Abstract

本发明提供了一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,包含构件式光伏瓦、横向檀条、纵向檀条、通风网格板和导轨,所述构件式光伏瓦通过结构左右和上下卡合的方式装配,所述纵向檩条按照一定的间距安装在屋面基础上,所述横向檩条根据构件式光伏瓦的尺寸安装在纵向檀条上,所述构件式光伏瓦设置在横向檩条上方,所述最底部一排的构件式光伏瓦的底部配套安装有导轨,并通过该导轨安装在横向檀条上,在导轨和横向檀条之间,还安装有通风网格板;所述最上面一排的构件式光伏瓦的顶部用自攻螺丝钉将光伏瓦与横向檩条紧固,所述构件式光伏瓦与四周的屋面瓦片或者屋檐结合处采用防水板过渡。本发明能有效的利用建筑屋面在起到防水保温的作用,还能够进行光伏发电。

一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面
技术领域
本发明属于新能源领域,主要涉及一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,新能源越来越受到重视,对于太阳能的利用更是越来越普遍。现有的太阳能板安装通常是采用在太阳能板底部安装轨道,然后通过许多螺栓将轨道安装到需要的地方,这种方法存在安装重量大,安全系数差的弊端,而且安装费时费力,并且现有太阳能板还无法起到防水的做用,对于高空作业而言,存在很大的不方便,而且该组件通常突出于屋面,整体性不够好,安装时要求强度非常高以避免高空坠落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装方便、拆装灵活快捷、能有效的利用建筑屋面在起到防水保温的作用的同时还能够进行光伏发电、并且减轻屋面载荷的构件式光伏瓦防水屋面。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,包含构件式光伏瓦、横向檀条、纵向檀条、通风网格板和导轨,所述构件式光伏瓦通过结构左右和上下卡合的方式装配,所述纵向檩条按照一定的间距安装在屋面基础上,所述横向檩条根据构件式光伏瓦的尺寸安装在纵向檀条上,所述构件式光伏瓦设置在横向檩条上方,所述最底部一排的构件式光伏瓦的底部配套安装有导轨,并通过该导轨安装在横向檀条上,在导轨和横向檀条之间,还安装有通风网格板;所述最上面一排的构件式光伏瓦的顶部用自攻螺丝钉将光伏瓦与横向檩条紧固,所述构件式光伏瓦与四周的屋面瓦片或者屋檐结合处采用防水板过渡。
作为优选,所述构件式光伏瓦的上下卡合处采用胶条密封,这样可以使得雨水的毛细渗漏现象不会出现。
作为优选,所述防水板为钣金件。
作为优选,所述通风网格板为L型,L型结构的一端固定在导轨下方,一端罩住构件式光伏瓦与屋面基础之间的空隙。
作为优选,在顶部的防水板上设有透气孔。这样可以使得空气可以通过底部的通风网格板流入,沿着纵向檩条产生风道从顶部的钣金件透气孔流出,这样使得屋面产生了气流流通将构件式光伏瓦与屋面之间的热量带出。这样可以有效的提高构件式光伏瓦的发电效率,并且使得屋面具有很好的隔热保温性能。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构巧妙,将构件式光伏瓦替代屋面瓦片使得屋顶具有发电功能,构件式光伏瓦上下卡合处采用胶条密封,这样可以使得雨水的毛细渗漏现象不会出现,空气可以通过底部的通风网格板流入,从顶部的钣金件透气孔流出,这样使得屋面产生了气流流通。这样可以有效的提高构件式光伏瓦的发电效率,并且使得屋面具有很好的隔热保温性能,也避免了在屋面上设置太阳能光伏组件的高负荷,安全系数高,值得推广。

具体实施方式

如图1-6所示,一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,包含构件式光伏瓦1、横向檀条2、纵向檀条3、通风网格板5和导轨4,所述构件式光伏瓦1通过结构左右和上下卡合的方式装配,所述纵向檩条3按照一定的间距安装在屋面基础上,所述横向檩条2根据构件式光伏瓦1的尺寸安装在纵向檀条3上,所述构件式光伏瓦1设置在横向檩条2上方,所述最底部一排的构件式光伏瓦1的底部配套安装有导轨4,并通过该导轨4安装在横向檀条2上,在导轨4和横向檀条2之间,还安装有通风网格板5;所述最上面一排的构件式光伏瓦1的顶部用自攻螺丝钉将光伏瓦与横向檩条2紧固,所述构件式光伏瓦1与四周的屋面瓦片或者屋檐结合处采用防水板6过渡。
所述构件式光伏瓦1的上下卡合处采用胶条密封,这样可以使得雨水的毛细渗漏现象不会出现。
所述防水板6为钣金件。
在顶部的防水板6上设有透气孔。
所述通风网格板5为L型,L型结构的一端固定在导轨下方,一端罩住构件式光伏瓦1与屋面基础之间的空隙。
本申请将构件式光伏瓦替代屋面瓦片使得屋顶具有发电功能,在屋面基础上按照一定的间距安装有纵向檩条,在纵向檩条上根据构件式光伏瓦的尺寸安装横向檩条,在安装第一排构件式光伏瓦时需先安装通风网格板,安装构件式光伏瓦底部配套导轨。构件式光伏瓦是通过结构左右和上下卡合的方式装配,在构件式光伏瓦的顶部用自攻螺丝钉将光伏瓦与横向檩条紧固,构件式光伏瓦上下卡合处采用胶条密封,这样可以使得雨水的毛细渗漏现象不会出现。构件式光伏瓦与四周的屋面瓦片或者屋檐结合处采用钣金件过渡,在顶部的钣金件上具有透气孔。这样可以使得空气可以通过底部的通风网格板流入,从顶部的钣金件透气孔流出,这样使得屋面产生了气流流通。这样可以有效的提高构件式光伏瓦的发电效率,并且使得屋面具有很好的隔热保温性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,包含构件式光伏瓦(1)、横向檀条(2)、纵向檀条(3)、通风网格板(5)和导轨(4),所述构件式光伏瓦(1)通过结构左右和上下卡合的方式装配,所述纵向檩条(3)按照一定的间距安装在屋面基础上,所述横向檩条(2)根据构件式光伏瓦(1)的尺寸安装在纵向檀条(3)上,所述构件式光伏瓦(1)设置在横向檩条(2)上方,所述最底部一排的构件式光伏瓦(1)的底部配套安装有导轨(4),并通过该导轨(4)安装在横向檀条(2)上,在所述导轨(4)和横向檀条(2)之间,还安装有通风网格板(5);所述最上面一排的构件式光伏瓦(1)的顶部用自攻螺丝钉将光伏瓦与横向檩条(2)紧固,所述构件式光伏瓦(1)与四周的屋面瓦片或者屋檐结合处采用防水板(6)过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所示的构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,所述构件式光伏瓦(1)的上下卡合处采用胶条密封。
3.根据权利要求1所示的构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,所述防水板(6)为钣金件。
4.根据权利要求1所示的构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,在顶部的防水板(6)上设有透气孔。
5.根据权利要求1所示的构件式光伏瓦防水屋面,其特征在于,所述通风网格板(5)为L型,L型结构的一端固定在导轨下方,一端罩住构件式光伏瓦(1)与屋面基础之间的空隙。
