Abstract

本发明涉及制备柴油乳化剂及用该乳化剂制备乳化柴油的方法。该方法以水、氢氧化钠、煤油、松香、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚、山梨醇酐单油酸脂、防锈剂等为原料,以一定比例混匀加热,冷却至室温即为乳化剂成品。再将该乳化剂与柴油、水按比例混合搅拌2~3分钟,即制得油包水型乳化柴油。本乳化剂及乳化柴油具有成本低、无腐蚀、节能显著、减少环境污染等优点。

Description

柴油乳化剂及其乳化柴油的制备方法
本发明涉及一种柴油乳化剂及其乳化柴油的制备方法,属石油燃料技术领域。
长期以来,燃油掺水技术一直被人们高度重视,并进行了多年的研究。根据国内外有关文献资料报道,目前,在燃油中掺水的技术已发展到相当水平,但直到现在还没有进入推广应用,其主要原因有:
1.在柴油中掺水后,乳化柴油能够燃烧,而且有消除黑烟的效果,具有一定的环保价值,但并没有节约柴油。
2.在以往的柴油乳化过程中,必须添加用量较大的乳化剂,由于乳化剂的成本较高,从而使柴油的成本提高。又因为乳化剂中所含的有害物质,造成对环境的二次污染。
3.柴油掺水后,容易对发动机的内壁造成腐蚀。
本发明的目的是研制一种新的柴油乳化剂以及用该柴油乳化剂制备乳化柴油,选用合适的化合物制备乳化剂,减少柴油乳化时乳化剂的用量,降低乳化剂及乳化柴油的成本,节省用油,减少对环境的污染,使柴油掺水技术真正推广应用。
本发明的柴油乳化剂的制备方法,采用的配方(重量百分比)如下:
a、水                                    15~20%
b、氢氧化钠                              1~3%
c、煤油                                  5~9%
d、松香                                  5~9%
e、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚    5~9%
f、山梨醇酐单油酸脂                      40~49%
g、聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯        4~8%
h、防锈剂                                10~15%
上述各组分之和为100
制备过程为:
(1)将上述a、b、c、d四种物质按比例混合,加热至90℃~100℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述第一步制得的混合物冷却至40~50℃,按比例加入上述e、f、g、h四种物质,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,即为柴油乳化剂成品。
上述防锈剂可以用石油磺酸钠。
本发明制备乳化柴油的方法,是以上述乳化剂为柴油添加剂,再加入水,其比例(重量百分比)为:柴油:     60~90%
        水:       10~40%
        乳化剂:   0.05~2%
     上述各组分之和为100
将上述混合物经充分搅拌乳化即为乳化柴油。
本发明的柴油乳化剂,其中所用的氢氧化钠属碱性,用以中和酸性,防止乳化剂氧化,增强其稳定性。其中的松香的作用是使各种异构体产生表面活性和胶体性能,使油水分子相粘合。其中的水和煤油为溶剂,水溶解山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚、聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯,煤油溶解山梨醇酐单油酸脂,使乳化剂成为均质液体,同时煤油又有降凝和助燃的作用。其中的山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚为商品,其化学名称为山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚,是油/水型乳化剂,并兼具润湿、扩散等功能。其中的山梨醇酐单油酸脂为商品,其化学名称为山梨醇酐单油酸酯,是亲油型乳化剂,也可用作助溶剂和防锈剂。其中的聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯为商品,其化学名称为聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯,是油/水型乳化剂,可用作增溶剂、扩散剂、稳定剂、润滑剂。其中的石油磺酸钠为商品,其商品名称为702防锈剂,是一种良好的防锈剂和乳化剂,具有较强的亲水性,对金属起缓蚀作用,在乳化柴油的使用过程中,对发动机起抗腐蚀作用。
本发明研制的柴油乳化剂以及由该乳化剂制备的乳化柴油,具有以下优点:
1、乳化剂的原料成本低,无毒性,使用时对柴油机无腐蚀,对柴油机管道及内腔起清洗、防止结碳及防锈作用。
2、由乳化剂制备的乳化柴油为油包水型乳化油,物理性能稳定,粘度、闪点与普通柴油相同。经上海铁道大学机电工程学院的内燃机台架试验测试,其排烟度用FQD-102A烟度计测定,使用柴油∶水∶乳化剂=75∶25∶0.15配制的乳化柴油,在负荷为25%时,排烟度为1,在负荷为50%时,排烟度为1,在负荷为75%时,排烟度为1.1,在负荷为90%时,排烟度为1.2,在负荷为100%时,排烟度为2.3,在负荷为110%时,排烟度为3.3。其节油率用水阻箱和LCS-3油耗转速仪测试,使用柴油∶水∶乳化剂=75∶25∶0.15配制的乳化柴油,在负荷为25%时,节油率为0.72%,在负荷为50%时,节油率为16.63%,在负荷为75%时,节油率为16.92%,在负荷为90%时,节油率为22.2%,在负荷为100%时,节油率为23.44%,在负荷为110%时,节油率为22.09%。
综上所述,本发明的乳化剂及乳化柴油具有成本低,无腐蚀,燃烧充分,无环境污染,节能效果显著等优点。
下面介绍本发明的实施例。
实施例一:
1、将150g水、15g氢氧化钠、60g煤油、60g松香一起混匀,加热至90℃,搅拌均匀;
2、将上述混合物冷却至45℃时,加入60g山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚、60g聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、400g山梨醇酐单油酸脂和100g石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,即为乳化剂成品。
实施例二:
1、将180g水、15g氢氧化钠、60g煤油、70g松香一起混匀,加热至95℃,搅拌均匀;
2、将上述混合物冷却至45℃时,加入60g山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚、60g聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、450g山梨醇酐单油酸脂和105g石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,即为乳化剂成品。
实施例三:
以上述实施例一制备的乳化剂为原料,配制乳化柴油,其比例为:柴油∶水∶乳化剂=80Kg∶20Kg∶0.07Kg,在常温下,将乳化剂按比例加入水中,搅拌一分钟,混匀后,按比例加入柴油,用普通搅拌机搅拌2~3分钟,搅拌机转速为1700转/分,待柴油成为乳白色时即为乳化柴油成品。经柴油机台架试验,用MEXA-324F尾气分析仪测试,其尾气中一氧化碳含量为0.06Vol%,用FQD-102A测定其烟度为1.0,节油率为16.87%。
实施例四:
以上述实施例一制备的乳化剂为原料,配制乳化柴油,其比例为:柴油∶水∶乳化剂=65Kg∶35Kg∶0.18Kg,在常温下,将乳化剂按比例加入水中,搅拌一分钟,混匀后,按比例加入柴油,用普通搅拌机搅拌2~3分钟,搅拌机转速为1700转/分,待柴油成为乳白色时即为乳化柴油成品。经柴油机台架试验,用MEXA-324F尾气分析仪测试,其尾气中一氧化碳含量为0.06Vol%,用FQD-102A测定其烟度为10,节油率当负荷为75%时,节油率为16.87%。当负荷为100%时,节油率为18.95%,当负荷为110%时,节油率为11.02%。

Claims (3)

1.一种柴油乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法采用的配方(重量百分比)如下:
a、水                                    15~20%
b、氢氧化钠                              1~3%
c、煤油                                  5~9%
d、松香                                  5~9%
e、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯(20)醚    5~9%
f、山梨醇酐单油酸脂                      40~49%
g、聚氧乙烯(20)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯        4~8%
h、防锈剂                                10~15%
上述各组分之和为100
制备过程为:
(1)上述a、b、c、d四种物质按比例混合,加热至90℃~100℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述第一步制得的混合物冷却至40~50℃,按比例加入上述e、f、g、h四种物质,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,即为柴油乳化剂成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于其中所述的防锈剂为石油磺酸钠。
3.一种制备乳化柴油的方法,其特征在于该方法以权利要求1所述的乳化剂为柴油添加剂,再加入水,其比例(重量百分比)为:
柴油:   60~90%
水:     10~40%
乳化剂: 0.05~2%
上述各组分之和为100
将上述混合物经充分搅拌乳化即为乳化柴油。
