Abstract

本发明公开一种新型组装式蒙古包框架,包括(1)套脑,(2)乌尼,(3)直杆哈纳,(4)环箍连接结构,(5)底片,(6)底盘,(7)门和(8)门梁,顶部天窗(套脑)与乌尼杆的连接方式为铰接,乌尼杆,直杆哈纳,底片通过铰接连接,组成三联杆结构;底片与底部圆片的连接方式为插销连接,为保证框架的稳定性,在每个直杆哈纳上打孔,并用环箍连接结构穿过每根哈纳。该蒙古包框架便于拆装,方便运输,绿色环保。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种蒙古包框架,特别是涉及一种组装式蒙古包框架。
背景技术:
蒙古包是蒙古游牧民族在草原上居住的一种房子,适用于游牧生产和牧民生活,也是蒙古族草原文化的一种体现,有着十分重要的经济价值和观赏性,蒙古包实用且轻便,搬迁容易,传统蒙古包的制作材料皆为红木,榆树等木材,但由于现在对砍伐树木的管理愈来愈严格,传统蒙古包的制作也逐渐变少,且不易拆装,搬迁困难。
发明内容:
本发明的目的提供结构简单,便于拆装、搬迁的一种组装式蒙古包框架。
技术解决方案:
本发明包括套脑,乌尼,直杆哈纳,还包括底盘、底片,所述底盘外边沿上均设有插槽,在所述套脑外边沿上均布有与插槽相对应的锯齿槽,锯齿槽的槽壁上分别开有环形连杆穿入孔,用于连接套脑和乌尼,所述乌尼、直杆哈纳、底片组成三连杆机构,底片与底盘插接,直杆哈纳部位设有门板,门板通过设置在两相邻直杆哈纳间的门梁固定。
所述套脑由两个半圆形环组成,半圆形环两端通过带有销孔的连接板连接构成整体套脑,连接板与半圆形环间设有加强筋形成天窗。
所述直杆哈纳上设有穿接连接环箍的销孔。
本专利与现有技术相比有以下优点:
本发明套脑和底盘通过三联杆机构铰接形成整体框架,连接处均采用销连接,方便安装与拆卸,采用新型不锈钢与铝合金材料制成,既轻质高强,又方便运输。

具体实施方式:
本发明包括套脑1,乌尼2,直杆哈纳3,底盘6、底片5,所述底盘6外边沿上均设有插槽,所述套脑由两个半圆形环组成,半圆形环两端通过带有销孔的连接板连接构成整体套脑,连接板与半圆形环间设有加强筋形成天窗,在所述套脑1外边沿上均布有与插槽相对应的锯齿槽9,锯齿槽9的槽壁上分别开有环形连杆穿入孔,用于连接套脑1和乌尼2,所述乌尼2、直杆哈纳3、底片5组成三连杆机构,底片5与底盘6插接,直杆哈纳3部位设有门板7,门板7通过设置在两相邻直杆哈纳3间的门梁8固定。
为了增加框架整体稳定性,在直杆哈纳3上设有至少一条环箍4,环箍4穿过直杆哈纳3上的销孔,环绕固定整体框架。
安装方式
步骤1:先用PVC筋穿入套脑1上锯齿槽槽壁的销孔内,将每个乌尼和半套脑进行铰接,再用螺母穿过套脑的连接板将套脑拼装。
步骤2:将底片一端分别插入底盘的插槽内,再将环箍分别穿入哈纳上销孔内,将环箍固定在哈纳上,最后将哈纳分别与底片另一端通过销钉铰接,并用PVC套管连接各节环箍。
步骤3:连接各哈纳与乌尼,并通过左侧哈纳上的门轴将门固定,门上方的乌尼与门梁连接,最后成型。
拆卸方式
首先拆掉乌尼的哈纳的连接处的销钉,将蒙古包框架卸成两部分,一部分为上部的套脑和乌尼;另一部为下部直杆哈纳、底片、底盘,将底片从底盘插槽内拔出,将直杆哈纳与底片折叠即可。
本发明的使用,方便消费者使用,折和装方便便捷,易于运输。

1.一种组装式蒙古包框架,包括套脑(1)、乌尼(2)、直杆哈纳(3),其特征在于,还包括底盘(6)、底片(5),所述底盘(6)外边沿上均设有插槽,在所述套脑(1)外边沿上均布有与插槽相对应的锯齿槽(9),锯齿槽(9)的槽壁上分别开有环形连杆穿入孔,用于连接套脑(1)和乌尼(2),所述乌尼(2)、直杆哈纳(3)、底片(5)组成三连杆机构,底片(5)与底盘(6)插接,直杆哈纳(3)部位设有门板(7),门板(7)通过设置在两相邻直杆哈纳(3)间的门梁(8)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式蒙古包框架,其特征在于,套脑由两个半圆形环组成,半圆形环两端通过带有销孔的连接板连接构成整体套脑,连接板与半圆形环间设有加强筋形成天窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式蒙古包框架,其特征在于,直杆哈纳(3)上设有穿接连接环箍(4)的销孔。
