2)开口向下;所述上挂架(1)与U型下挂架(2)之间设置有转动轴(3),所述转动轴(3)一端与U型下挂架(2)的顶部固定连接,另一端穿过U型上挂架(1)的底部,且与U型上挂架(1)转动配合;所述转动轴(3)穿过U型上挂架(1)底部的一端设置有角度调节装置;所述角度调节装置包括调节帽(31)、锁紧螺栓(32),所述调节帽(31)套装在转动轴(3)上,且与转动轴(3)固定连接,所述锁紧螺栓(32)一端由调节帽(31)的端面贯穿调节帽(31),且延伸到U型上挂架(1)的底部;
所述U型下挂架(2)的开口处设置有投影仪安装板(4),所述投影仪安装板(4)两端均设置有转轴(41);所述投影仪安装板(4)两端的转轴(41)分别穿过U型下挂架(2)开口处的两侧边;且与螺帽(5)螺纹配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的投影仪挂架,其特征在于:所述U型上挂架(1)开口端的两侧均设置有向外侧延伸的凸缘(11),所述凸缘(11)上设置有安装孔(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的投影仪挂架,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺栓(32)至少具有两个,且在调节帽(31)的端面沿圆周均匀分布。
4.如权利要求1所述的投影仪挂架,其特征在于:所述U型下挂架(2)开口处两侧边的外侧设置有锁紧投影仪安装板(4)的锁紧装置(6)。
5.如权利要求1所述的投影仪挂架,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置(6)采用螺栓,所述螺栓穿过U型下挂架(2)的侧边顶紧投影仪安装板(4)。
